The chicken was perfectly cooked & the salad was crunchy The portion was very little though.

Ive eaten burritos for many years since 2014 and I do not recommend this chipotle in Dulwich. They forget to send items, put the wrong things in the burrito when you order online and the worse thing which happened after eating one of their burritos last night, I woke up with my stomach upset and had to use the loo 5 times. They either have bad hygiene or they put laxative on my burrito, that burrito was not normal. Do not order online without seen what they put on it.

It was a okay meal but the pastery could be so much better. Also they could have more stuff except for pasterys.

Decent food. Special thanks to Thaddeus and Shane for their great and speedy service. Will come again!

First time coming to Chipotle and it was really good. The food was Excellent and special thanks to thaddeus and Fatima who gave us the best experience. Their deffo a credit to the team, just exceptional.

As a Chipotle first timer, I was eager to try out this space & try the taste of Mexico. FOOD: Great n no complaints, tasty, fresh & clean. SERVICE; This had to be good, with more staff than back stage at Band Aid, you can only expect a first class customer service. The staff all seemed happy with a really respectful, professional and created a happy and welcoming atmosphere. RESTAURANT: Although clean it was cold & the dull music didn't help lift the vibe. Overall a good experience with the food, but the air conditioning was too cool, which prevented me from enjoying my lunch. Inside was colder than outside. The single seats were hard n sterile, which again added to the discomfort. I would also mentioned that at £13.50 for a burrito n a bottle of water was kinda pricy but still a treat every now n again wouldn't hurt

The best service ever !!! I had the pleasure of interacting with Fatma and I must say she is a credit to the chipotle family, the level of service she provided when I found myself with a query was outstanding. Please give her the recognition she deserves

I was skeptical to try this place in Dulwich on Sunday 30th of June due to all the other reviews but when I got there there was such a homely and comforting vibe from the employees that I decided to eat in instead of take away. The young female on the till served me with a smile that I could never forget. And the other employees ensured that I had everything I needed before eating my meal. A real 10/10 experience for a change !!!!

Found whatever this is in my guac pot. Disgusting don’t know how they are allowed to operate. Don’t order from this branch.

Food arrived cold despite paying for priority delivery on Uber eats. Must have been hastily slammed into a bowl and left for a while before before the driver got there.

Wow the food is honestly amazing and the staff are all very friendly. Thanks to Chipotle East Dulwich for the invite to some Free food and a drink too. I will be eating dinner from Chipotle East Dulwich this weekend Keep up the greatness. 😊🙏🏽

Very fresh ingredients, friendly staff and helpful

I like Chipotle in general, but this branch seems really inconsistent. Orders are often wrong, and for some reason the rice is hard and undercooked often. Occasionally it's great, but it's a roll of the dice if you'll actually get what you ordered, and if the ingredients will be well-cooked.

The food was tasty and at good value!!

Rather slow and we had to ask for the table to be cleaned so we could sit down, but at least they prioritised us over the deliveroo drivers. Food messy but delicious as always.

0 stars, ordered 30 mins before closing and they failed to cancel my order for 45 mins, happily turned away 3 delivery drivers before cancelling though

Stodgy & flat flavour. Not hot enough (temperature) to survive a 5 min walk home. Guacamole pasty, tasteless & overly salty. Great if you literally need ... calories.... otherwise there is better and fresher tasting mexican food around.

I ordered a bowl off of ubereats today and the site says you get free tortilla and guacamole for orders over £20. I spent £21 pounds and didn't receive it, i also asked for cutlery and napkins and didn't receive anything. The only decent thing was the salad salad, the steak was hard as rocks and i ordered a double portion and it was small. Not worth the price, go elsewhere.Won't be ordering again, they don't seem to care about pleasing the customer. Just another money hungry company.

Ordered on Uber Eats - way too salty for me. Taste was ok but my mouth started to turn in on itself after eating the free chips due to excessive salt. Had to stop eating them and focus on burrito was not bad (although still could do with less salt)

I was served by 2 very friendly ladies who went out of their way to help me! Let me taste the meats to make my decision on burrito filling and I'd give their customer service level at 11/10!!!!

Never order vegetarian food from this place. I don’t think they’ve ever seen a proper vegetarian quesadilla being made. Never again.

