Don't order the cheesy chips unless you want a plastic cheese slice slapped on top of it not even properties grated absolutely disgusting so much garlic mayo on the kebab it was more sauce than kebab no need in that whatsoever

Tasteless food. My experience with dixy was so bad. fries was soggy and burgers and wrap are tasteless no lettuce and no sauce was there into the burgers. Waste of money and time. Bad management from their side.

Burnt pizza, with stale hard chicken, dry and hard chicken fillet. Absolutely disgusting. My toddler chocked on his first bite that’s how hard the food was. I have reported it to Food standard agency. And put a complaint with Just eat. Paid £19 for my order and I will definitely not be ordering again!

Want a refund for 2 box meals that was cold.

Chicken kebab wasn’t fresh was nasty….tasted like it had gone off, put it straight into the bin. Never had that experience no where else so on that note sorry won’t be ordering from here again.

We had ordered a Chicken pizza and the cheese tasted expired, and they had denied this but the cheese was definitely not fresh. The place was very dirty and unhygienic. For the quality of the food, it was awful and the chicken was purple inside.

Order 3 chicken burger meals and 10 wings and they was all raw chicken was purple the bone was purple and the chicken burgers was rank don't recommend to anyone these shouldn't be allowed to serve hot food

Ordered for the first time, pizza and burger meal, the pizza's was disgusting, like dipped in tomato sauce, no meat on the pizza at all, just tomato puree and loads of cheese, cold and bland for an Asian style, burger was not cooked properly, chips cold and tasted like they was precooked from the day before. Definitely won't be ordering from this place and certainly won't recommend it to anyone.

All the meat on top of the pizza was burnt. Chicken burgers so tough round the edges they were thrown out. Missing two pieces of chicken out of the bucket. Waste of money ordered from another place afterwards.

Gonna have to go one star on this. Ordered via Uber. Ordered BOGOF on kebab wrap. The free one did not come with the order. The portion of chips was very poor. Called store, spoke to them but they were not interested. The person answering the phone was speaking to someone else who was not interested either. Complained to Uber and they refunded. The pepperoni pizza was extremely salty, far too salty to eat, so unfortunately that will have to be put in the bin. Very poor.

Missing two items.. called up and explained, I was then left for a few mins after being told to give them a minute, come back to say it was packed so they don’t know why I didn’t receive it. The line then cut off as I was talking. I called back around 8 times before getting through again (on withheld) I requested a refund for the two items but was told they can’t as the manager isn’t there and they have the power. The line was then cut again! Won’t order again! Shocking customer service!

Reason i gave 1 star to delivery is the driver didn't follow the instructor on note. I clearly types to text ne when they arrive due deaf. But instead the driver put food on door step and then rang. I came down and almost stepped on food. I told the driver why not text he didn't seem to care.

Absolutely shocking behaviour of the staff, don't know how to talk respectfully and treat customers, the outside of the store is full of trash all over the floor and on the tables and chairs. Complained to them 4-5 times before about my food but no improvements and same disgusting behaviour. Will not be coming here again.

I went in last night after I’d been spiked and was not given any help whatsoever. They told me off for being sick (which I couldn’t help as I had been spiked) and told me to clean it up myself. None of the staff bothered to call an ambulance or the police, I was only checked on when two lovely people walked in and checked on me properly. Charged me for food I didn’t even want nor did I eat either.

Hard to tell how much it was late by as soon as I Ordered the food i received a text straight away saying the order would be delayed. Ordered at 19:36pm… food eventually arrived at 21:45pm. Food was cold. Chips were soggy. Cheese garlic bread was cold and chewy with cheese only on the middle not fully over the pizza. Total waste of money.

Chicken on the burger was twice the size of the bun and very dry, all the chips were extremely soggy and tasted like they hadn’t even been cooked, more like they had been left in the side to defrost - severely disappointed.

These haaraamis with there big beards are selling gone off chicken. Penny pinching apni will sell there mothers for a few pounds, they have no shame. All the food is in the bin. The smell was disgusting.

Ordered 1 hour ahead of delivery time requested, yet delivery still arrived 1 hour late. Some of the food was cold. Completely disappointing food quality, and service was shocking. Claimed they were busy when I rang, despite it being middle of the week! Will not be ordering from here again.

In the notes I put please red salt on both chips and also no mushroom and not too cheesy for the pizza, they read the note as when I received the pizza it didn’t have mushroom but it was overwhelmed by cheese so we didn’t eat any of the pizza as we dislike that amount of cheese on pizza, both chips also didn’t have any red salt, I’ve not had any issues in the past, don’t think I’ll order again

When I was placing my order at around 8pm it said 40-55 minutes. When my order was placed it changed to 9:20-9:40pm. It showed on the way at 9:20 and arrived at 9:41. The garlic bread was only just warm and rock hard. The pizza was slightly warm and edible. Did not enjoy at all
