I’ve eaten a lot of calamari in my life, but my small plate at number 35, was the best ever! A lovely, no fuss, small venue with excellent food and service.

We booked a table for six of us for an evening meal on March 1st . We received a warm welcome from Steve the owner . Food was delicious and well presented. Can highly recommend the spaghetti carbonara . Fish and chips were 10/10 .excellent hosting throughout the evening by Steve , we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back .

This is a small, very friendly bistro on Solva harbour. It does a limited menu of British-European dishes. And the food is - for an ostensibly unremarkable Pembrokeshire restaurant - stupefyingly good. We had calamari that were crisp and light and salty and spiced, with a lemon scented dressing; a fillet steak with outrageous flavour and a crust you'd like to take to Paris for the weekend; moules with a light but ridiculously moreish garlic sauce; and the best sticky toffee pudding I've ever eaten. At points the food was so good it brought tears to my eyes. If you're within a day's driving distance, for god's sake go.

Great every time we go . My Birthday dinner February, Night was busy and staff were quick to serve us. Steve Owner was rightly proud from his win 4 In A BED . We had Moules and Mixed Starters all expertly cooked By Chef Julian who really enjoys his Cooking It shows in the super Presentation of the food . drinks were a Fine Malbec red to start then Pinot Grigio white with the Moules Tracy our super waitress was helpful and attentive. All helping to make the evening Memorable . In the Pembroke area its so nice to find a Good Restaurant That stands Out from the Crowd . This is the Fourth time we have been. IT will not be the Last Check out the Specials when They are Available In the summer sit out side and watch the Solva Harbor Activities Jack n Jackie

would not recommend, steak was tough and cold coming out. waited 45 minutes for food and was absolutely disgusted with my meal. husbands was mediocre nothing special. this place is raved about? so strange that it did not live up to any expectations and the place is painted out to be fabulous. CANNOT AGREE

We chose “35 Main Street” as our venue for my son’s “30th Surprise Party” with family and friends. We had the BEST night, beautiful food, fantastic service and the BEST host. Would highly recommend 35 Main Street. Everyone made it a night to remember. Thank You Steve and all your staff.

My favourite place for breakfast after a sunny, bracing walk from St Davids along the coastline. Service was spot on and food was delicious. On way out, grabbed a brownie to go. The chef had just made marmalade and asked if I'd like some to go with. Lovely! Warmed the brownie and marmalade that evening and good god now I no longer want to eat anything else. Heavenly.

Arrived unannounced as a group of 10 with the local Blue tits group after a morning swim in Solva harbour for post swim breakfast. The staff were very friendly and obliging to make up a table for us all to sit together and the food and drinks came out in good time with no long wait for either. The food was really well presented, you could tell they use good produce as it tasted superb, also the portions were definitely on the generous side but not overfacing and priced really well. All in all a really pleasant place to relax with friends and enjoy good food. Many thanks for a great experience at 35.

This was my first of many visits to 35..Had the small breakfast..As a chef myself I’m usually always very critical..However I couldn’t fault it in anyway..It has to be the best breakfast Iv had in Pembrokeshire..All freshly made and piping hot..The staff are all very friendly and so helpful.Cant wait to try out their evening menu and Sunday lunch. Well done to Steve(Owner)and his fantastic team..What a gem of a place right on the water overlooking Solva harbour.

Went for breakfast for a birthday weekend. Waited over an our for our food. We were giving a free orange juice while we were waiting. 3 of our party ordered the full breakfast which they were all happy with. One ordered eggs benedict. The 1st egg was edible but the 2nd was completely raw. Off eggs for quite a while!🤢

From the get go we were treated like family. The staff's warm welcome and genuine smiles set the tone for an evening of exceptional food and hospitality. Every moment was a pleasure. We came for the bespoke Fear and Canadian Burgers, and left with our stomachs stretched. The ginormous tomahawks were sublime. The entire night was first class. In short, 35 Main Street is a gem that redefines fine dining. The combination of impeccable service and extraordinary ffoodhas us already planning more visits.

Four of us ate at this restaurant whilst on holiday in Pembrokeshire and it was one of the highlights of the week! We initially wanted lobster but sadly they had literally just sold the last one, however the owner went absolutely above and beyond to ensure we had one of the best meals we’ve had in absolutely ages!! We ended up chatting to him for a while and he even invited the head chef to come out and have a chat with us (also a very very lovely man!). All in all, we would really highly recommend a trip to this restaurant if you’re anywhere near the area. Amazing setting next to the water, incredible food and really lovely staff! 👏🏻👏🏻

We found this lovely place in Solva for dinner. We had our dogs with us, one of which is a great big Dobermann. They had a table booked for us but allowed us to eat at the sofa area so our big lump of a dog was not in the way. We shared a starter of scallops which was delish. I had the seafood spaghetti which was packed with seafood, no hunting for the mussels here, a really generous portion which I struggled to finish. Hubby had fish and chips, super crispy batter and fresh fish. Sticky toffee pudding to finish, all washed down with a crisp white wine. At £69 it was excellent value. The doggies were made super welcome and got some treats and the staff were all lovely, friendly and chatty.. what more could you ask for..