Food ok, but overpriced. Service was rubbish. the server was no help at all. I'd never been before and did not know how it worked and ended up none the wiser. Most restaurants ask you if you've been before and guide you if you need help. I wouldn't go again.

Ordered a burrito bowl today off Uber, was half way through eating my food when I had to pull a long blonde human hair from my mouth. Proceeded to further investigate my food to only find multiple human strands of red hair and blonde hairs were wrapped around the lettuce. I feel physically ill contacted the restaurant via phone number poor customer service wasn’t offered a refund and they denied anyone was working in restaurant with coloured hair. Will NOT be ordering from here again and wouldn’t advice anyone else unless you wanna ingest human DNA.

I visited here on the 20th Dec 23 and I ordered and noticed flies walking around the chicken. I highlighted it to staff who immediately removed it. However, another staff member looked like he was annoyed I brought it up. I then rang the next day to ask if it would be possible to cover the food with clear lids. I was then told by the manager that flies don't often get into food due to pest control procedures and that they cannot cover the food as it isn't in the Chipotle policy. it makes me sick to my stomach just thinking about what I witnessed. Food should always be covered to prevent any kind of Insect, saliva getting into the food.

Jonas and the team are so wonderful! The fact that the General Manager knows who I am and what my children order each time makes for a memorable weekly visit! Food is always so fresh and consistent.

We ordered on deliveroo and they got our order wrong, paid 3.65 for guacamole for it not to even be in our bowl. Portion sizes have gone down significantly since opening, seems they haven’t kept up the standards which is unfortunate.

Love this place, thrilled that it’s in my neighbourhood!

I was so exited to hear chipotle opening in East Dulwich, 30 minutes drive from me, i went once for lunch it was, it was ok, now in 2 weeks I ordered twice by deliveroo, and both times the staff messed up up my order :( I'll give them one more chance and after that I'll stop ordering! When I phone them they say sorry they have new staff??!!??

Just been and exceptionally disappointing. We ate in. I ordered the pork burrito. I don't think I was offered the options available to me. Surely I should have got some onions and peppers, but they where not offered. There was a stealth charge of £2.50 for a small spoon of guacamole and when I bit into my burrito it was just cold (under 15 degrees) and totally tasteless (probably because it was so cold). The side of tortilla chips and source were horrible too. In fairness I don't think the staff were fully trained as this has just opened, and my partner and son seemed to like it. So there you go. I will never go back again, but they might and the dog looked happy when we came home.

Uber eats delivery. £12 for two tiny pots of relish and dry chips. They forgot the third pot. Chill pot leaked everywhere and the two bowls looked and tasted like slop. Don’t waste your money

The hype of this shop opening up in our local area was great. However the communication from sales team to me an my daughter was poor. It was her first time an they were just there steering at us. She didn't no the difference if the Burrito or taco or what fillings she can have in them. Staff However didn't interfere they just stood there. An the lettuce was brown!!!! Your new so you should have great customer service an fresh food! I will stick with fillishack in peckham

Unfortunately got served by someone who had no idea what was going on and seemed surprised that I didn’t want rice in my salad bowl and that they actually offer to double the meat.

Gutted, I wasn't able to order a Chipotle to pick up on the app. (Don't want to use uber eats as prices are marked up) Food was hot and tasty, but it was empty inside. What seemed like managers standing around chatting put me off, it was exceptionally clean, though. I'll go back again as it's clean and staff are friendly. Burrito bowl was luuuurrrvvvllyy

Ordered on line they managed to put the wrong order in the wrong bag, so I now have to do a long drawn out procedure with just eat to be refunded, why should that be when its the restaurant that made the mistake ... not impressed 1st and last order from this place

I ordered a chicken bowl for delivery and I waited an hour for it to arrive with the delivery driver at the restaurant for 55 mins. I ordered a chicken bowl, when the food arrived there was no chicken and maybe a few grains of rice. Total disappointment and an expensive wasted lunch.

Very impressed- got me and my daughter a free dinner each today; loved the burrito and this place has made good first impressions by giving out freebies to the local community as a way to celebrate it's opening of the East Dulwich branch- so, for that, Thank you!! 👌🏼 🤤
