We were a table of 7 for lunch, 6 meals were good, one was very poor, but the excellent waiting staff rectified the situation immediately and with zero fuss. The Italian speaking Ukrainian Girl was exceptional, a credit to herself, the White Hart and to her country.

Great place! The food was delicious, the management was perfect and the service was lovely. I've been there a few times... for breakfast, lunch or a beer, and it's always been really good.

A beautiful sunny day, a quiet Cotswold country pub, a small river winding lazily through the grounds. What more could you want? We enjoyed our White Hart lunch very much. The food was great, the atmosphere wonderful. Most of all: every single member of the staff was welcoming, patient and a delight.

Beautiful pub garden - one of the best I've visited with ample seating. Sunday lunch was prompt but a bit of an anticlimax, meat and Yorkie was great, ample roast potatoes though a bit chewy, sadly lacking roast parsnip replaced by purple / yellow carrot variety which was a little al dente. For & £18-£22 for a roast I had hoped for a little better 7/10. Great location & friendly service

We had a delicious evening meal there. You can taste the ale in the steak and ale pie and the pea sauce with the bass filet was yum! Nicki and Megan were very friendly. Good atmosphere. Would recommend.

We were staying at Castle Combe & walked the MacMillan Way to Ford with a stop off at The White Hart for lunch, glad we did; we received a genuine warm, friendly welcome, along with plenty of treats & fresh water for our dog. We sat outside where there is plenty of space for everyone with children, dogs to enjoy the beautiful setting. The interior is charming, tables are spaced well so you’re not on top of each other. The beers are varied, & refreshing, recommend Neck Oil ! the food was delicious & the desserts bread & butter pudding was mouth watering! We enjoyed it so much we returned for an evening walk for Dinner, we were not disappointed, the Thursday Steak night was a real tasty treat. Thanks everyone at the White Hart, we’ll definitely visit again next year on our annual return to Castle Combe.

I have been to this pub a couple of time and although the meal I have had previously was delicious the roast I had on Sunday was not equivalent. The pork was dry and not very much of it, potatoes weren't crispy but you do get a giant Yorkshire pudding with it and the gravy and veg were great. I asked for some chicken as I had my dog with me (dog friendly pubs are the best). The waitress came out with a huge portion of chicken and a bowl for him to eat out of accompanied by a bowl of water. He was so happy. I would still go back to this pub but maybe not for the roast dinner. Thanks for the good visit

I ate here a few weeks ago and my food was fine. Breakfast and coffee were both good. However place needs some serious TLC and updating. The furniture, particularly the sofas, are severely worn and badly damaged. It’s in prime location of your shopping in Corsham but it does need investment

The guy serving this evening was so friendly and really helpful and patient when we went in to complain about the fact our order didn't arrive on Saturday night. 10/10 for his service and professionalism, thanks so much

Food is great. But always a big queue due to how good and popular it is.

Arrived expecting to find a pub and found it had changed hands two weeks earlier and reopened as an Indian restaurant - we were obviously among the very first customers! We were given a warm welcome, the food was absolutely excellent and the service attentive. I would highly recommend the Goan fish curry, mild and deliciously seasoned.
