The Woodfalls inn in Wiltshire

Stayed at The Woodfalls Inn whilst visiting family. Having booked in with the staff we were shown our room which was fantastic. Spotless, plenty of space for a family of five. Super comfortable beds and such a lovely lounge area. And it doesn't stop there, booked a table for the evening meal and we all had fantastic food. We had another meal the following day before we left for home and i chose the pan fried sea bass. I have never tasted something so nice before. Top marks for the chef. We will definitely be staying here again. We'll done to all at The Woodfalls Inn

What a lovely little find! We stayed for one night in the three bedroom suite for my mums birthday (5 adults, a child & 2 dogs). The room was lovely, the location was fab(we had a stunning drive through the new forest to be there) and I didn’t realise how close it is to the new forest in a lovely location. The food was great and staff very accommodating. So lovely we could bring the dogs too! Would 100% stay again!

We used the Woodfalls Inn for a meal for 23 to celebrate my parents golden wedding anniversary. They couldn’t have been more helpful. They provided a varied menu for guests to pick from and whilst we were concerned that maybe portion sizes might be slightly smaller as they were charging per head rather than normal menu prices, we needn’t have worried. The portions were great, no one had to wait for theirs to come out of the kitchen and everyone went home well fed and quite happy. Would definitely recommend for group functions.

We stopped off for Sunday lunch without pre booking. The Sunda roast was amazing with plenty of it. They are also very dog friendly, which was a real bonus for us. Woud highly reccommend.

Stopped in at short notice on a Sunday lunchtime and were accommodated really quickly even though there were 6 of us!!. Staff were friendly and helpful. Made us and our dogs really welcome the food was A-Mazing!! Roast dinner was perfect and more than sufficient for our large appetites. The scotch egg was the best I have ever had and as I am one of the founding members of the scotch egg appreciation society that is definitely something to note!!!! Shame we are on holiday and not local- if we were locals we would never eat anywhere else!! Thank you

Husband and myself stayed here for 2 nights. Absolutely lovely place. Breakfast was amazing, staff really friendly and helpful and room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Visiting family nearby, we had a splendid overnight stay at The Woodfalls. Perfectly appointed room with first-class extras and a delicious breakfast. Very helpful and welcoming personnel, from booking to departure, including accommodating our dog at the last minute and with no extra charge. Our only regret was having to stay just one night before heading home, northwards, to get there before the snow.

Popped in for a Sunday roast and it was brilliant! The staff are very friendly, good selection of beers and the roasts were so tasty! The gravy was so delicious I had to ask for more! Great little pub spot will definitely be coming back

Stopped in for lunch on a recommendation and thoroughly enjoyed it! I had the fish and chips, and it was absolutely lovely—crispy batter, fresh fish, and perfectly cooked chips. The pub had a fantastic atmosphere, warm and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, which added to the overall experience. I hope to visit again soon and would happily recommend it to others.

Excellent food and good service. The Restaurant area is a little uninspiring but apparently there are other areas you can eat. Good service although the staff appeared to be under pressure We would thoroughly recommend!

We came in for a family meal to celebrate my daughter 18th birthday, group of 5 adults and a 4 month old baby. We were hoping to have a nice lunch, and it tuned out ri be fantastic. The staff were phenomenal, and very attentive to our needs, warmed up our baby's bottle for us. Thankyou to the team for a great experience and the kitchen for fantastic food

We visited last Saturday night & highly recommend the food. I am immuno-suppressed & had asked for a table near a window or door. They took all this into consideration & were extremely helpful. The food was delicious, good value & very well presented. We had fish & chips, scampi & chips & the steak & ale pie. It was all top quality. The Biscotti cheesecake was wonderful. Thank you for a great meal. If we lived in the area, we would be back.

Enjoyed a fantastic roast beef on Sunday evening. Really generous portion of succulent meat with all the trimmings including great roast potatoes, Yorkshire pud, cauliflower cheese and chipolata. Food freshly cooked not left over from lunchtime. Great staff and atmosphere.

We enjoyed our two nights in room six at Woodfalls. We were very comfortable, and not too impacted sleeping above a working pub. Breakfast was very enjoyable and we had a good experience at lunch and dinner, even enjoying taking part in the Easter themed quiz. Parking on site worked for us too. Thanks again in particular to Andrew, Connor and Lottie for making us feel welcome at Woodfalls.
