I always make my own Coffee before going to work, but this morning I was late so decided to pop in here and get an americano…. WOW, excellent quality, beautifully crafted with the cream on top (rare now a days), thanks to that lovely young lady, I am having a nice day;)

Lovely Coffee Shop, by far the best I have come across on a Railway Station. Great range of food and drink. Service was quick and friendly. Sausage rolls are excellent and the coffee was lovely superb range of sweets and snacks to grab for the train 😍

Great cakes but terrible coffee (really strong taste of bovril and treacle).

Convenient coffee shop on the platform at Bath station. The coffee was nice though very small. The baps however were poor quality. We had a sausage and a bacon bap. Over priced, pre cooked, and then re heated. Not good.

Absolutely fantastic cafe on platform 2 at Bath train station. I popped in for a cappuccino. The team were friendly and helpful. The coffee was delicious. The cafe was spotless and merchandised beautifully. They offer a wide range of food for most dietary needs. No soggy pasties in sight! Such a delight to find you. Thank you

Very friendly staff & great service. Although there are limited food options, they still had a couple of options for me, being Dairy Intolerant, for both breakfast & lunch - both of which were very tasty.

Fabulous service and warm welcome! Lovely little place which also had gluten free options - made me very happy as that can be so difficult to find at railway stations!! Highly recommended 😀

Felt compelled to leave a review because of how amazing the staff are here! I can't imagine how difficult it is to serve a ton of people who have only left it a couple of minutes until their train and are in a hurry- I was one of these myself today and the girl serving had planned out everything to keep things moving smoothly and was working so efficiently, all with a big smile - incredible, fast, friendly service!

Awfully rude service from the girl with glasses. She needs to be retrained on customer service also need to tidy up her hair and mascara as she always looks like just got up . So miserable and grumpy. Will not be back.

Best place for a coffee at the station. Take a reusable cup in for a discount when buying a hot drink, team is very friendly and deliver high levels of customer service. Good range of items such as sausage rolls, salads, sandwiches, ice cream, sweets, cakes and more! Lovely strawberry smoothie which is very refreshing on a hot day!

I pop in here on my way to London from time to time as the coffee and staff is excellent but they really need to get a new sandwich supplier! I paid £4.75 for a tuna and cheese melt which was 2 slices of bread and a wafer thin spread of very fishy smelling tuna and I couldn't even taste the cheese. I had a train to catch and I was a bit British and didn't complain but it's a shame as its put me off the place now. The staff are always lovely and as I said, lovely coffee but felt cheated with the food.

Got the vegan sweet potato ‘sausage’ roll, honestly like regurgitating hot vomit. I think it’s prices are good for a station cafe, and I like their coffee. Music choice is also not good, distracting when I wanted to work.

Good coffee, and for a station cafe surprisingly good value (using a reusable cup you get approx a 10% discount, so an Americano was about £2.60 and much nicer than one from a chain cafe)

I'll start by saying I was a huge fan of Dashi which White Feather has replaced on Platform 2 of Bath Spa Station. Dashing was friendly, efficient, welcoming and capable of pushing out great coffee and bacon rolls at amazing speed for commuters on the Bristol Paddington line. White Feather's coffee is pretty good, but the service is studied indifference, doesn't make you feel welcome, minimal eye contact. My credit card had more interaction with the card terminal than the serving team had with me.

Ordered an Earl Grey and only realised on the train he'd given me an English Breakfast tea. Pain au Croissant was fantastic. Could do with eye contact when being served. Still, much nicer place than usual station cafes.

This is the nicest train station coffee shop we've been to. The oat latte was delicious,I would definitely recommend that even if you're not normally a non-dairy milk drinker. There's a decent selection of sandwiches and wraps. It is very clean and airy inside, there's a couple of tables at the end with enough space to put any luggage while you enjoy your purchase. The decor is lovely and feels very welcoming. It's not your typical train station 'cafe' The staff here were very helpful and polite.

A very pleasant place! Location close to the center but still quiet with a wonderful terrace. I recommend the rosé from English production.

Best fish & chips we've had while visiting the UK! We arrived shortly after opening, and the food was freshly made. My husband and I shared a large cod & and chips, and it was the right amount of food for two. We visited Bath a week prior on a tour, and the guide told us this was the best place. We hadn't had the opportunity then to try it, and we made a point to do so upon our return visit. I'm very glad we did!

Had a voucher to use for a burger and a beer. Tried to book the table via the voucher app but they said they would take 48 hours to respond. Called into the restaurant anyway and it was confirmed we needed to book via the voucher company. We explained we were only there for a day so they decided to honor it. The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you kyle and libby

The food was spectacular. The sushi was the softest and most wonderfully textured. The duck was done off the most flavoursome and non fatty we've ever had. Service was very helpful and pleasant but was a little slow, she was rushed off her feet. An utterly fantastic and memorable evening and worth every penny.
