I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to after such a frustrating visit to this Chinese restaurant. First, when we arrived, our reservation name was crossed off the list for no apparent reason, which caused confusion and delay. We were left waiting longer than necessary because of this mix-up. Things didn’t improve from there. After our meal, we were handed a dessert menu, only for it to be snatched away just two minutes later. Before we could even decide, the bill was abruptly presented to us, and we were told to leave because they “needed the table back.” There was no prior warning about time limits, and we felt rushed out without any consideration for our experience. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but clear communication and respect for customers are basic expectations. Unfortunately, this place missed both marks. I won’t be returning.

Not all the food turned up, they refused to send it and refused a refund because "they are in china" and yes that's an actual quote from the very rude girl that answered the phone at the restaurant.

Sadly not a good meal. The soup was so thick and strong had to be watered down to eat. All the sauces so thick and stale. Meat obviously just added and not really cooked in sauce. So disappointed. However the staff were nice friendly and helpful

Crispy chilli beef tasted nice at first but left a musty old taste in your mouth as if the meat had been out for a while. Overall the sauce was okay but could not eat this dish, polite costumer service though.
