Absolutely terrible service, ordered 1 large chicken burrito and 1 medium VEGETARIAN burrito. These lot added chicken to the vegetarian burrito, ruined the whole night for us. Just eats refused to give us a refund. Absolutely appalling. Wrote letter I and V on the bill on the vegetarian and chicken as if it made a difference, it absolutely does not if you do not get the order right. The wrapper which had V on it has chicken in it, who does this.

The Manger Gemson was absolutely rude…. There was burst onion in my food and he was like u ate the food. The tray and bowl in which the food was served for like I am living in the medieval days .The quality of food was terrible. Please don’t go there.

I picked here as it said it would take 15-30 minutes, the order took well over an hour to arrive. I don't know if it was officially "late" by the estimated time but that changed several times while I was waiting. Additionally, I spent £3+ on extra guacamole that didn't get put in my bag which was just such a waste of money. Additionally, my box was 75% rice which was just ridiculous. Overall it was incredibly disappointing. I love eating from Tortilla but this was not it.

I recently got a position in Greenwich university and was new to area overall I went into tortilla as the food and overall reviews were positive I ordered a small burrito and the staff where so nice even gave me a discount because I was new there overall amazing food and experience would definitely recommend

Really tasty especially for someone that’s not a salad person

Ordered a large smash burrito and was told they ran out of the cheese sauce which I was fine with, but what I’m not ok with is they threw on some guac which didn’t ask for and then charged me for it. Also did not offer me chips like other branches do Tasted ok but portions were small especially for a large.

Recently dined at Tortilla, and I have to say it was a highly disappointing. servers were outright rude, especially one server named Khan. He was not only unfriendly but also incredibly stingy with the portions, giving only half spoons of items that were supposed to be included in the meal. When we asked for a bit more salsa, he acted annoyed and begrudgingly gave us a tiny amount.

Absolutely appalling, usually love Tortilla as a chain and therefore was extremely disappointed when I visited the Greenwich branch. The food was mediocre at best, the burrito that had no extra filling or special requests was more of a soggy taco rather than a wrap. The loaded nachos should’ve been renamed to guacamole with a side of nachos due to the sheer lack of chips. Since you pay after your burrito has been made I was shocked when at the till I was told for the first time that cash was not accepted even though there were no signs backing this up. Luckily I had my credit card with me so managed to pay for lunch but I can only imagine the amount of food wasted due to customers being unaware of this policy.

Visitamos Tortilla, ya que es un restaurante local para nosotros e idealmente ubicado en el DLR que estábamos utilizando para viajar fuera de Greenwich. Hemos probado Tortilla y Chipotle en Deliveroo antes y disfrutamos de los tazones, ya que generalmente están bien empacados y calientes. Queríamos una opción saludable antes de un concierto y por lo tanto optamos por los cuencos de nuevo. Fuimos por grandes ya que la diferencia de precio entre los medianos era mínima, pero me pregunté cuál es el punto del tazón más grande ya que no se llena hasta el tope y por lo tanto, realmente solo nos dieron una porción media. Si esto es intencional, bien, pero no da una buena sensación de relación calidad-precio al cliente. El lugar estaba vacío cuando caminamos, pero no nos sentimos bienvenidos - nos sentimos como una molestia, ya que significaba que el personal tenía que servirnos. Se veían aburridos, lo cual no los culpo ya que era muy tranquilo pero de nuevo, no fue una gran experiencia. Miré la comida e instantáneamente sentí algo de arrepentimiento - parecía haber estado sentado allí mucho tiempo y frío y no estaba equivocado. Cuando nos sentamos a comer, era tibio en el mejor de los casos. Cuando nos dieron ensalada, la lechuga rallada, por ejemplo, se dio muy poco. Yo diría que la primera 'cuchara' tenía como máximo 8 piezas y tenía que pedir más. La ensalada es un relleno barato y por lo tanto pensé que esto podría haber sido dado un poco más generosamente. En general, fue bastante decepcionante. La razón por la que di 3 estrellas es simplemente porque a pesar de la falta de calor, estaba sabroso y si me dieran lo que tenía caliente y en un mejor tamaño de porción, me habría satisfecho mucho.

Came here to have a quick meal. Ordered 3 tacos,the food was great but the price doesn’t reflect the quantity. The tacos were so tiny that won’t fill you up. If you want to enjoy a snack this will be your place to go but if you are quite hungry, should look for somewhere else!!!

Yesterday I visited this restaurant and was served by and AMAZING lady called Raji, she was very generous and was really kind, please give this lady a raise because she definitely deserves it! Will be back again because of her great service and delicious food. Samo was brilliant as well!

Honestly, this place is fantastic. While most restaurants allow their food to run out during the end of the closing time.time. They didn’t!, not I was able to get a good portion exactly what I wanted for my burrito. This is perfect. I’m happy with this service and atmosphere.

Astounding service from Fahmid and the team. Dealt with my allergen, specific heavy order during the London marathon rush with no hassle, mistake and wore a friendly face the entire way through. Can't compliment enough - everybody loved their food even after it had travelled with me in a hot bag down the street.

This Tortilla restaurant consistently provides great food in a clean and friendly environment. I usually see one of the staff members named Koyes. His quality of customers service is the best in the area. He always brings positive and hospitable energy, making it my favorite choice for food in Greenwich.

Food prepared carelessly. Both burritos missing salsa, cheese and sour cream. Tasted disgusting. After photographing to send to just eat they both went in the bin .

This was my first time trying tortilla. This was such a pleasant experience. Despite long queues and high demand, the staff were still able to cater our needs. One staff in particular, Koyes helped us out a lot during the day. He ensured that the flow of customers were consistent and that all individuals got served with the amazing food Tortilla had available. Koyes gave some amazing food recommendations and was helpful as I was unsure on what item I should select. The guarantee of amazing food and quick service is what stood out from Koyes today and this was such an amazing experience.

The service was second to none, even whilst the shop was busy, I still felt that I was looked after well. Special shout out to Koyes who took me through what to order as it was my first time. Definitely recommend and I would 100% come back again!!

They put online for Uber and tell to driver we closed or we don't have items .. this not good drivers are coming from far with a hope that they got order.. driver's time is going wasted.

Quesadillas were amazing!! They came with two sauces- a lovely chilli one and a mysterious milk? one that I think they should replace… The chocolate filled churros were also amazing. Very friendly customer service and the shop was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. 9.8/10
