This place is by far the best place to eat and drink in Beeston, from the minute you walk in you’re made to feel welcome by the bar staff and the landlord ( if he’s not busy in the kitchen) . Beer and food always great and the new menu is definitely worth trying especially with 20% off with a blue light card . Looking forward to a long summer in the lovely back garden and outside bar

My granddaughters christening. Twenty-nine people in total. This place was picked for the reception and I was impressed, service was prompt, efficient and friendly, a good range of beers and ales, well priced too. Eats consisted of sandwiches, kebabs, bhajis and samosas, all hygienically served in closed containers. all served to a covered outside area set out with well spaced tables and chairs. It is certainly on my list for a place to have a meal.
