McDonald's in Bath and North East Somerset

no chips no double cheese burger

the food was exactly what you'd expect from a macys. However they they forgot my syrup and delivery took over an hour... I live 5mins away, quite literally.

Ordered a BBQ ranch stack that should have beef burgers in but I've received chicken. Not happy

Food needs to be insulated. In winter. Need to work how the weather is

driver refused to come to door called multiple times and forced me to come outside of the building and everything is cold

Awful food , I rang to complain but no one rang me back. The food took ages to come it was so cold , the taste just was so bad . The hottest thing I had was the milk shake , it wasn't very pleasant at all .. crap food . I know that's what you pay for but still expensive for you get . It was disgusting.

Im a regular here and find it difficult. i have often received incorrect food from what i ordered and find parking really difficult too i am a blue badge holder and find the blue badge spaces always taken up by delivery drivers collecting food and the app order spaces now back to only 2 spaces iver has a member of staff parking her blue car over both spaces so no one at all can actually use them or delivery drivers or people who had the order brought out and stay parked there to eat it so no one else can use them spaces to order be i move to another part of the carpark when my order is brought out so others can use the spaces if everyone done that it would be useful. The door assist button to exit the restaurant dont work again after recently being fixed and also find that food takes so long here that something aint working well with what ever system they have in place

Food was cold and the order was incomplete so I would advise avoiding just eat at all costs and after i finished this review I will be deleting the app. Please share this review with everyone you know so nobody is as disappointed as i am with this appalling company

Food was stone cold and I mean I had to heat it in the microwave/airfryer and this was the second time I have had to do this! Dip was missing and no straw for milkshake.

2 1/2 hours and the food never even arrived

Imagine leaving a negative review on a McDonalds, but here we go. All I wanted was a caramel coffee, and a breakfast wrap with brown sauce, but ending up with a normal coffee, and a regular McMuffin (which was dryer than a nuns minge) all of which I waited 25 minutes for. I am in absolute disgust. Impressive from a “fast food” restaurant. Ruined my Sunday morning.

My order was meant to be received at 10:15 but I didn’t receive my order until 10:47 and the driver was rude to me over the phone

mcdonald kept changing the delivery time & when it eventually got delivered it was freezing. no point requesting a refund as always get refused & I'm a honest , genuine customer. just eat are a disgrace to there customers

Sooooo slow. Pre-ordered on app. Arrived ten minutes later. Still had to wait 45mins after I'd arrived for a standard big Mac meal, they also got the drink wrong. So, a total of almost an hour from order, to food being ready. Seriously?!! Macdonald's has gone down hill so far its under the sea... It's not fast, affordable or good quality now. Terrible.

Loved my double big Mac, lovely and fresh as have the cheese taken out! Only downside to this visit is Bath City were playing at home, the restaurant was full of drunk young adults which is great to see, but watching one throw up everywhere on the benches outside whilst we were eating was a massive turn off!!!!

Shocking missing item and wrong stuff sent despite instructions

I stopped off for breakfast and there was no queue in the drive in and got served quickly plenty of parking on site.
