Very unprofessional and unfriendly. We had a story there and the outcome shows how unprofessional and how little they care about customer service. And my friends also had storys. Not worth going back.

Amazing place to throw a family party but also to have a lunch or dinner. Their pizza, by the way, is on another level 👌🥰

Food was good although service was atrocious. Pizza came out fast but waited 40 minutes for a panini and got a large sesame bagel and was told that's the panini. Even though food tasted good, I wouldnt go there again.

Third time we have eaten here but the most disappointing. There was no sushi, no salad and, worst of all no bread, so no brioche for Eggs Benedict, no sandwiches and my friend was, lucky to have eggy bread. The service was poor and the staff did not know why there were so many shortages of essentials for the menu. I had a pizza, which was very tasty. I don't think we will visit again. As previously commented, the wcs are in need of a deep clean.

Lovely food, friendly staff and nice atmosphere

Service amazing and food was incredible highly recommend. The waffle was incredible covered in strawberry sauce and white chocolate.

Delicious dishes and dessert and assortment of drinks in coffees, teas, soft drinks etc. pleasant atmosphere and reasonable low noise levels. close to bus stops for all buses going north to Bury and south to Manchester City Centre etc.

Please note: If you want a wholemeal option instead of white with your soup it will be an extra £2.75! The white roll that the soup came with, was sadly dry and stale but the soup itself was tasty, although very salty.

We had a delicious meal; salmon and mushroom lasagne. The staff were very friendly and helpful and service was super prompt.

Well priced and quick service with good range of options on the menu.

I ordered quinoa salad, they gave me salad without quinoa... Then, upon enquiry, they told me they had no quinoa and they knocked off £1!

Had a breakfast there, good food, nice service, I recommend the hazelnut milkshake, good place for a milky eat out.

As you come in you get a big welcome and then you get seated and get a digital menu so you can see what is the dish . After 5 min the staff came to take the order Very Professional . The food came after 10 min hot 🔥 and full of flavor . I will come back again

Weird, weird. Had no bakery , no sushi not much of anything so don't judge by their website. Staff seem bewildered and one tried to serve me again as I was walking out .. restaurant had 'The Shining ' vibe . Couldn't wait to leave!!

Incredible food! But waited nearly 2 hours to get our food. Seems like deliveroo and uber eats come before the dining in costumers. Wasn't very impressed.... 🤔

Good mozzarella sticks and nice ambiance

This caught me by surprise. We sat down and were given menus, only 3 tables were full, after waiting for 25 minutes the waitress finally took our drink order. it took another 20 minutes and still weren't served. Almost an hour after we arrived we gave up and left

I know you've tried hard to change your style, and you did very well with designing and the way you serve customers, well done on that. But your bakeries and Rugalach cinnamon and chocolate in the past few months have lost their flavour, and shape it shrunk by 90%. You can do better! The ones you produced a couple months ago were delicious and worth every penny. Take it as possitive feedback 💯

I Bought a Milkshake and It was totally mouldy and they didn't want to give me a new one or a refund. I had to throw it out and the taste was terrible!!

Lovely sushi in this restaurant.

Busy restaurant but service wasn't very attentive nor very knowledgeable about portions or ingredients; order was slow in coming & not accurate when so...shakshuka came w/ 1 thin slice of bread (halved) & omelet arrived w/ few pieces of iceberg lettuce/2 cherry tomatoes (who doesn't serve such a dish with at least some bread?😬). Overall very ehh experience, felt like a bare minimum effort on their end; would choose elsewhere in the future, especially considering the pricing.

I Expected a complete replacement meal to be served as the hot chips would go cold whilst waiting., Surprisingly I only received the replacement poached eggs in a bowl . This time the poached eggs had considerable water underneath. I didn’t eat the breakfast. I informed the chef who told me it was difficult to serve poached eggs without water . We had a discussion about this . His response to my complaint was to offer to refund me as , “‘I don’t want the headache “ . Not the ideal response . I refused the refund because I have more money than sense & I didn’t complain for money . But Could I ask the manager to use the refused refund ( £15.29 ) to educate the chef on how to cook & serve poached eggs.

Expensive but big portions. Ordered large chips and it came with a very lot. But another time when I came there was much less. You have to get lucky... Its a nice ambient atmosphere but you are not always served straight away.

The food was delicious and great quality for a great price. I would definitely recommend and I would eat here again.

Hi so i had a alfredo panini today and was not happy with it there was hardly any filling in it and it was missing some of the filling which it should have had it did not look anything like the picture as on the menu as it was missing filling the staff were helpful and the chef did come over to discuss it, im not sure if he understood what i was not happy with. It costs £8.95 the portion sizes have definitely reduced in the last few months and i should have refused to pay full price for it thanks

Came with a friend for a nice supper and recieved more than expected! Service was amazing! Peanut butter milkshake practically oozed out my mouth I was drooling so hard with delight. Ambience was divine, beautiful tablecloths and menus! Crunchy crispy panini sandwich that crunched very loudly and beautifully when my teeth sunk in. Don’t recommend paper straws as they get soggy- don’t get me wrong! I do care about the turtles I just care about my lipstick a little more. - Millicent Payne

Nice place to sit and eat tasty kosher food.

