Personal fantástico, bar precioso y deliciosas bebidas. He almorzado un par de veces pero siempre es decepcionante. Puedo recomendar la Margarita de Naranja Sangre sin embargo!

Such a gem in Inverness city center. Highly recommend the gin cocktail with apple and basil. Shoutout to our waitress in the glasses for being absolutely spot on as well, service was a 10/10

Dinner made for New Year's Eve, the dishes were correct as well as the drinks. The atmosphere in the room is excellent. The service was okay.

Had a lovely birthday meal here today the food is so lovely with generous portions. The staff are very friendly and helpful if you need something. Great cocktails and a great atmosphere 10/10

Este fue un gran hallazgo, la comida era excelente, también grandes opciones en la carta de vinos, el personal era muy amable y acogedor, menú es predominantemente pescado, pero hay cursos de carne disponibles también, yo tenía un filete y mi esposa tenía estofado de mariscos, tenía una buena botella de Borgoña también. Si me quedara en esta zona sería un visitante frecuente de esta pequeña joya.

Took a gamble coming here. Not great I’m afraid. Food was okay, but slow service. Stood at the door for ages, looked like the waitresses were all hoping for one of the others to meet me. They had a special menu on but you could only order from one menu or the other. So if like me you wanted the special main but a starter from the normal menu that was impossible apparently. What ‘manager’ thought that was a good idea? Gamble didn’t pay off. Won’t be back.

Excellent meal in a wonderful restaurant in Inverness. Ate here with family on Saturday night and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The menu choices allowed us all to select different dishes and every one was a winner. The staff were friendly, attentive and very professional. We will definitely visit again on future visits to Inverness.

Very pleasant ambience and polite, efficient service- ideal for a quiet lunch. Quality of food, unfortunately, was not great- certainly not value for money. I would return for drinks only but give the food a miss!

Calling in on The Whitehouse after a local recommendation, I had timed it just right to take advantage of the 2 courses for £15 offer at limited times, I was met at the door by a warm and friendly young lady who showed me to table, I was looked after by this same person for the duration of my visit impeccably, the food is second to none both courses were delicious and although full when asked “ could I fit a desert in” by this same warm friendly and smiling “waitress” I said yes I’ll have the sticky toffee pudding please, now that’s service with a smile, although I say waitress she was much more, attending the door and seeing people to a table, taking orders, serving, clearing after each course and taking payments, it wasn’t a one woman show though as each “waitress” was similarly busy and attentive, so all in all from chef, kitchen staff and front of house, you won’t be disappointed with a visit to The Whitehouse

Extremely slow service and unprofessional staff, sitting there with empty plates for 20+ minutes and staff just looking and walking away asked for dessert menu waited over 35 minutes to get someone to come over to take order. Asked for some water twice and never got it. Food tasted really good as always, service used to really good but now it looks like run by teenagers with no experience or training.

Dined twice over the weekend , absolutely fantastic service and care from the gorgeous Sophie and her colleagues . Food was amazing , cocktails were amazing . Service was fantastic, thank you so much Sophie for sorting our table and the awesome welcome . See you again in February/March next year .

The food was really tasty. I had the beetroot, feta & walnut salad with chicken which was absolutely delicious. The service could have been better. We asked for clean glasses with our second bottle of Prosecco. The young waitress took them then came back to the table with our glasses stating that the large table across had them all. At that point she didn’t offer to go and clean them herself so we had dirty glasses all mixed up for a new bottle. The music being played by the DJ was fab which made the atmosphere great 👍🏻

We'd booked a table in advance as always busy. We were seated promptly and waitress took our drinks order then our food. Lovely menu lots of choice. We shared a started and had different mains all delicious. I tried a few cocktails from the menu which were lovely too.

