Our second visit & it was great again. All of the dishes were tasty, interesting & completely different to last time (bar the olives which are a must). Even the palate cleanser salad was refreshing & packed with different ingredients that work so well together. As owners of a catering company we need going out for dinner to be a treat & as good as (or better!) than we can do ourselves & this truly is a treat for foodies that are unfussy & love being surprised by what’s on the menu tonight. Owner was pleasant once again, and even noted a special request re: seating. Top night out, not just any old meal.

First visit to Three Faces which was recommended by a golfing buddy. Very impressed with the service and the quality of the food was exceptional, with a nice timely gap between dishes. We went for the Chefs Menu thus leaving it to the restaurant to bring the dishes. Had a couple of bottles of Rioja, which was very nice, albeit the drinks are a tad pricey. Ambience was great and a revisit is definitely on the cards.

The experience was great . Had a good, happy vibe . I found the music far too loud and made people shout across tables, but I still had a nice time. The food was great. Lots of tasty tapas in a fusion of flavours tried lots of things I probably wouldn't have ordered, and it was all so delicious and rich in flavours . The best thing about this place is the chefs. It's definitely one of the tasty places to eat in St Leonard's and Hastings. The wine was absolutely delicious and top quality for a restaurant. I had only vegetarian and vegan. But my friends had meat, fish, and seafood, which they said were top notch and the olives were absolutely massive and class one for sure.. thumbs up 👍 👌

Food is good, but it's basically at the whim of the chef... It's impossible to know what will come out, so I've left hungry as a veggie, but my friends who eat meat were happier... Good flavours, service so so, wouldn't return as it's really not value for money. A restaurant that's more interested in itself than it's customers.

A great dining experience from start to finish. We had the best orange-stuffed olives and cheese, croquettes, amazing pork with an apple sauce, some of the best fish with a wild garlic pesto, tiger prawns, and the most incredible basque-style cheesecake. It was a really nice amount of food at a great value. Plus, a nice cocktail & wine selection, including non-alcoholic option.

Great food but won't be returning I recently visited The Three Faces Restaurant in St Leonards with seven friends, and our experience was far from what we expected. Right from the start, we were made to feel uneasy. Upon arrival, we were informed that the restaurant typically does not cater to parties of our size due to noise concerns, setting a negative tone for the evening. The situation escalated when the waiter, who was serving olives, interrupted my conversation by poking me on the shoulder, insisting I pay attention to him. This was not only surprising but also quite disrespectful. But what happened next was truly astonishing. Later in the evening the same waiter faced and then pointed at one of my friends, and said "stop shouting" when in fact, he just has a naturally loud voice. This accusation was so unsettling that my friend felt compelled to leave the restaurant. The most shocking revelation of the evening was that this waiter was actually the owner of the restaurant. It's bewildering to think that such behavior could come from someone in charge. This was an experience unlike any I have had in the service industry, and not in a good way. Despite the excellent quality of the food, the treatment we received has left a lasting negative impression. It's unfortunate because it also reflects poorly on the other staff members, who were not at fault. I rarely write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share our experience to perhaps prevent this from happening to future patrons. It is with regret that I say I will not be returning nor can I recommend it to others unless you don't mind being insulted. It is my hope that the restaurant will reconsider its approach to customer service.

My recent experience at Three Faces of Del Parc in St Leonards on Sea was nothing short of magical, marking it as a standout gem in our local dining scene. The innovative concept of not having a traditional menu but rather trusting the chefs to curate a delightful selection of dishes made for an enchanting and unique dining adventure. The tapas-style servings showcased an exceptional blend of flavours, each dish a testament to the chefs' dedication to using fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the moment the first plate arrived, it was evident that every creation was infused with creativity and culinary expertise. The atmosphere at Three Faces of Del Parc was cosy and relaxed, providing the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness added to the overall positive experience, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout the meal. One standout element that enhanced the overall ambiance was the great music playlist. The carefully curated tunes complemented the dining experience, creating an even more enjoyable and immersive atmosphere. My visit was seamless, and the culinary journey I embarked on at Three Faces of Del Parc left me eager to return for another round of delightful surprises. This restaurant has truly mastered the art of creating a culinary wonderland where each bite is a discovery, each moment is savoured, and the soundtrack adds an extra layer of charm. If you're seeking a dining experience that transcends the ordinary, Three Faces of Del Parc is an absolute must-visit.

Real shame, booked earlier in the day and was really looking forward to finally eat here. We walked in closely followed by another group of 4, we were ignored as the 4 were attended to and seated,. Then hear mumbles of over booked and alot about sending an email even though my partner had booked in person in the afternoon. No offer of seats or to take our coats, when we ask we were told to sit at the bar, still with our coats on and no one to serve. With the passive aggressive attitude of the front of house we felt so unwelcome we decided to leave. We had heard so many recommendations, sadly we will now never try the food. Sorry chef you were so helpful during the booking!

