A sweet place to get ready, great location in London, near a cute coffee shop a few doors down and close to Marylebone town hall for weddings Joe

We came here for their Afternoon Tea and had a wonderful experience ! Staff were very kind, the food was lovely, especially the finger sandwiches and desserts 😊 A cozy room with gorgeous decor (I recommend the windowside table in the corner). The room might get a little noisy during peak teatime, but we booked for around 1pm and it was quite pleasant indeed. Thanks and we look forward to a future visit !

Came here for an Afternoon tea, and I must say it was definitely worth it! Comparing to many similar places this one turned out cheaper, but with better quality food. It is also very atmospheric and well decorated. The dish-wear deserves a separate compliment💘

Went for tea time. The location and deco are nice. Small tea room but nice. The choix and the quality are fine, not at the best but just fine to enjoy the experience. The service is kind but maybe a bit too long.

This hotel is cute and so unexpected. I found it while browsing for unique hotels in London but did not quite ready for what it was. The location was just wonderful and walk to just about anywhere to shop or to get to public transportation. A short a few mins walk to Selfridges. However, the building it might be difficult to find as my taxi went past it 3 times over. So look for a small the flower arch framing the entrance. They have very few rooms and the room I was assigned to was a little too cozy so I had myself an upgrade and that was great. The service was sweet, friendly, accommodating, and hands down the best service I had during many of my stays in London. This is like personalized customer service where everyone tried their best to make the guests feel comfortable. The room I settled in was perfect for work and play. It has a big working desk with all the minibar amenities. The bathtub was in the bedroom so I have got some view. The bathroom was spacious and so was the room. All their rooms are unique and classically decorated. The public area was something sort of out of a movie set. I was so sad that I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the bar and restaurant but I’d love to come back. Highly recommended.

Honestly, the worst afternoon tea I’ve been to. Service made me feel like a second class citizen because I had a gift voucher (bought for full price as a birthday present - and including a tip!) and could hear the waitresses talking about it in the corner. When phoning the day prior to confirm the voucher was ok to use I asked if I needed a printed gift voucher and was told absolutely not - just the code would be fine. Once I got there I was told I would need a printed version so I had to email the codes over to the manager… The worst part was the sandwiches - I was served 2/4 sandwiches with the ends of bread (never seen this before at a paid afternoon tea!) and one which was missing a piece of bread entirely and shoved onto the next so there was 7 pieces of bread for 4 sandwiches. Flagged this up and was told it was a mistake and she’d go sort it out with the kitchen. 5 minutes later was brought back the same sandwiches with another piece of bread put onto the soggy end that already had bread…which was also an end piece. How do you run out of bread on a Saturday at peak afternoon tea time?! (Unless this was again because I was using a gift voucher) Feel like staff didn’t really know what they were doing and didn’t communicate with each other as 10 minutes later another waitress came over and asked how it all was and when I pointed out the issues she said it was likely as they were all pre-prepared in one big row so the missing piece of bread originally must be on another sandwich…?! I had flagged in my booking I was vegetarian but when I asked when ordering they seemed surprised and said they would bring only vegetarian sandwiches. There were 2 vegetarian sandwiches in the main menu so I was expecting these… When the aforementioned soggy sandwiches came out, they were 4 vegan sandwiches with ingredients I’d not expected - at which point a different waitress brought me the vegetarian menu (which is not vegetarian, it is vegan). My partner pointed out after that his glass of bubbles was far less than mine so we didn’t even get the full 2 glasses of bubbles that had been paid for. We were meant to be celebrating and one small mistake can be expected but was just one thing after the next and ruined a nice afternoon out. Once we finished our meal, we were not asked for feedback, we were left to wait for 10 minutes at which point I had to go find the manager to check he had processed my email. Will not be returning and will not be recommending anyone buy any more gift vouchers either.

Nestled in Marylebone, The Zetter Townhouse shines as a beacon of afternoon tea elegance. This hidden gem combines tradition with a modern flair, offering a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle. The tea selection impresses with both classic and exotic blends, complemented by an exquisite assortment of finger sandwiches, scones, and pastries. Each bite is a testament to culinary craftsmanship, delivering a harmony of flavors and textures. Beyond the delightful treats, it's the serene ambiance and attentive service that complete the experience, making The Zetter Townhouse a must-visit for a quintessentially British afternoon tea with a contemporary touch.

Went for afternoon tea with my family. The place is very cozy and chill. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious (especially the finger sandwiches!!). You will definitely not leave the Zetter hungry, but they offer you take-away boxes if you don't manage to eat everything! :-)

Very nice setting, old and classy. Very friendly and reserved staff. But prices are high (as everything in London) 45 £ pp for a High Tea. It was good but not memorable.

Everything about this stay was great. The rooms, the location and the staff. Fantastic! One slight comment is that the hot water wasn’t hot enough in the shower and the water pressure was rather weak in general. Again otherwise, 5 stars all around! Loved the stay

It was a great evening at this fantastic place. Their coffee tastes so nice thanks to the cute bartender Bishnu. All their staff were so nice and kind . Very good service I will defenately visit here again because of the environment. Last but not the least server Hasan was a good man and very good story teller for his good service I had to post this big review.

Since it is possible that they do not have bathrooms for customers, it seems to me to be a bad policy for this particular business, and I have been to many and they all have bathrooms for customers. The worst thing is the way the employee spoke to me, who told me that in In this country it seems that there are no rules that protect the public.

I'm a former Hilton room service manager from Waikiki, Honolulu. Today I had breakfast at the Carriages restaurant in the Hilton Paddington. Since I'm not a guest and ordered a full English a la carte I was seated in the lounge. I found this rather odd treatment. Is the staff incapable of distinguishing a la carte diners from buffet or is this standard policy? I actually preferred the lounge since it was deserted and quiet. That said, my eggs were overdone, the mushroom and tomato tasteless--what's wrong with basting them with butter? The bacon cold. I had to ask for a new order of eggs. No condiments were on the table and none offered. No jam for the toast. But the coffee was drip and delicious. While the Hilton is not the Ritz, quality service is a frame of mind--anticipation of guest needs and comfort. It costs nothing more other than training and communication.
