The couple now running this place - Sam and Sharon - have made a massive improvement - it is warm, clean and welcoming. Stock the beer I like - Timothy Taylor- and have started doing pizza as eat in or takeaway. The place now attracts many new people in the village which is really good for a one pub village. Keep up the good work.

Great pub with a fantastic bar staff. New management took over in Feb 2021 and they have done a great job! Previous reviews have criticised many points including the toilets etc, and the new team have put all these right since taking over. There is a good range of draught, hand pulled and bottled beers, and lagers and plenty of choice of spirits. Every snack you can think of from simple pork scrapings and pork puffs to more exotic snacks like Thai chilli peanuts etc. For the bigger appetite they have excellent made to order pizzas, which can be tweaked if requested with extra spices etc. Dogs are always welcome, with free treats and water. Car park is excellent with plenty of spaces, and an independent Fish & Chip shop at the back of the carpark, so you can order your supper and pop into the White Hart for a quick.drink while they fry them! Sharon and Sam have worked miracles since they took over the pub. Can't recommend this pub enough!

Went for Sunday lunch with friends and was appalled by the smell of the gents toilets and the cleanliness of the pub. Whilst the food looked ok I could not eat it as was put off. Won’t return anytime soon.

This is now my local. Go to the pub quiz on Thursdays ,when shifts permit, with the family. Great, welcoming atmosphere. Very friendly and Tracey does a good spread. Totally disagree with previous comment.

Been to this pub when I moved to cave at least 7 years ago. Thought it might have changed. Unfortunately this is not the case. Landlord still obnoxious and beer is something that tastes like it has been in the lines forever. Please give a wide berth.

Come regularly for the quiz night on a Thursday, a very entertaining evening and a lovely supper put on by the landlady Tracey. There is also a very well stocked gin selection and advice is always forthcoming about what to choose if you're too spoilt for choice. The pub is a cosy local and always worth a stop off if you're in the area.

The website states that only the best beer is served there. Totally correct and served by friendly bar staff. We had dropped in by chance on the way back from the coast and we were not disappointed except maybe that they do not serve food. Enjoyed the drinks at outside in the sun. The landlord obviously knows his beers.

The food provided after the Quiz Night is the best home cooked food served in a Pub. The variety and quantity is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. The best night in North Cave is the Robbie Burns Evening, so authentic with attention to detail and again, the food is to die for. We're looking forward to heading back there this November (all the way from Australia) Just love the atmosphere and the regulars.

Very middling, portions not huge. Some of it tastes a bit convenience. Setting very dated, find the welcome a bit dis genuine.

A friendly little pub (warm welcome from the locals as well as from all the staff). My husbands a real ale fan and reports the beer is always excellent. Guest beer on each week. Also impressive wine list for a pub. Menu is very reasonably priced with special, curry, pie and fish & chip evenings during the week. Only eaten here on the Tuesday curry night so far but curries were really tasty and only £10 for 2 meals. Comes complete with poppadoms, dips, rice and naan so really good value. The restaurant area is in a separate room. It could maybe do with a lick of paint to freshen up the interior but it's a good old 'proper' pub!

We went on a quiet Sunday afternoon out of season because the previous review said they allowed the dog to go inside. I asked if we could take the pup in and sit out of the way in the corner. The lady said no sorry I don’t allow dogs in at all.

We had lunch at The Potting Shed with family. This was a return visit, and we think it’s the best garden centre restaurant in the area. Soup was carrot and coriander (delicious, could’ve eaten more!), sandwiches were very fresh, and the haddock and chips were delicious. Restaurant is very clean and well laid out, tables not too close together. I’m sure we’ll be back!

This cafe is now called Miss Bs pantry. Very friendly ladies and delicious food. As a coeliac myself I have to have gluten free. This is very well catered for here so my partner and I have visited on numerous occasions.Various selection of savoury dishes and cakes. Lovely latte too. Well worth a visit.

Niño amable, acogedor. Siempre una excelente pinta y un montón de ofertas de bebidas disponibles. Jardín de cerveza que es seguro y cerrado para los niños para jugar.
