Great pub with a fantastic beer garden. There used to me meerkats in an enclosure but have gone now. Perfect stop for motorcyclist or for cyclists on the Bristol to Bath cycle path as it’s only a stones throw from Avon Valley Railway

Very chilled pub & spotlessly clean. You can tell who every runs it keeps it spot on clean & well stocked, even all the labelled bottles are stocked in uniform order too.

Ok pub with a large garden. Parking not great with 3 or 4 spaces . Locals pub they probably love it 🤷🏼‍♂️

Popped in to watch the first half of Wales v Georgia on Saturday during a weekend in Bitton visiting family. Lovely cider, wonderful beer garden, friendly bar staff and to top it off (as a Wales supporter), a lovely welcome from the Welsh lady behind the bar. Iechyd da! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏉

A place I'd passed many times but hadn't stopped at. We visited on a Saturday early afternoon after a walk around Bitton village while we waited for the bus. It's a pleasant pub. Nice beers and ciders. Sport was on the telly but it wasn't loud which helped to contribute to a friendly vibe. Locals sat at the bar but it is a good length bar so still easy to get served and everyone was very nice.

Excellent pub. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff and locals. Glastonbury festival was on in the background during our visit. The garden was lovely. Also, nice village. Opposite a little shop and a barbers, 10 minute gentle walk to the campsite we stayed at.

Nice pets area in the beer garden. Immaculate grass. We wondered what species the birds were.

Nice place to entertain the kids in the beer garden whilst you have a pint.

Local pub and the staff are really nice. It's a good atmosphere whenever I go as well. They don't do food but the drinks and sport has a good attendance from pub goers. It's worth a visit 👍

Nice pub,nice garden,with meerkats and parrots in cages ok in the garden,good atmosphere inside aswell,Guinness extra cold was the best pint I have had since coming back from Ireland a month ago

Cheap drinks and the best beer garden I've been to, meerkats and birds offer entertainment for hours, ideal for a quick drink with entertainment for little ones.

Loved the beer garden the best I've ever seen. Unfortunately no food hence 4 stars would of been 5 if they had.

Just had Sunday lunch here today I approve of the improvements that they have made and there is a good choice of beers the only thing we thought was there was not enough vegetables plenty meat and potatoes other wise a very good meal.

excellent beer and cider. great staff, sky sports, fruit machine, juke box. cant yet give 5 stars as i havent tried the food but well worth a visit

I would totally agree with this posting a great pub no food but if wanted food l would get a takeaway or go to a restaurant so no hassle here no trays of food whizzing past your head so if you want a drink with your friends why would you not go to this public house?

A nice proper pub in the middle of Bitton, beer was reasonably priced and good quality. Friendly locals and staff with a nice beer garden to the rear. Nice and clean and easy to get public transport from outside on both sides of the road. Would recommend to anyone who's thirsty and happens to be in Bitton.
