A good old fashioned pub, where you don't feel pressurised to buy a meal to have a pint or two. In fact they don't even serve food. Friendly local pub.

Didn't eat, too busy watching the band - fantastic gig venue with very friendly staff and the drinks aren't expensive either (I'm becoming a regular and it's 70 miles from home !!)

Great local welcoming pub landlord and Landlady can't do enough for you. It's recommended to anyone, really competitive prices. Bar persons are great too.

Beer really well kept. Bar staff very friendly. Good will call again when using the Dieppe ferry.

Large town pub with a nice cheerful couple running it. Regular live music nights. Sports on TVs. Families welcome. Good do with a refurb but a good visit.

Popped into this fine establishment just before Christmas, took me a while to write this as someone stole my phone FMl. What a fantastic evening , met the most random group people you wouldn’t normally put together , , the service was outstanding , Big Red I think his name was, kept buying me drinks all night even tho he always seemed to have 5 drinks on the go , then there was a good looking pair who kept talking to me about savages ( don’t ask they’re family) also a lovely well spoken guy called Ched I think , he had some stories I can tell you and an electric blanket , I just hope Red got home ok he looked like he was having fun said he was going to the trek ( whatever that is ) Landlord was a very nice chap Kevin I think he was and he’s wife was also nice . Will go back one day thanks guys M

Great pub in the heart of New Haven overlooking Denton and a high Street. Well worth a visit before taking in the scenic views of the harbor and surrounding areas with the range just down the road

one of the roughest pubs I've ever visited. everyone spending there job seekers or disability benefit on booze. very loud, shouting & screaming. shame about the locals dragging this pub down and landlord is great bloke

My best pub. Bar staff always friendly and always seem to have something on. Quiz nights pool nights darts nights sports cards local bands and karroki nights.

Good pub but it is more for young adults.

A very down-to-earth pub in the style of a traditional community social centre. No frills, no pretence, just fair prices to ensure that their Regulars remain loyal. Catch Wendy when she's on duty (she's a riot) ... if you've a sensitive nature them before 1pm when the Swear Box rules. An overhead projector and multiple screens cover live sport and other feeds, all discreetly broadcasted so as not to be intrusive. The landlord puts up plates of bar snacks on Sunday lunchtimes; now that's a tradition that modern pubs seem to have forgotten and could well learn from. I really hope that The White Hart holds firm in these uncertain times.

Lovely staff and friendly pub in my experiences whilst there

I went in after the football (I'm not into big crowds or football) was a great atmosphere and friendly chatter. Standard selection of drinks at the bar. So something for everyone. Will be going back again soon to use the pool table.

Easy walk from the ferry terminal and it was way better than spending hours in the car park waiting for the boat. Friendly pub.

Great pub, very casual. Very popular with after work drinkers. Good for watching sports on there various large screens. Cheap drinks and a good variety of beers on tap. Pool and darts available.
