Chaiiwala in Bury

One of my new favorite places. I’ve ordered on Uber eats in the past and enjoyed it. I wasn’t sure what to order and I’m not familiar with most of the food. Recently I went in to the actual shop and omg do I regret not doing it sooner. The staff were lovely and the pleasant waitress was so patient with me and explained what some of the food was and what some words meant. The food is just so so good I had to take my friend in the next day. The karak chai is so nice. My favorite is the kebab roll and the samosas. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.

Rude girl at the till.don’t think we will come back here again. She had a nasty attitude which made us uncomfortable to actually order .

Ordered desi pratas but they were all dry and looked like a roti than pratha. complained to the staff but she did not seem even listening and kept on saying it is the pratha not going there again as it was a waste of money and not worth paying that for the breakfast

I mostly go here for breakfast,there food and service is very good. Rida one of the staff members, she is very nice and friendly with customers. Last but not the least TEA is just on another level.

The food was amazing ravi was an amazing host he was so welcoming to us it was out first time at this branch would defo recommend

Amna was very friendly and showed good at customer service. Do try the Karachi Bun Kabab. There are new things to try which I have never seen anywhere else before such as Karak Coffee cake where the cake is floating in the coffee and it does taste delicious.

I have been to the chai wala bury road 3 times this month In the area The service is so ridiculous I can’t explain in words staff forgets the order as they have a lot customer they need staff but the owner doesn’t care I think their food is soo bad I bough breakfast of halwa puri and puri was like hard stone They always run out of tea and people are waiting fir hours. The staff doesn’t know how to pre plans things as they are only few prople work there they need at least 2 more people extra a day I’m from London I used to go chai wala every day But this chai wala is worst one I ever went and I’m out off from thi chai wala If I could I could give 0 star

Went for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. Had the desi breakfast and it was amazing. Decent size portions too which was good. Must try the cheesecake especially the gulab jamun one