We ate there 3 times last week. Food is excellent and tastefully cooked. Peas soup excellent Sushi poppers enormous and fabulous Tuna melts -the name says it all Deserts just great Pizza perfect Food was competitively prices and the portions were generous. The building is right next door and shares the WCs with Taam which cater for the shawarma types and the washrooms need attention. Otherwise friendly courteous staff. The only problem I can see is that it is in Manchester where it always rains which has a direct affect on the reviewers who seem to be a load of miserable entitled souls who could not tell the difference between a Cabernet Sauvignon to a min cab but who cares! I will return next time I up up north

I came here for brunch after hearing about this place on Instagram. I ordered the shakshuka Moroccan style. The portion was big but it lacked flavour, it tasted ok. We orderes mocha with whippee cream but they had ran out of cream. My son ordered a breakfast panini with extra smoked salmon, which they omitted and had to add as a side. Taste was average as my son didn't finish his food and he was quite hungry. The food didn't offer value for money.

was really looking forward to have a nice meal with friends and was quite disappointed. the waitress barely spoke english so it was kinda difficult to order quickly. she brought a bottle of water but we had to pour it ourselves and the water was never refilled. we were 7 at the table . there wasnt any dishes with mushrooms or anything that had eggs in it available. ( server told us ) we wanted eggplant parmesan and the server said WE DONT HAVE ANY EGGS!!! EGG-PLANT LOL !!! we ended up getting the eggplant parmesan! eggplant parmesan - was tasty but super oily spicy cheesy fries- the cheese sauce was delicious but we were unaware that there was jalapeno pepper in it so that was not good at all garlic bread - hardly had any garlic and wasnt baked well. it was ok salad- we ordered a few toppings but half of the salad had the toscanini sausage in it so we didnt eat most of it and the 4 eggplant slices were huge and not fully cooked. half the bowl was empty and we ordered a large salad oreo milkshake- ordered the large size and it was on the smaller side. when i asked for a cup so i can share it with my friend i got a tall glass without a straw. there wasnt really any cookies inside just one whole cookie on the top and the consistency was kinda watery. i didnt drink the hot drinks and didnt taste the strawberry waffle so i cant comment on that. the service was not the best and the food was not the freshest. we went on a saturday night so they might have had food left over from the entire week . how do i know it wasnt fresh? i went to the bathroom 4 times after i got home. i know its TOO MUCH INFO but i am giving my honest review. this place has alot of potential and i might try it again when i come back again but is not on my MUST VISIT places.

We stopped for a quick coffee & sandwich on a long journey home. The atmosphere was strange, we had to ask for a menu which was on an iPad. There was hardly any baked goods on display. The owner was sat in the corner on a laptop, which I always find disconcerting. We ordered a latte, croque Madame, a tea, & panini but they had no baguettes so my husband said he’d have it on toast. We waited 20 mins, it was not busy and the staff all seemed quite down. My croque I opened in the car to discover a soggy disgusting mess, the bread hadn’t been toasted and they’d chucked some kind of passata and catering garlic butter on it which made it impossible to eat without cutlery but it was utterly inedible anyway. The carrot cake is dry and has clearly been on display for days, crispy icing and sponge does not a carrot cake make! Don’t be fooled by the sign this is not a welcoming atmosphere and the food is horrific and expensive. Not worth it at all. I want a refund for my croque

we came in the welcome that we got was wonderful the music was so relaxing the food was amazing we have fish and chip i can say the best fish and chips in Manchester we had also the best coffee in town and we had the best sushi come in a try the food

I've seen it all before at the Three Bakers. The table staff are very friendly and helpful, but they couldn't fight their way out of a paper bag. (My mother got her cup of tea, complete with cup, saucer, milk and teabag, but the hot water would have also been useful at the start, without the apologetic "We forgot it, sorry!") We all had fish'n'chips which was excellent. Price is reasonable. Place is clean but rather noisy. Toilets are not very clean nor well-supplied. More attention needs to be paid to this. This situation is not new either, and I deduct a star from the rating because of it.

Owner is exceedingly rude to customers. Staff do their best but have privately shared concerns about his lack of professional decorum and inability to be flexible. Food quality varies greatly from great to decent to below standard, all in the same order - don't try talking to the indignant boss about it though!

A bit expensive..I had a latte and a tuna sandwich and it cost £8.50 but was very nice and a great service

Really gone downhill. Service is appalling. Staff either ignoring you or acting like they are doing you a favour. Food very expensive for what you get. We used to look forward to coming here when we came up from London, we won't be back.

