The White Hart Inn in Basingstoke and Deane

Most likely the worst pub in Hampshire impolite bar service seems likes it changed hands yet again and your forced to listen to loud thug music on the constant and if you choose your own it’s instantly turned down.Ladies toilets always smell of damp and the atmosphere feels like a pub brawl will occur.

Friendly staff but probably the worst bar food (*) I can remember having. Screaming kids riding around the pub on scooters may qualify as family friendly but it's not the pub atmosphere in which I would choose to spend my Saturday afternoon again. (*) I had the BLT baguette (comes with chips)

The fact that you can play both darts and pool with great food whilst having live football on too makes this place perfect. Being family-friendly is also a bonus. Well played owners.

Basic pub on the outskirts of Basingstoke. Judging by the lack of hygiene bins in the female toilets I would guess the clientele is mainly male.

Went to the Dragonfly today with my lovely friend by accident we met up with her sister very enjoyable meal the waiting staff very good filamena (spelling not great) but she was absolutely brilliant I'd recommend this place all the time

We hired the event room for our engagement party and it was an excellent venue. Lovely room, really friendly and helpful staff, it was very easy to book and I received lots of very helpful information. We had a buffet and the food was great and there was lots of it, we were able to decorate the room how we wanted and the bar in the room was staffed the whole evening which was great too.

Calledon off chance to have food 😋 fish and chips stunning 😍 will call again v reasonable prices on food and drinks 🍸

Popped in for a Sunday evening pint,, haven't been there for years. I have to say what a wonderful evening was spent!!!!!!!. Made to feel welcome both by the staff and regulars,lovely evening chatting away. This place has always had negative reviews but personally i would recommend a visit. If you're looking to just have a beer and chill out,watch the football and have a laugh, great place.

This is probably one of the last traditional pubs in the town. Very welcoming and you can meet people from all walks of life. Love the live music and others events.

Fantastic pub! Every amenity, great food and excellent choice of wines, spirits and beers.

This could be a nice little pub. It doesn't quite know its identity though. Some seating area, some pool tables and a very odd shaped bar. Seats upstairs.... Closed off Also a Thai restaurant! Although if you wanted Thai then there would be a proper place in town Been here twice recently, both times the front doors have been booted open by a drunkard. Ruining any atmosphere. It needs to figure out its identity, either country pub in the villagey part of Basingstoke or youth club. It can't be both.

Good food. Superb staff. Great atmosphere. Good prices. Great to play pool or watch sport.

The exterior appearance is that of a classic English pub, in fact it is a pub. But when you order food they serve you Thai cuisine dishes prepared by their chef that are delicious, there is a lot of variety and everything is very good. The value for money is very good, you can dine for less than 20 pounds. They take care of you very well

went this pub the uther day, fit bird behind the bar with great pear of nockers, but pints are £4 each but not a drop of carling in site, fosters will have to do. music aint loud enuff n also their aint enuff varity of pork scrachings behind the bar. not the pub it used to be, was diserpointed there wernt nowere to have a fite in the pub like we did in the 80s. finerlly, urinals too small to have a dump in. not happy. you’res sinsearley Darren Deacon

You cant fault this pub neither is it expensive compared to others locally but the quality there is good

Good local pub, pretty reasonably priced, with plenty of TVs for the sport, pool tables and really nice Thai food.

Such rude staff- 18 years of age and being told “it’s not a youth club” after ordering cheesy chips and a shandy. The bar staff had turned around and said to another customer “hold on with the conversation I have to serve some “kids” which is highly discriminating towards our age. Highly disappointed and will be taking this complaint further.

Always a great atmosphere down The White Hart Inn. Go there enough and you'll get to know many regulars. Plenty of drink choices and a good food menu to boot, highly recommended for any passers by!

Absolutely shameful service. I was designated driver for a night with my friends. We had a pint at the Royal Oak, then headed over to White Hart for another. I was finishing off my first as we got to the door. The bouncer (tall bald guy) came over to me and said “You aren’t drinking that in here”, I calmly said “Okay, i’ll drink out here first” as my friends went in before me. He then stormed over to me, snatched the drink out of my hand and barred me from the premesis. I understand not drinking other drinks from other pubs which is why I agreed to stay outside but to then do that is disgusting. It’s no wonder pubs these days are going downhill when they are so quick to jump the gun and ban their customers over something so trivial. If he had allowed me to enter (after my drink) that would have reaulted in the sales from our whole group buying rounds there. We left without giving them a penny.

The White Hart is a pub come Thai restaurant. It is a friendly place with an outside area for smokers. Reasonable price on drinks and food.

Amazing thai menu also an English one , is a proper pub pub ,pool tables and a darts board . But big enough to have its quite corners and upstairs area. Excellent venue

Went there to try the Thia menu. And I wasn't disappointed. Amazing food ,excellent presentation and amounts . The 4 of us had a right blow out .totally yummy
