I have visited this outlet in the starting of feb when I was traveling to London something weared happened with me because of some misunderstanding it was proven after but the manager behaviour is not appropriate after he knew that I didn't do anything wrong still he showed me the exist gates even he also didn't appoloziges for that & what he belamed is was like hurting someone moral values so he should respect for that if someone is not guilty he should sorry for all the harrasment because of someone false complaint that proven wrong on the spot.

I will like to let know, if can anyone it's responsible over this place, to learn the staff to do fresh coffee, not to use espresso what it's all ready done, because I paid for the service and for the product. And if it's possible to understand how to serve the costumer and to respect, not to chat each other ( between staff)like in the street. I'm working in hospitality and I know what it's mean respect for clients and to give the best service because that's why we get paid for. Thx and I will really appreciate if someone something can change in better this place. 3 January at 6:25am

i was facetiming my friend because she is disabled and we needed to eat, so I went there to get some food.The guy working there prohibited me to facetime because it is no allowed to record there (?)

Terrible experience with one worker as I didn’t go up to get the toastie as I thought I had ordered a different one, the worker then proceeds to shove the receipt in my face .

The store was quiet when I went in, was greeted warmly by Ibrahim who treated me to my matcha order when I said I use the subscription service. Really nice end to a lovely weekend in London, thank you Ibrahim for extending the positivity and kindness, really made my journey!

Fast service. National Express buses are right before your eyes. They only have trouble with the birds coming in😂

The food was very good!! The coffee ☕ very good!! Cristian treated us with great affection and was very attentive at all times. The place is nice and very warm, it was nice to be there while waiting for the bus, very cozy. I recommend it 100%

The staff and the manager were very very rude. I’m pret’s employee and when i showed my employees account to get my coffee they accused me of using someone else’s identity( Even when i showed my pret’s ID). Very offensive. I’m sorry for their awful customer service.

Went into this branch and asked for a filter coffee. The person who was serving me was very rude his name was Vladislav. I was told that after 8:30 p.m., they do not serve filter coffee. I ended up buying a different coffee. I will not be going there ever again. It would be nice if the branch would put a sign after 8:30pm there is no filter coffee. I think they definitely need to improve their customer service.

We went this afternoon and a young guy who was Spanish or spoke Spanish perfectly attended to us, he is a real charmer, we enjoyed the afternoon, thank you very much!!! The coffee was very delicious! Been to different stores twice now. You can easily find something there to satisfy your hunger, but it doesn't really convince me. Coffee and cake ok. Sandwiches and wraps vary in quality. For the prices I expect something better

There is not much food towards the end of the day even though they know they are open till late. The food has tons of ingredients so it’s not like it’s fresh and can’t be held all day. I used the prett app and whatever staff member was at the till at 8:30 on Wednesday didn’t even scan it. You’re better off going to black sheep coffee or getting your own food.

Christian was our barista, and he was a complete charm. The chaii latte tastes too gingery for my taste but it wasn't bad

The worst experience I had today at pret I paid £4.60 pound for a coffee that too the milk was burnt and tasted so so bad Aamir was the guy who was so rude i gave him the full cup of coffee and asked him to change and give me a new one or give me the refund but he misbehaved and the lady was so rude she was saying from behind no refund will be initiated and so so rude Never going back to this place again I had my bus so i had to leave in a rush But i would like to request the manager to investigate this matter so someone else doesn’t face the same issue

Since it is possible that they do not have bathrooms for customers, it seems to me to be a bad policy for this particular business, and I have been to many and they all have bathrooms for customers. The worst thing is the way the employee spoke to me, who told me that in In this country it seems that there are no rules that protect the public.

Staff were very accommodating, suggested drinks that I might like as I never had tried them before. Really friendly too!

It's convenient, clean and well located, right as you enter the coach station! Multiple choices for cold food and beverages, unfortunately the warm options are very limited food-wise.