I recommend people look elsewhere then visiting this restaurant! Really shocked appalling honestly wish I had never gone in

Most enjoyable meal and evening. The restaurant is quite intimate and tastefully laid out.  The food was undoubtedly the star of the night. There is no menu, but chef's choice, which offers up a varied selection of tapas style dishes. It's therefore difficult, if not impossible, to recall precise details but we started with amazing marinated olives, salted almonds and manchego cheese cubes with shallots (?). Followed by an array of gorgeous grilled king prawns, incredible marinated spiced/pickled cherries, a sublime, fried Monte enebro goats' cheese, then lamb cutlets (slightly overdone for my taste) followed and all finished off with burnt basque cheesecake, which was a triumph.  The presentation and the flavours were exceptional and without fault. The wines are very reasonable and equally delicious. Approx. £150 for two, with a bottle of wine plus desert wines was very reasonable.  I generally prefer a menu although I can't fault the food choices, which we were served. Minor niggle was being asked if we wanted some of the dishes when the answer was an obvious, a big fat, yes! Alan, one of the owners, looked after us masterfully and the waitress Sally, added a touch of glamour style, class and unassuming service. But head chef Steve walks off with the trophy! This is definitely a hot spot for the forthcoming chilly winter months.

Everything was fresh and really very very VERY good. Be aware they most dishes are bit overpriced (16 gbp for four prawns..), and you don’t have the choice on what you get, so you end up around 60 / person with half bottle of wine and half a dessert.Given quality it is worth it. Meal took two hours from start to finish, so definitely for a convivial evening, not a quick (or cheap) bite.

And they keep coming, perfectly timed, until you can't possibly eat more... but there is one final delight not to be missed... the Basque Cheesecake, with a hint of salt, that will make you close your eyes with utter satisfaction. Literally the best restaurant food I've ever experienced, tapas or otherwise. The chef's skill at combining ingredients to get incredible flavours is in my opinion unmatched. We were intrigued that there's no menu to choose from - you just sit and the dishes start arriving. Lovely owner, Alan, and waitress. The photos here absolutely don't do it justice - although they do show how you could walk past and totally miss it. Inside the place is fairly simple, very clean, with white walls, and modern, minimalist but attractive decor. The ambience is intimate and buzzy, lots of happy customers. The service is warm and efficient. The bill came to £110 for two including drinks and service which we felt was very good value. Very,, very much wish they were located nearer us in East Anglia.

It is a deli that converts into a small restaurant in the evenings but doesn't feel crowded at all. There's a great vibe there, our waitress (sorry we didn't get your name) was amazing and managed to serve everyone with graceful speed and skill. The food was the highlight of the evening though, we had the chef's tapas. Each course served was a great compliment to the previous course but was delicious on its own. The finale was a beautiful lamb chop where we thought we would call it a day, but we were persuaded to have a slice of cheesecake and I'm so glad we did. It was like eating a sweet cloud! Every one of the several dishes brought something different to the 'traditional' tapas menu, with fantastic flavour combinations and an understated flare. A lovely ambience and very friendly service. Thank you Alan, your chef and your team! We'll be back the next time we're in the area, definitely.

We recently had a salad selection for take-away from here and the home-made selection was excellent as well as the service from one of the owners. All freshly made in house salads that taste so good! Recommend- Enjoy.

Well I’m pretty appalled really, as a visitor to Hastings for the weekend I went to this restaurant as it was recommended to me by my hotel proprietor. I’m a woman on my own and asked for a table, I was refused a table (...

Managed to get a last-minute table here. It was a chef’s ‘what is available’ menu and we received a number of small courses that were really delicious and well-flavoured. The dishes were well-developed and a notch up from the standard Spanish tapas. Lovely wine, and...

It’s great to be able to have a decent tapas bar nearby that is also a deli, especially during lockdown, which serves such tasty food.

Due to restrictions we have only visited for takeaways here and haven’t been disappointed with the great service and lovely fresh food that they serve. Where else can you get such fresh food that is prepared daily and tasters do good - recommended - Enjoy.

I know the team well from their days in Islington. London's loss is St Leonards' gain. I can't wait to come over from Hove to taste the fabulous food and experience the great service again. Welcome to El Costa Sussex chaps!

Best tapas in St Leonards on Sea by far. Superb menu venue and service highly recommended. I have been a few times and everytime I have been delighted by the cuisine. The menu is varied tapas with lots of variety with plenty of options for vegetarians. Great service good wine, I especially recommend the prawns and the Padron Peppers both are delicious and as good as any Spanish restaurant in Spain!

So wonderful to have come across this hidden gem in St. Leonards on Sea. A delicious array of beautiful mediterranean delicacies. I could have spent hours in there pottering, enjoying the aromas that were wafting from the open plan kitchen. Sadly for me there was a queue outside the door so I had to be quick. My mouth was watering as I packed my bag full of goodies!! So looking forward to returning.
