Visited with my 2 girls & opted for the family deal for £15.Food was ok apart from the 2 children’s sweets came out as 1 .There was only one chocolate brownie with 2 scoops of ice cream,There are supposed to be 2 of each.pointed this out to the helpful waitress who said that she would go back to the kitchen to sort this trivial matter out only to return saying that the manager was not prepared to do anything about this & that I could speak with him if I wanted to.I declined saying that it would be a waste of time

Went to the Wirral hotel recently with friends for a quiet drink. Was served by the lovely Sarah who had a large knowledge base of the spirits sold and even suggested a toffee vodka shot for me rather than tequila that everyone else was having because I couldn't stomach it. Great selection of music and value for money that you just can't get anywhere else!

There were only a few customers in when we arrived but 90% of tables hadn't been cleared. Staff bringing food to tables and walking back to kitchen empty handed. The place looked disgraceful. Staff chatting .

2 Market StreetOrdered 2 4 1 on a Tuesday ! 1 pizza turned up, COLD ! Phoned the shop and got passed from pillar to post. Ended up speaking to the so called "manager" who said we'll send you another out...... after an hour of waiting... i re phoned the shop. The "manager" then says i didn't click on the right button !!!! Hello, knobheads, its 2 4 1 on a Tuesday...... DONT ORDER FROM HERE

The Croft Retail ParkIf you want a half filled salad box served by rude staff then Subway Bromborough is definitely the place for you! The staff were SO rude. Obviously a new boy on shift today and the girl that was supposed to be “helping” him was constantly putting him down for things he was doing wrong, and I was only there for 15 minutes. The 2 women behind the counter are rude and unapproachable. Anything you ask for seems like a hard task even though …. It’s their job? No basic manners were used by these two. The boy was polite and attentive, but I imagine in a few months he will have the same attitude as the women if that’s what he is working around every day! A word of advice to the women on shift, get a new job if you don’t like your current, it’s as easy as that :)