Nice, good place for chill and snack

Actually I went there late night to get a matcha latte. The latte was lush, the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful even though it was very late and they also offered all of us leftover fruit so that it doesn’t go to waste.

The food was decent! Baguette was a bit dry and could have done with some extra sauce. The prices are also a little bit steep, particularly for the size of the baguette, but overall arguably acceptable. Sandwich and Hot Roll was yummy. Decent breakfast - we for some reason wanted this delivered to our hotel.

Stopped by for a quick bite and a drink during my break, had plenty of space to dine in and rest up while enjoying fresh and tasty meal with my hot freshly made coffee. The staff we're great, got everything I needed (sugar, napkins, etc.) without needing to come back and ask for it - very considerate staff. got served very quickly and professionally.

Horrible customer service, we ordered 2 coffees, there was alot of ppl waiting more then 10 people waiting. The guy called out one coffee ( latte) but not the other coffee (Carmel lattee) so we assumed the lattee belonged to another individual. Then he called the Carmel latte and I said thanks and confirmed is this the Carmel lattee that was with the normal latte on the same. The guy rudely said I used your coffee to make the Carme lattee as you didn't pick up when I called and yelled. And I said how am I meant to know if that was my latte. And why are you reusing my coffee for the next order, I paid for it! . I asked if he can make me my regular lattee then he said oh my God in a rude manner. It would help if you gave a order number or name. You yelled out latte serval times for other customers how am I meant to know the one you yelled out is mine it's a busy station. If you said lattee and Carmel latte coming up I would know it's our order. Such rude service. And don't reuse coffees if a customer is delayed picking it up

I recently visited Pret A Manger and ordered a black Americano around 9:00 PM. While waiting for my bus at the station, at 9:19 PM, a man approached me in a rude and was Unpolite with me, asking me to leave. He said, "Don't you see the place is empty? No one is here, we've closed." I explained that I wasn't aware, and according to Google Maps, the café closes at 10:00 PM. However, he insisted that I leave immediately. His impolite behavior, espercially since he appeared to be the manager. What made this experience even more disappointing is that I have been a loyal subscriber with Pret for 4 years and have never encountered such disgraceful behavior before. TERRIBLE…I will not recommend to anyone.

Refused to give me tap water which I'm pretty sure is illegal. The Greggs in this bus station there is both cheaper and met the bare standards of providing tap water, many thanks to Greggs 🤙

I had such a bad morning. I was late for my bus to go to Bournemouth, then I thrown my coffee on the table and the lady name Ester (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly), asked me if I need the other one. Of course I needed, but I didn’t want to bother her. After couple of minutes she brought me the new one. Thank you!!!

Wondering why this store blocks of off half of it's store with chairs, 5 hours before it closes and while they have customers in it?? All 3 times at this store I've had to ask to use my pret app. Each time I had to ask it felt like it was an inconvenience for them and I was charged full price for the lemon puddings not the member price. Sorry to say but the staff here are abrupt and completely uninterested in their customers. Does your area manager know you shut off half of the store? Although we were not approached by anyone the looks and being closed off made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I moved a chair out of the way to go to the toilet and when I came back the chair had been replaced. The music was very loud and on a wet cool day the air con was on full. We won't be coming back to this store and it makes us think twice about any other store.

I went here yesterday to buy toastie for my dinner. I scanned the app. (Thought I was in Costa). And this nice teammember asked me nicely trying not to offend me. "Did you scan the costa or the pret app?" At that moment I realized all I got was a costa app and because of that excellent customer service I downloaded the pret app and signed up for it. In fact, I went again there just now to buy toastie for dinner. That guy Ibrahim turned me to advocate.🙏🫡

Absolutely disrespectful service

Went in here while waiting for my coach, had really funny and strange looks from the staff who were talking about me. I then paid £4 for a drink which wouldn’t even be considered a small in McDonald’s. Such a rip off and bad service

The customer service was really bad. The fair lady with ponytail has a really rude attitude with zero customer service. When I asked about the menu she didn’t care about it at all and replied rudely which is really unpleasant.

