Stopped by for something to eat quick service.

It was a good visit for fast food

Waited for ever what we order collections ,wont be going there again on a Saturday morning.Back to good old Greggs

The McRib was really disappointing looks nothing like the advertising images 😕

Worst Mc Donald’s I have even visited. Food was cold, mc Flurries were melted and service was shocking. Place is overrun with bloody delivery drivers walking around with motorcycle helmets, barging to the front…. Shocking

Food was delievered cold and cor some bizarre reason this McDonalds ALWAYS forgets or just doesnt seem.to send any of the dips on the order.

The items received were not what I ordered. Most of them were wrong ones.

Service is normally good. However, on more than one occasion that we have frequented the drive through our orders have been wrong or had things missing. The price seems to keep rising but service and quality stay stagnant and unfortunately the do not accommodate for dietary needs very well, although I understand that this is because to do this it makes service slower.

Really disappointed As received someone else's order nothing that I had ordered and it was cold so someone else is eating my food

they forgot all the fries and a burger so had to put in for refund and order again because people were without their meals

Just your normal McDonald's, nothing special, toilets were the main reason to stop here. Burger looked like someone stepped on it and fries are always meh at McD. And no shakes, again! Par for the course unfortunately.

Don't normally bother with negative reviews but this was something else. Ordered on the app and waited to collect in store. 30 mins, still no food. Deliveroo orders were being prioritised, 23 people waiting in the small area in front of the tills with no food coming out. No apologies or explanations. Then when food did come out, almost every person had to ask for something that was missing from their order. It also become apparent that the only way to get your food was to ask at the desk when yours was coming out. Lots of shouting in the kitchen, workers looked done, and when we did get our food, the muffin was half missing! - see image. I get all places get bad days, but I had never seen such a shambolic sequence of events in an establishment.

Well I ordered a. McDonald's I didn't order it cold. I expect it to be warm or hot. It's not like I live a mile away. I live on that upper Bristol I think it's disgusting to get a cold burger and cold chips but then again it will go with my cold bana

Waited 1 hour 30 mins for 2 happy meals! Drinks leaked to the point nothing in them and food stone cold!

Order a large frappe for it to come out half filled asked them to redo it and they said that’s just how it comes out🤦🏽‍♀️ Looks like they’ve pressed the medium button and put it in a large cup. And I know for a fact it doesn’t always come out like this cause half the time I get one is filled right up other half it’s like this. I understand it’s fast food but the quality has just declined beyond reasonable and then on top of that they forget the dips that come with the mozzarella dippers

my order never arrived. I received a notification in the app saying that it was delivered, but neither my intercom or my phone rang and I was home. I lost £20 pounds and didn't get a refund yet.

It's the worst McDonald's that I ever ever experienced. I don't really undarstand how they still open. The franchise should do something about it. Food 30 minutes late. Cold. And it wasn't even my order!! They have mess there, and also amout of people working there taht just don't care is unbelievable. I'm not ordering from there ever ever again. To full context, I'm live maybe 10-15 min away. I was waiting for my food 1,5 hour!

I ordered a deluxe vegetable burger. I took a bite and thought that it didn’t taste right. I looked down and saw what seemed to look like chicken. Staff confirmed that it was a chicken burger. It was packaged in the deluxe vegetable box and everything. Unfortunately this is where my 9 year streak has ended. Be careful my vegetarian friends when you order specifically at this locations

Didn’t even receive my food i ordered it said delivered but was never delivered

A good McDonald's as far as they go. Usually clean and fast service. Always pleased with the food the many times I've been and only a couple of times have there been issues out of their control (ie. Power cuts)

This order was never delivered. The system states it arrived at 19:55 but I was at home until 20:10 and it wasn’t even dispatched when I left. It’s all very confusing, poor service and I’m hungry.

Always late if It shows up at all always something missing always delayed time can wait up to 2+ hours as they change the time continuously and your unable to cancel it waste of time and money

Possibly the worst, OK maybe the second worst MDs I've been in. Firstly, try not to get run over by the many Uber scooters/motocycles that ride at speed straight on to the pavement outside the main entrance and leave their vehicles there blocking any access required by a wheel chair user. Secondly be ready to be barged by these same people inside the restaurant, they are super rude, and as I had to wait amongst them, I got to find out they were very smelly as well (yes the same people who deliver the food). After a lengthy wait my order arrived, a drink short, no dressing for the salad, no cutlery for the salad, a wrap with sauce (ordered without sauce) and the chips were cold, also asked for no ice in a coke so only got just over half a cup. £27 wasted, I won't be returning to this MDs. Truly an awful experience.

Carlsberg don’t make McDonald’s restaurants. But if they did then it sure wouldn’t be this one.

Terrible- two main items not delivered

It's a fair branch, they don't have a normal service counter. It's mostly on the screen orders, but you can give order at small service place. Some people were actually driving through and coming back on the main road. That's what drive thru meant to them.

Good order and delivery time was fine but the driver who delivered refused to bring it up to our door despite being told that our baby was asleep and couldn’t be left alone, still refused and had to go down and get it. Not happy with the driver at all - tip for delivery was wasted on the delivery drivers poor service.

completely useless, lane 2 is just completely AFK had to drive around and order at the payment window, and I was parked up and made to wait 30 minutes to get my food, when I went in to check where my food was they told me they had looked for my car, clearly not hard enough, and handed me the cold food, without any drinks or a sorry.

Missing items AGAIN. The one item I did receive is cold.

The order was placed at 5:57pm I didn’t receive it till 7:20pm. Took an hour and a half to arrive it was also stone cold including the burger being tough and squished.
