Honestly, this place is fantastic. While most restaurants allow their food to run out during the end of the closing time.time. They didn’t!, not I was able to get a good portion exactly what I wanted for my burrito. This is perfect. I’m happy with this service and atmosphere.

My favorite place to get food from! The quality of food is excellent and the flavors are just insane. Not only that, but the staff are some of the nicest people, especially Koyes! They always help to make me feel welcome and are very efficient workers.

This Tortilla restaurant consistently provides great food in a clean and friendly environment. I usually see one of the staff members named Koyes. His quality of customers service is the best in the area. He always brings positive and hospitable energy, making it my favorite choice for food in Greenwich.

Astounding service from Fahmid and the team. Dealt with my allergen, specific heavy order during the London marathon rush with no hassle, mistake and wore a friendly face the entire way through. Can't compliment enough - everybody loved their food even after it had travelled with me in a hot bag down the street.

This was my first time trying tortilla. This was such a pleasant experience. Despite long queues and high demand, the staff were still able to cater our needs. One staff in particular, Koyes helped us out a lot during the day. He ensured that the flow of customers were consistent and that all individuals got served with the amazing food Tortilla had available. Koyes gave some amazing food recommendations and was helpful as I was unsure on what item I should select. The guarantee of amazing food and quick service is what stood out from Koyes today and this was such an amazing experience.

They put online for Uber and tell to driver we closed or we don't have items .. this not good drivers are coming from far with a hope that they got order.. driver's time is going wasted.

Quesadillas were amazing!! They came with two sauces- a lovely chilli one and a mysterious milk? one that I think they should replace… The chocolate filled churros were also amazing. Very friendly customer service and the shop was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. 9.8/10

I’ve just been in to this branch and I was served by Rafiz and i want to say this is the level of service i want when I go into any food establishment. He was polite, friendly and patient. As it was my first time trying I had a lot of questions which he answered to my satisfaction. I’m not sure if he’s a manager of the branch or just a sales assistant however he should be recommend and considered for such a position. Thank you and I will most certainly be back soon. Thank you

You ever wonderwd what could the English do with Tacos? Yes, they can destroy any food. Cold food, not tasty, no pork available, beef only availble for a third of the tacos we ordered and... well, look at the picture. The guys were nice at least...

Popped in very hungry at 1930. They close at 2100. Was told there is no beef or pork and a 15 minute wait for chicken so I popped out very hangry!

I have brought chips with sauce which was 1.20£ for the hot sauce then instantly i said sorry i want the cheese sauce and do a refund or add 80p or swap my sauce the indian guy was bery rude towards me and only option he threw was to buy another sauce i think tortilla needs to improve how they treat customers

Food is extremely bland. I order two burritos asked cheese found no cheese in side also asked for double chicken found only one portion of chicken inside the burrito

Its alright, quite sloppy but fast and quite tasty. Burritos always fall apart unfortunately, which is why I won’t be having them again. But very nice and helpful staff.

Just ate there. Swift and friendly service. The Burrito was good, the Quesadilla was unfortunately soggy and should have been toasted longer. Overall good value , though be aware that they charge for the Tortillas and dips extra quids Would go again

Ordered a large burrito (plus a can of Coca-Cola). The restaurant reminded me of an up-market American Tex-Mex place - it even had pulled pork. They may have been too many up-spelling opportunities for my liking as I made my choices but the resulting burrito was substancial, tastey and almost a balanced meal in a wrap.

Members of staff are friendly, it is usually not busy, and there is plenty of seating upstairs. Food as usual, nothing special,but at the same time, nothing wrong. Reasonable price £8-10 per burrito

I have visited a few Tortilla branches, this branch is my favourite. The staff are friendly food is fresh. The place is kept tidy with some light music in the background perfect for a casual lunch. I had ordered the tres tacos with chicken, I recommend adding the caramelised chorizo and Monterey Jack cheese. Choice of salsa was pico de gallo, salsa verde and It’s a must to top it off with some red pickled onions. Overall, I would recommend Tortilla Greenwich to anyone in the area looking for quick and satisfying meal.

Never gonna pay 10£ for a burrito this small again. It’s the size of a starter, but photographed and marketed as a full meal.

I recently visited tortilla greenwich and unfortunately had a terrible experience. I ordered the veggie burrito with cheese, and it left me feeling extremely unwell. I even vomited and had to endure a restless night due to the discomfort it caused. This was a disappointing visit, and I hope the restaurant can improve the quality of their food and hygiene standards."

Do not order from this branch on UberEats. It doesn't matter if you pay for a large, pay extra for double chicken, etc., they're guaranteed to send you a half filled bowl, with rubbish portions of everything (even the rice and veg, which is ridiculous, they're the cheapest part...). We've ordered from them twice and it's been the same both times. Love Tortilla in central. This branch should be shut down.

Greenwich branch gives Tortilla bad name. The services at this branch is ver poor and staff simply rude, in particular lady called Rebecca. Tortilla is in a business of hospitality but the feel from this person is hostile. In my opinion Tortilla should consider retraining Rebecca in the importance of: communication, propriety and efforts to maintain regular customers. I witnessed today the manner she spoken to a customer, who come to shop to get TGTG. This lady said she is allergic to a ingredient in tomato rice, Rebecca made a point to this person they will get what she gives them. I was walking behind this person and noticed this lady throws the bag she got from Tortilla therefore you haven’t save the food as it end up in bin. I understand concept of TGTG but small modifications should be allowed as people might have allergies and it might be only meal for them. My message to Rebecca - kindness do not cost a thing !!!

Don't bother ordering from this restaurant from Uber Eats. They took 2 hours to prepare my easy 15 min order and I had go to great lengths to cancel to get a refund. They borderline almost committed a robery and are a bunch of frauds! STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!

I normally love this place but please for the love of god train your new staff on how to wrap better. My burrito has ended up as a puddle on multiple occasions in this store. Also look into draining the ingredients better before slapping them in a luke warm wrap which then turns into gooey slime with all the juice and poor wrapping. Do better!!!!

Overpriced. Told us beer was half price cos happy hour. Then charged full price. Then offered refund on beer. Then said they couldn’t because we need loyalty card. Basically useless and the food was bang average.

Simply put, very poor experience, food is passable. But poor quality. Definitely no Wahaca. Whoever runs the place seems to have instructed staff to use bare minimum of all ingredients. Actual dishes only have a passing resemblance to the pictures on the menu. Nachos were absolute rubbish; fake cheese thst looked more like a creme, a tablespoon of guacamole, a tablespoon of salsa both slapped to the side, and a teaspoon of chillies costing over £7.00. Place is very dirty. Shocked to see the employee bring up our quesadilla, hands with gloves, nice right, until you see him go clear the garbage bins with the same gloves, WTF? Steer clear from this grubby, unsanitary place unless you're feeling lucky.

Used to love tortilla for a very long time. Now they are way overpriced for what you get. They keep making the size of the tacos smaller and smaller. I Paid £12 with a drink for three very tiny tacos that won’t even fill you up. It’s hardly a starter and definitely not a meal. There’s hardly any meat in the tacos and very very tiny tortilla size. It looks way smaller than the picture. Picture doesn’t do the justice