Visited Pret at about 5 minutes to 9. While buying my food, I asked the employee if they were open until 9 or 10. Naturally, I found out because it was important for me to eat at the place. I was told that they were open until 10 and I bought soup and dessert, hoping to order coffee a little later. However, as soon as I sat down at the table, the staff switched off the lights and announced that they were closing and were now in takeaway mode. When I asked to simply finish my soup if they were still working anyway, I was refused. Although if I had eaten in peace for 5 minutes, no one would have died. I give this score for, firstly, misinformation and secondly, poor service.

Okay, I am so glad that I didn’t let the bad reviews stop me from going. They didn’t have the Houmous Wrap I wanted and so I ordered my Coconut milk Mocha. When I asked about the food options, the beautiful young man Ibraham, came out to show me what he recommended (he couldn’t do enough for me, he even trotted over and grabbed me a spoon on my way out!). I chose the Avocado and Chicken Sandwich and it was lovely. I could have maybe used a touch of salt, but it tasted perfect by the last bite. The amount and quality of the avocado was amazing. I know they make everything fresh every day, because I’ve had a Pret “Too Good to Go” bag from one of the service’s nearest LHR, on the M1 north and there was so much high quality food in it… which is why I had to grab the Bircher Muesli! Never have I ever had anything like it before and I craved it so much after I tried it. The Mocha is “not too sweet” and it’s pleasant. I feel like I am enjoying it without overwhelming my body with too much sugar, or coffee. It’s both nice and feels clean. I believe it was Vlad who made that and he rang me up for my food. He was serious, but he was totally nice when I was nice to him. I commented about the reviews and shock they had 3 stars, because they were lovely. And now I can say that the food and drinks were worthy of the visit and the staff a delight. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back there, but I hope that anyone who does after reading my review, has a wonderful experience too. As far as Pret, the brand, I had no idea how fresh and high quality the majority of the food options were. It’s a league of its own compared to the other coffee house brands and anywhere with ready made to go sandwiches and salads. I feel like it’s got more class and love. And to think that I avoided it for so long! I will remember now. Thanks guys!

The attitude on your staff this morning was gross. Couldn’t warm a toastie up and didn’t really understand what he was trying to tell me and then was super rude when I didn’t quite understand it. The girl was no better either felt uncomfortable to order, also if you can’t heat up toasties don’t have them out

Another day I had a mocha with some other items. The barista with the hijab made a really good mocha to the point, I loved it! Few months later, today again on my way, I had 2 mocha's but it was not up to the expectation unfortunately. It was just coffee shot, hot chocolate powder with steamed milk, but the milk was kinda luke warm to cold, not tasted fresh and also too much foamy milk. However, the team members were really good, and changed my drink after I asked them to make me hot chocolate and put the shot on top of that. I don’t know about pret standards of making that drink, but the way I saw in making mocha, they put chocolate powder on the bottom of the cup and on top of that coffee shot and then they filled it up with the steamed milk. It tasted too sweet in the last few sips. I wish a proper hot chocolate blend will make it taste evenly and better till the last sip.

the indian lady working at the till refused to refund me my discounted amount even though i scanned my club pret for a sandwich. she insisted and shook her head when it should be standard to ask whether i have the subscription before putting it in. not even helpful in the least and only tried to chase me away. by far the worst pret i’ve been to

Ordered a bacon sandwich and they sent me a bacon and egg sandwich. Severely allergic to eggs. Staff need to be trained don’t advertise an item if u don’t have it. Croissants were burnt to a crisp. Never again

I witnessed a homeless man getting harrased, bullied and attempted to get thrown out, for simply having his breakfast. Matter of fact he was spending more money than myself and the rest of the customers. Absolutely appalling and extremely unprofessional. A disgrace to society

We had a quick pick up at this outlet near the Victoria coach station. There was a long queue, but the staff there were quick and patient and served with a smile. We picked up some snacks, cold drinks and chocolate mousse. This was good for the long journey to Nottingham. Good service and good taste what more do you need for the price you pay.

