Three Arches Restaurant in Reigate and Banstead

The food is very well-cooked. However, it gets cold sitting awaiting customers. At best, it is just warm and edible. The people cooking the food and serving the food are let down by the heating at service.

Friendly staff, poor quality of food and coffee.

Food is good but because of COVID it's working for staff only.

Good friendly staff and swift service. Although the prices are bit on higher side, not great variety of dishes available. ( as compared to boots and WH Smith as East Surrey hospital ) To try are the following Hash browns Spring roles Chicken Kiev Samosa Early closing times makes it lose stars ! 😃😃

Their closing time of 19:30 is completely redundant because they turn everything off at 19:00. Just finished work and went to the restaurant to grab a bite for my fiancé who has been in with our son only to find you can’t actually get anything like a cheese toastie past 18:45. Most places I know tend to work according to the closing time, i.e serve food until 19:30 like your website states then clean the machinery after the day is done. Wish I could rate lower than 1 star - disappointed in this place’s service tomsay the least.

This cafe restaurant competes with the best out there locally. I do not work for the NHS but my late wife and I have had treatment in ES hospital over the years. Three Arches is consistently friendly, clean, low priced and there are plently of superbly cooked options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In fact, I would pay for parking and have breakfast (and superb coffee) here and you will probably still come out ahead of anywhere local. And, you will be contributing to the NHS too. Great job! Thanks to all staff members.

Whilst in hospital I have been down a few times and although the staff are nice and the food looks fine, the restaurant reeks of urine. Everytime I've been in the entrance and front smell so strongly of it that it makes it very difficult to even think of eating there, I just grab a cup of tea and leave. Such a shame because I would like to try the food and it would be lovely to have somewhere to sit instead of the ward!

Lovely fresh salad, roast pork with crackling, roast potatoes. Great price!