We entered and all 3 staff were just petrified, the one closest to the entrance was staring into the abyss, until we finally got greeted by a waitress a bit further towards the bar. We got placed at the bar to order drinks while we waited for our table to be prepared - funnily enough it took the bar staff minutes to take our drinks orders, at which time we were promptly taken to our table. Despite taking minutes to prepare, the table was still sticky - oh well. We ordered the scallops as a starter to share and a main each. After an insignificant wait, we were served our scallops - together- with our mains. I had a pie with chicken, topped with mash, rectangular. My wife had a mushroom pie, round, mash on the side. The waitress said she "thinks that's the chicken" and handed me my wifes main. How can not tell these two totally differently looking pies apart? And why does the starter come as a side? Nobody knows. The pies were actually really nice, a highlight. The scallops were our real problem of the night - must've been 2 poor scallops, chopped into 8 pieces, battered and fried to oblivion. Those unrecognizable and forgettable scallops were 12 pounds, naturally we felt robbed. Last but not least I'd like to comment on the choice of beers on tap. No Scottish ale or lager, the closest you could get to a normal lager was Czech Pravha - which tasted like water. Overall an okay dinner, but too expensive for what it was. Service staff felt very young and untrained, rather helpless.

I always enjoy the ambience and my meal at the White House. I am gluten free coeliac and the food is so well catered for gluten free choice. I have been to the White House many times and have never had a bad experience. The cocktails are delicious also. The staff are very polite and very helpful.

La Casa Blanca tiene todo lo que nos gusta en un restaurante: comida fantástica; un servicio amable, funcional y eficiente; un buen ambiente con una excelente decoración. Es un excelente restaurante en Inverness. No conozco todos los restaurantes de Inverness pero estoy bastante seguro de que este estará entre los 3 mejores de la ciudad. Merece una visita.

Went in for Friday afternoon lunch, quiet. Very slow service. Haddock goujons were very well done, we didn’t finish them. Very poor compared to previous visits.

Staff were energetic and attentive without being over bearing. Food was really good and I had to double check the bill when it arrived as I had expected it to be more.

Nice atmosphere and ambience. Staff always very friendly and attentive. Food was good - nice to see a menu that's not just pretty much the same as everywhere else - although ££8.50 for a Caprese salad starter which is half a tomato and a few slices of mozzarella does seem a little steep. What really struck me though is the seat-pads were badly stained and the table sticky. A common issue where the tables are wiped with a cleaning spray but not properly cleaned. Layer after layer goes on until you get that thick sticky residue that's quite unpleasant. A good restaurant overall but some simple changes would really improve things.Nice atmosphere and ambience.

We weee so looking forward to our meal as have Ben to this restuaramt before but we’re hugely disappointed with the food quality . The service was lovely but unfortunately the food let them down . For example , the fajita macaroni was described as a spicy cheese sauce , but tasted like a tikka masala . It was penne rather than macaroni and had no taste of cheese or resemblance to any cheese . We received a replacement of the trio burger but was also a disappointment as no sauce. We will not be back u less we see any positive reviews

Delicious food. I had a venison burger with halloumi fries and a Passion Fruit Possot for dessert. I expected the potions to be a little smaller, and that's not a complaint. The service was excellent. A member of our group's meal arrived later than the rest of us. The staff immediately apologised and offered them a free drink unprompted, which was very good of them. Inverness has so many great places to eat, I figured you should check out The White House, too, on the list of places to try first.

Another highly recommended restaurant in Inverness. Great ambience and vibes for an intimate night with your significant other. Nice wine list and cozy surroundings. The Asian chicken noodle dish was a great dish!

Restaurant tastefully decorated and very cozy. Definitely the best cocktail I've had in my life! On the other hand, the soup was very spicy and this was not specified at all and the waitresses were not very pleasant, we had the impression of disturbing them.

The host who was seating people and helping on the floor was lovely and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. The wait staff were indifferent at best. The only time I had a spark of interest from my server was when I was paying my bill and the tip option came up on the credit card device. The rest of the time (maybe because I was a solo diner?) I was mostly ignored and had to ask for some things (water, condiments) more than once which the host ensured I got. I actually got my food before my drink! I am glad I stayed for the food as it was delicious.