Food was fine. The member of staff who served me didn't seem to want to be there. Didn't say a word to me whilst he was serving me and practically threw my order at me. Having worked in both catering and food retail I understand how a bad day can make you feel, but there is absolutely no excuse for such unprofessional service.

Dropped in today to grab a quick sandwich for my friend before they caught a coach. To say the experience was abysmal was an understatement. An incredibly rude man served my friend (who is still a child). He was snappy, insisting he only pay in cash if he has exact change and then changing his mind. When he was given a tenner he did a full check of the note as if it was fake. He then slammed the change, which was incorrect but we were too upset to say anything, into my friends hand. Completely unacceptable experience, it was aggressive and unprofessional. This wasn't due to a rush or anything, there was literally no queue, this was just terrible customer service.

I was travelling to Paris on Fri at 8am. 7.45am I went to pret. I picked up 3 Egg Avocado, tuna baguette, I grabbed 2 water, I asked one team member on the floor who was filling the drinks to help me get a 3rd bottle of water. He replied " the water is there, go and take it yourself" ... knowing i had so many stuffs in my hand and to hear such a reply.... sorry to say that the guy was really rude and misbehaved... customer service is crucial ... Very poor response from the guy and am really disappointed

Cashiers and barista were nice. Food shelves were almost empty not many options left.

Worst franchise in all of UK. Even the food seems to be substandard, smaller portions or incomplete preparation, compared to other branches. It’s in a squalid dangerous environment, surrounded by rough sleepers near the coach station. Store layout is very cramped. A few dirty benches. Rude staff who barely communicate in English. I wonder if the warehouse kitchens where Pret’s food is prepared sends bellow par standards to certain branches based on environment and customer demographics. The sandwiches, pots and coffee I bought here are worse than other branches.

I live locally and pay the monthly subscription. However recently all the decent staff and left and most of the staff don’t know how to make a flat white and refuse to listen . Today I had a temporary member of staff who said his name was Steven , argue with me in front of customers . This branch really does need sorting out as the staff talk to each other whilst serving and get orders wrong and then argue with customers . Where is the manager ?

I visited this Pret yesterday after a very long journey, after waiting a few minutes for service even though no one was in the shop apart from me, I ordered an Iced drink and I understood if there was no ice to make it, but the attitude form barista is unacceptable, shouting that to me she still has no ice and she is not gonna make any iced drink, she could just say that without shouting and making angry faces, the server was surprised to the point he left till without finishing my transaction. I did have already very hard day and she made it even worse. I've been working in hospitality industry for years and I know it's stressful but it doesn't mean you have to be rude. It's time to train your people to know how to be polite to people even if they are not able to provide some sales.

Pleased don't buy a coffee from this place I had to duck out to catch my coach which was just about to leave. I don't even know when I was going to get my coffee if I did stay behind. The baristas take too long to make their coffee. Soft drinks still on the crates and not put on the shelves. Please avoid at all costs. Your coach journey is more important!

I asked to warm my croissant. The lady in the counter said unfortunately she can't do it. I don't know that doesn't make any sense. Worst service from where I get my best coffees. Please I request to the manager look for it. Thank you.

A good place to wait and recharge yourself before the coach comes. We are heading to Manchester city centre and will take a 5 hours coach so it is our brunch in the small cafe there. Amble space and nice surroundings, food is fresh and nice. Cannot complain for such a price.

Ho assaggiato un cinnamon danish, veramente delizioso e un chocolate chip cookie altrettanto buonissimo. In accompagnamento ai due ho preso anche un latte che però era leggermente troppo scaldato, risultava quindi al Plato un po’ bruciato. Le commesse sono gentili e l’ambiente gradevole.

