What a dump. Food incorrect. Service was shocking.

Very small with limited seating inside

Used the drive through quick service plenty of parking on site.

Never again service was slow I get that it was busy but when they make you wait n your burger tastes of mould and the chips have clearly been left out n are cold n rubbery absolutely disgusting

Rang restaurant and the person that answered the phone lied to me said there was no couriers at the restaurant when I asked the courier who delivered eventually my food She said there’s always couriers at this restaurant.

Delivery time kept changing, and ended up about 10 minutes late from original time given. Also food wasn't hot.

Drinks had spilt food was wet and soggy and cold

Staff was extremely helpful, especially Corey who mended my order.

The food was stone cold, the collectible was missing. The bag had been ripped open, looked like someone had been through the bag, all the chips had been tipped out and the burger boxes were all crushed. Making the food inedible

One of the worst branches. Most of the fries were uncooked and the food came in pieces, not a single burger ordered was actually put together and our drink came spilled. A big waste of £17.

I don't know why I don't learn! Stone cold food AGAIN from Weston Lock, no dips AGAIN , drinks leaked, so straws unusable and the chocolate milkshake definitely wasn't chocolate! They are so useless!

Food was good as always from McDonald’s and delivery was quick. They did forget my wrap though, which was a minor disappointment.

I ordered a Uber and it was over an hour before they delivered and it was stone cold.

Was ok! But our 9 chicken nuggets only had 7 in the box so that was disappointing that order wasn’t correct!

One of the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been too. The place was disgusting, we asked for our table to be cleaned and nobody came they said they were aware. I found spray and cloth left out on a table (in reach of children) so ended up cleaning the tables. The bins were overflowing. No toilet roll in the ladies and a handryer not working. Staff not to be seen apart from when handing over the orders. I told a staff member a young man with ginger hair (didn't see name) the toilet roll needed replacing and got told they were aware and it will get done at some point. The fries were extremely salted and not very warm.

Despite the delivery being 15-20 mins on the app, and the driver there within 5 mins of the order going through, the food arrived very late and was cold and a waste of money!!

One burger was wrong, one chips missing.

Whilst the food was the standard maccies quality, the service of the staff was poor, the cleanliness was awful, bins overflowing, none of the tables were cleaned, toilets had no toilet paper. All these issues were reported to staff to just be told yeah we know in the most disinterested tone going

I don’t buy from McDonalds. It’s expensive and it doesn’t fill me up

the food was exactly what you'd expect from a macys. However they they forgot my syrup and delivery took over an hour... I live 5mins away, quite literally.

Stopped for drive through on my way home, ordered 2 x double cheeseburgers, both inedible, dry and squashed obviously been made and hot held for a long time. 2 x large fries, inedible, double cooked, cold, hard and way to salty. Chicken tenders were ok and the milkshake, the rest was junk. £17.84 of junk Never again!

Absolutely one of the worst McDonald's locations I have ever visited! A year ago I ordered a veggie burger and waited nearly an hour for the order to just give me a big mac, which I then had to send back and get a new veggie burger which I waited another half hour for. Not the first time either but, today I ordered a small banana milkshake, and about half the cup was filled with the grimace shake. Its always like this from this location, half filled with some other milkshake that I didn't order. Wouldn't be good if I had allergies that required the certain milkshake I ordered would it? Just abysmal quality and service. Don't recommend! Just head further into town if you want your actual order!

yet AGAIN...NO FRIGGIN DIPS & both chicken & fries were stone cold....Weston Lock NEED to get their act together & check orders BEFORE they go out & deliver ONE ORDER AT A TIME ( we're a 5 min bike ride away so NO reason for it to be cold..!!).....serously thinking of giving them a miss from now on....

Absolutely awful, lost £10 worth of food as they forgot to put it in my order for delivery. When you call them nothing happens to resolve the issue. I don’t know if it’s due to poor management or lack of care but it’s not on. Many people I know have also had this complaint … DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALD!

Awful food , I rang to complain but no one rang me back. The food took ages to come it was so cold , the taste just was so bad . Im a regular here and find it difficult. i have often received incorrect food from what i ordered and find parking really difficult too i am a blue badge holder and find the blue badge spaces always taken up by delivery drivers collecting food and the app order spaces now back to only 2 spaces iver has a member of staff parking her blue car over both spaces so no one at all can actually use them or delivery drivers or people who had the order brought out and stay parked there to eat it so no one else can use them spaces to order be i move to another part of the carpark when my order is brought out so others can use the spaces if everyone done that it would be useful. The door assist button to exit the restaurant dont work again after recently being fixed and also find that food takes so long here that something aint working well with what ever system they have in place