Pop music for folks in their sixties. Had naan, tzaziki, humus, and babaganoush from the supermarket and a tasteless rice noodle vegetable salad along with a glass of ok Shiraz. Not on par with the excellent food I've had elsewhere in Scotland on this trip.

Good restaurant tastefully decorated. The waitresses/waiters are very welcoming and take orders quite quickly. The meals are healthy and good. Small downside when paying, where we waited 10-15 minutes before being able to leave. We recommend this restaurant!

Staff was excellent! The meals were generally excellent as well. Only excuses the soup was served cool. Generally a wonderful place to go have a meal!

Came for the first time after having an amazing meal the night before in Inverness. This was one of top 4 places recommended so after last night, was looking forward to the meal. So very disappointed. The pheasant appetizer was SO DRY, as was the pork tenderloin. I mentioned it to the waitress and she didn’t seem concerned nor offered any apologies or solutions. The service was also extremely slow. Ambience was good as were the cocktails. Overall a disappointing experience

A nice meal and good service. I had the sea bass which was very fresh and tasty. I also had the tomato and red pepper soup to start which was excellent. I would definitely eat here again.

Another great evening at this restaurant. Lovely surroundings, great food & wine choices, and fantastic staff. We are always made to feel so welcome by all the staff who, even when busy, ensure high hospitality standards across the board. Brilliant.

We arrived into the beautiful city of Inverness, and after traveling by train for half the day we were quite hungry. The White House restaurant did not disappoint! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We shared the king prawns and the fish and chips(deep fried haddock I believe). Out of all the restaurants we have frequented in Scotland thus far, this fish was the best! Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Interior decor was dirty and in need of cleaning and painting. Upholstery was peeling off of chairs. Food- haddock and chips was over cooked, unseasoned and tasted of grease. Pasta gnocchi dish sauce tasted as if it was from a bottled sauce.

Visited this restaurant numerous times and never fails to disappoint. Service good along with tasty food . A fab combination.

Myself and family came for breakfast. The service from Chloe and Adam was second to none . Very warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this restaurant and staff to anyone looking for great food and a relaxed environment .

On August 25, we had the Sunday pork roast. It was very dry and not very good. We strongly recommend you do not get the Sunday roast at this restaurant.

We arrived a bit early for our reservation but were seated immediately. Everything was delicious. The weird thing was the music versus the ambiance of the restaurant. Club soundtrack vs fine dining. Some in our party had mixed drinks they enjoyed. The prawn appetizer was awesome. We were too full for dessert so can’t speak to that.

My gluten free wife and I dined here for dinner. I had the tangine, it was great. She had the steak salad and was very happy. Service was good, we rarely saw the same person twice, but we were taken care of.

Had an dinner here, and was underwhelmed. The service was slow, and even though we asked for water when we sat down, it wasn't brought to us until after we finished our appetizer. We kept asking for it, and they'd say it was on the way. This is not a fancy place, don't let the nice photos fool you. If you're looking for a nicer dinner out, look elsewhere.

Ordered sea bass - it was nice but consisted of one small single fillet of fish, 4 sliced potatoes pieces and veg…expensive for one bit of fish, not to mention odd, who got the other fillet? Then the new waiter remained at the table as we tried to scramble together the tip money from various pockets and bags, rather than just leave and collect it from the table once we left…awkward and hopefully someone will train him soon. This was the 5th restaurant we tried to get that night, all the others were full; unlikely to return.

The food was very good, the servers took a little bit to respond and even though the place was not full, it took a while to get our wine.

Great choice for dining in Inverness. Except For the waiter who was distracted most of the time, the food and ambiance were great. We also loved that they have specialty drinks and food items for which proceeds go to a local charity. Great idea and reason to visit!

We had the best breakfast! It was so delicious, and the coffee was amazing! We ended up back for dinner and had just as good of an experience. I've already recommended it to a few local friends! Thanks for a great time!

Food was excellent. Really pretty place. Anyone ordering water should specify tap water though. Our server brought us a large bottle of Loch Ness water that cost 5 pounds. It's an adorable keepsake bottle though, so it's ok.