Je mets rarement des mauvais avis mais la faut pas déconner !! 5h30 c'est normalement l ouverture . Nous attendions notre bus ce matin pour Liverpool , mon ado et moi avions soif et nous voulions acheter de l'eau et de la nourriture pour le bus. Le vendeur a décidé de nous prendre pour des idiots pendant 30 minutes . Il a bien compris que nous voulions consommer puisqu il a pris plaisir à ne pas ouvrir et nous regarder comme des animaux derrière une vitre . Sans parler de son hygiène finalement on a pu trouver dans un magasin une rue plus loin. Niveau hygiène et sécurité zéro !!! Il y a un papier devant la porte avec les horaires cela ne sert à rien puisque 6h le magasin n'était pas encore ouvert !!

I travel a lot and visit this location once per month. My experience was always okay until today. The staff were rude, didn't smile or say thanks, even if people thank them after being served. At 8 on Sunday morning, there were only 2 people working behind the counter, and 1 of them was clearly struggling with so many coffees to prepare. The coffee machine was not cleaned, so my coffee tasted like burnt coffee. The glass was not filled with milk, so I asked for more milk, and the staff member poured milk through the lid hole, spilled milk on the cup, and told me: there you go. I worked in hospitality for years, and I haven't seen something similar happen. There was no sorry involved when I asked him to clean the glass. He looked annoyed, I said thanks and have a nice day, and I left. Pret, train your staff, pay them better salaries, maintain some standards. Prices are already too high for the quality you offer.

Bag had fallen on its side in drivers backpack and so the drinks had leaked over the bag and food! Meaning poor food, and half cups of drink! Drivers bag is way tooo big for this delivery.

no ice at 5pm… the staff are quite rude as well, one yelled at other customers. The seating area closes before 6pm. Most Pret I visit have friendly staff except this one

Absolute rubbish service.. The staff always seem half dizzy and confused.. I've had my order forgotten more times than I can count with my fingers. (Which is amazing because they have the orders on screen.. What's really annoying is that for over a month they have been claiming their filter machine has been broken.. But instead of putting a sign up, they let us queue up for ages only to be told its still not working.. and now after a month of this annoyance, they are now saying they don't serve filter anymore. (Even though its still showing on the online menu) Bit lame for a shop that is supposed to be coffee experts.. I'll never use the one in Victoria again..

Great location for a pret, coffee was good as normal and as I have a subscription as well I drink them a lot. Great you got a discount of food with a subscription as the food is always good. Perfect if your going on a trip from the coach station, as located just in side departures. Was really clean as well

No toilets! But worse is the staff, and their behavior. It’s supposedly a 24h open place, and it's 6:35 am, half of the cafe is closed because waitress doesn’t wanna clean that part, and says that those tables will open at 7am. The other half is completely full, no place to sit, people are standing here and there, but she still wouldn’t open the empty section and gets into quarrels with customers.. Disgraceful!

First time trying this brand. Was actually a very good surprise. The croissant was so damn delicious and taste exactly like the one we can find in France. (as a French person I'm very satisfied and happy of this discover) but unfortunately the coffee was not a pleasure at all.. Feel like the barista don't know how to make the difference between a latte and a flatwhite and even the technic, it was very bubbly. :(

They dont listen. I had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got it wrong. I asked for a hazelnut hot chocolate with half a shot of coffee. They made me a weak hot chocolate and then when i took it back they just added a shot of coffee instead of remaking the drink ehich made it way too strong. Ridiculous

Mark was a very rude shop assistant and he chose to serve somebody else although I was the first in line.

Opening hours do not match. We arrived at 6:15 and it's not open even though it says 6:00. If we ask about this they we rude.

This is a lovely Pret. Really friendly staff. Ubah (Hannah) is amazing. Such a kind and charming girl who always remembers the order and makes it with care and speed. Always a pleasure meeting such nice people as Ubah. All the staff are great though. Very quick and pleasant service here!