A really nice atmosphere with an excellent staff team and host, who brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm to the role. The food was great and the overall experience was very enjoyable. This was our fourth visit to Cafe 35 since Steve and his team took over and it really does feel like they have found their mojo and are really beginning to prosper. We will definitely be back soon. As locals 35 Main Street is well known to us but this was our first visit since it has been taken over by a new owner. We were greeted by the owner Steve, who is very friendly and made us feel very much at home. Nothing was too much trouble. Including drinks samples and excellent recommendations when some of our choices were unavailable. The food here has always been pretty good. But Steve and his team have taken it to a different level, excellent quality using local ingredients where possible and a great selection of new specials. This is just what Solva needs and is thoroughly recommended.

Would highly recommend this place, the food was fantastic and the staff were so friendly. If in the area, please give them a go.

We found it a cosy and comfortable space. Steve, the owner, was very friendly and a lovely person to talk to, but above all, the food was fantastic and the chips were something else. We will be back.

A very warm and friendly welcome from the new owners. We have visited this venue many times over the past few years for the amazing breakfast. The new owners did not disappoint on this front. The breakfast was truly delicious, generous and great value for money. We would highly recommend this venue any time of day. We have had great evening meals here too! The new owner was very personable and introduced us to the chef. Nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to returning very soon!

We went to ThirtyFive as we had been last summer.Met by the new owner Steve who also introduced us to the head chef. They were extremely accomodating, friendly and the food was lovely .Steve very much has a vision for his restaurant and is half way there with his sheer enthusiasm. We would definitely visit again and wish Steve the very best in his venture.

Recently reopened (past 10 days) with a new & enthusiastic owner named Steve. Must point out this restaurant is open on Mondays & Tuesdays, which is highly unusual for St Davids area...so we tried it with the family. If you want local, fresh seafood this is the place. The skilled chef brought out the best flavours in the sea bream and sea bass (with samphire & truffle fries), which was the best seafood we've had in years. Their salted caramel brownie garnished with fruit was amazing, and tasted surprisingly like cookie dough. Main advantage over other restaurants: the excellent service. It's a welcome change from the lax service you get most places these days. We'll definitely return again!

Very friendly service on a rainy afternoon- We were introduced to the chef, who was very friendly and seemed eager to cook for us. Whilst the menu seemed to be more limited towards breakfast and dinner, there was still food for all occasions, but the boss offered my parents cheese sandwiches as they were not very hungary. I decided on a Caesar Salad, which was a good portion and very flavoursome. Would recommend to anyone no matter what occasions they would be visiting Well done!

Visited No 35 today to a friendly welcome from Steve the new owner and Max his efficient assistant. We went in-between breakfast and Sunday lunch time so enjoyed good quality coffee and delicious chocolate cake Inside is clean and inviting with a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Extensive menu to suit all.

Under new management, when we arrived we were welcomed warmly by the new owner Steve, who was friendly and very accommodating informing us that if we wanted something that wasn’t on the menu and they had the ingredients, they would be happy to provide (which was the case when some customers asked for sandwiches). We ordered 4 soups which came with lovely crusty bread & butter and were delicious. Accompanied by some teas and coffees which were also great. Really enjoyed our visit and will definitely return as live locally.

A absolutely gorgeous place, with fabulous freshly cooked, local food for adults & children & super friendly staff! Definitely worth a visit, booking advisable.

Omg stumbled on this place as weather was bad ...BEST eggs Benedict we'd ever had !!!! Honestly totally unexpected. Made us and the dog feel very welcome ... Fantastic service and food we were most impressed ! 😁 Would highly recommend and we will absolutly return 10/10.

Fabulous to see No35 back open again - much missed. Solva needs this restaurant for locals and visitors. We met the new owner Steve and the Head Chef Christian - a very warm Welcome from both too. My husband and I both had a full breakfast - everything was very enjoyable and plentiful. Local sausages and bacon (we asked). Laver bread which we had not had before - would have again. We checked the lunch and evening menus which looked very nice - we booked to have an evening meal at the weekend. One of the best things was no rushing, and that we were just able to sit and enjoy our breakfast. Our pooch very Welcome too. Value for money compared to other local eateries, quality of food and fabulous Welcome. Steve, the new owner, welcomes everyone into 35 with a massive smile. We popped in twice for lovely coffee and enjoyed two incredible desserts. We can’t wait to be back in the summer and enjoy the lunch and dinner menu on offer. In fact, Steve tells us it’ll be the best roast dinner around too! Good luck and see you soon.

You are in for a wonderful experience which you don’t want to miss out on. 35 Main Street is as lovely as the setting itself. Nestled near the harbour it is a must for anyone visiting Solva. Delightful; high quality; fresh food with attentive service a great atmosphere and value for money. What more could you ask for?

Great little place tucked alongside harbour in Solva. It IS open even though it can look as though it's not at this time of year. We had a lunch of fresh seabass with tasty seasonal vegetables, locally sourced and beautifully cooked. Desert Lemon cheesecake with an explosion of flavours And Chocolate Brownie with fab fruit topping. Returned for coffee and cake (gluten-free choices.) Ended up staying for lunch beef ciabatta and potted crab salad. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the food. The welcome was friendly and attentive. All the customers had smiles on their faces. Good luck Steve, chef Christian and the team.
