Terrible service. Just a bunch of teenagers with no training AT All! Gin And tonic … no lemon… shrug of shoulders when requested. Overpriced, over cooked , not fresh and really shocking attitude for a time of year when they should be encouraging the scarce amount of customers in Bourton

Went for early evening meal. Gave 2 points as the staff were friendly although they did not warn us about the menu reality. Attracted because the on line menu plus that posted outside and on the tables had attractive simple vegetarian options. However when ordering we were told they were not available, no alternatives given. Chains delivering pre prepared meals should do better even in mid January. We took our custom elsewhere. If you go here check what is on the menu before you order the pre meal drinks the staff would like you to order.

Lovely restaurant . We went on Boxing Day so the town and restaurant were very busy. DeeDee was so kind even in the craziness. Our meal was delicious . All of the staff kind. The restaurant was very clean.

Came in here for a quick drink The guy behind the bar was very unwelcoming We ordered espresso martinis and he audibly tutted like he couldn’t be bothered to make them The espresso martini itself was horrible. Worst one I’ve ever had The table was really sticky and dirty Poor experience - wish we went to one of the many other nice pubs in the area

The drinks and service was fabulous, Joe made us laugh with his friendly banter, lovely atmosphere, highly recommend. Mulled wine - excellent

What a fabulous location! Despite the appalling weather, the welcome at The Willow more than made our visit enjoyable. All the staff, from front of house to kitchen were friendly and welcoming, the venue stunning and the food..... absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend and will definitely return for another visit very soon.

Joe and all the bar staff were great . Very quick service and very efficient . Even helped us find a take away 😂. It’s our 2nd year here for our Christmas get together and would definitely come again

A lovely meal was had by our family here at the Willow, we can't think more highly of the service we had by a lovely fella named Joe. His service was exceptional and so friendly, we would happily return for another experience.

Friendly, professional staff with humour. Very helpful. Smart modern decor inside and out. Great food. Bruschetta, Ham hock and Lasagne. Server even warmed the brandy glass before serving!

Turned up at half 7 for a dinner was sat down got drinks waited for someone to take our order when someone did take our order he forgot it then a woman come over to serve us and still got our order wrong then what I imagine was a manager come over and apologies also asked her for tomatoe sauce and mayo she also forgot this had to ask again which the manager got for us my partner had the burger said it was basic I atchaully enjoyed my battered haddock with curry sauce when it eventually arrived once this happened it was like we was forgot about for dessert order so my partner went up to order dessert specifically asked for ice cream separate on the brownie and no nuts and caramel it come with ice cream not sperate and nuts and caramel on they took drinks off and desserts for us but there was no fixing it at this point I could understand if it was busy but there was more staff than customers which is no surprise maybe a training session or 2 and some motivated staff I think this could be thriving buisness

5 friends came for dinner on a Monday night in October. Our first point of contact was the waiter who was both knowledgeable and witty. We had a feeling we were in for a great night. The waiter had great insights on the menu. Our food including a steak and ale pie as well as ham hocks arrived hot and delicious. We all had dessert which was equally delicious. Thanks so much for a lovely evening. We will return.

Wow absolutely perfect turned up on the off chance late Sunday afternoon for a surprise for my mum’s 80th birthday. The food was outstanding, as was the ambience and the staff. They even had 3 members of staff bring out the birthday cake and one in particular made my mum feel so special I can’t recommend this restaurant enough thank you!

Saturday afternoon visit for cream tea , took a long time to arrive , whilst waiting several people complained about the long wait to the point of asking for refunds

Best food we had in our weeks stay in Bourton on the Water. Lovely atmosphere, warm and attentive staff. Delicious food and a great choice in beers. So good, we went back for lunch the next day!

Friendly staff, tasty pies and dog friendly. Unfortunately our olives were forgotten so had to eat them after our pies which wasn't a huge problem but didn't really want them by that point. Waitress was apologetic enough though.

Wow this new pub in the heart of Bourton on the water is absolutely delightful, it’s so beautiful the decor is amazing and it’s so comfortable. The attention to detail is amazing from the well tended flowers outside the pub to immaculate cleanliness and presentation...

Stopped here for a little tea and cake after walking around Bourton on the Water and the place is just stunning. Really nicely decorated with relaxing music. Staff were so friendly and tentative. Plenty of different places to sit. Will definitely come back here next...

We really enjoyed a goat cheese & carmelized onion tart with our tea and beer. Nice atmosphere with big windows out to the main street of Bourton-on-the-water. Good service.

We parked up in Bourton on the water and located this wonderful newly opened place "March 2023" and went in to have a drink. The place is so vast now and looks absolutely superb. Many others had the very same idea and we settled down...

Excellent customer service . Visited with my elderly mum who uses a wheelchair and one of my daughters. They were so kind and accommodating. Our orders were taken swiftly and the food was served quite quickly. They also were happy to box up and take...

We only called in for drinks, but couldn't believe how expensive they were. A good location and I suppose you pay for that, but there will come a time when overcharging will mean empty seats.

We went on as a family the guy on the bar was not overly friendly and said if you don’t want the bar stand aside not a great welcome. We went into restaurant handed menus no offer of child menu had to ask. The food...

Whilst visiting Bourton on the Water we decided to stop for a lunchtime liquid refreshment and found the Willows Great choice - delicious well served ales - friendly staff and a comfortable venue We will be back