Where are all the pastries and breads gone??

The table service was very disappointing. We had to chase the waiters to get the answers to our queries, and afterwards I was given (and paid for) another table's bill instead of ours - at a considerable saving I should add - until I noticed and was able to pay the correct bill. And the toilet area could be cleaner. But the staff were polite if incompetent and the food was very good and the prices reasonable. We had fish'n'chips and pizza.

The menu is outstanding. Food delicious. Lovely atmosphere. I see people had issues with waits in the past but today was efficient and super friendly despite it being relatively busy.

I placed an order online and half an hour later I called to see where it is and apparently they never got it but I did pay for it. Why have the option if it doesn't work. Also no one there spoke enough English to actually understand me. And with the food u never know sometimes it's OK n sometimes it's not.

We all went today to celebrate my husband's birthday, the have a new menu, food was exceptional!! Very tasty, big portions, nice atmosphere and a very friendly service! I highly recommend this place!! It's a must !!!

Terrible letdown. Unprofessional. Don't go here. Appalling service. Long waiting. Unfriendly staff. We called to make a booking. We arrived and they said no food is being served due to a party. We would have to wait an hour. This place is a disgrace and massive disappointment. We were very annoyed. They should be shut down. Don't go here!!!!

We went for fish'n'chips for lunch. The staff and the general ambience are pleasant. Cleanliness: my only complaint is that the bathroom and handwashing areas are not well-maintained. The food was excellent and the helpings were generous; good value for money. Waiter/ess service was good.

Visited at lunchtime though we ordered to take away. My husband and I both ordered paninis. The bread is homemade and I ordered the Three Bakers panini which for me was enough for lunch and dinner! With the addition of fresh pesto it was delicious. The staff were friendly enough, if only to take our order but was loving the chilled tunes which gave me New York vibes. A much needed break in between a busy work day!

Avoid this at all costs. Our food was undercooked and tasted disgusting. Frankly this place should be shut down. The owner should be arrested for GBH of the tastebuds. The pain to our stomachs could be masked by no amount of dessert. Categorically the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The waiting staff are spoken to poorly by management and it’s even worse when you’re sitting down trying to enjoy a meal, and all you can hear is bickering between them. 1/10 - It even says closed on Google when the restaurant is in fact open.

Ordered lasagna, came frozen in middle. Friend ordered risotto looked so horrendous sent it back. Nachos came out burnt with cold squeezed cheese on! When I told chef he was so rude. We walked out. Brought my friend from South. What an embarrassing experience.

So good to get back to the Three Bakers. Lovely new Menu. Usual helpful staff. Beautiful chilled atmosphere. Tasty food. Thank you from a family for a good ending for the fast.

Very negative experience of this place today. I went in with a friend. We ordered lattes and items from the breakfast menu. We waited 20 minutes for the lattes (then they came and were cold) my friend got his meal… he had finished it and mine still hadn’t arrived, I had to ask twice where my food was. 6 people came in after me and I watched each of them be served before me. As in there food reached them BEFORE mine reached me and I only ordered eggs benedict. We then told the staff about the cold coffees… the woman then microwaved them and brought them back. My food came and I was highly disappointed with it, took 2 bites and left it, asked for the bill. They are not even interested in why you haven’t eaten the food or whether the quality of service is decent or not! I will never go here again and I will never recommend this place to anyone. It needs to be looked at.

Fish full of bones, milkshake was just milk with crumbs on top and we ordered chips and they didn’t arrive. The lasagne was good though.

Nice place to eat, great food and good prices. Staff are very kind, patient and easygoing. I think they could do with another couple of pairs of hands as they can be busy with both dine-in and takeaway customers and the wait to be served at the tables can be longer than expected.

Unfortunately, we had to wait over 40 mins for fish and chips, I told the manager that he should have explained this to us and we could have ordered something else that would have been ordered quicker as I rushing to catch a train. It finally arrived with a complimentary dessert.

Good food, when it eventually arrived. Service was shockingly poor unfortunately. It took 15m for us to even get sat down at a clean table, and not for lack of tables. After waiting another 10m to place our orders the food then came out in dribs and drabs over the better part of an hour, meaning that the last person to get their food had to see other people eating for 40m before they got theirs. The food was tasty, but the experience left us quite frustrated. I won't be coming back here for a meal in a hurry.

We had the most amazing breakfast delivered for my dads birthday. Ordered 4 different items , each was was delicious and plentiful, so much so we had a second meal out of it. Would highly recommend

We were looking forward to trying this take away but this was one of the poorer meals we've eaten Very miniscule piece of salmon and very poor fish curry which was very salty and the fish pieces were tiny and rubbery which wasn't really edible....

Would highly recommend this place. Food and service are superb. Every time we go we are never disappointed.
