They love coffee, it's much more than a job it's their passion. If you want the best coffee go there.

Excellent coffee and chat at Whaletown. They are so knowledgeable about coffee, it's their passion. I bought some to take home as a gift for my daughter. It's her favourite coffee place.

These guys strive to make the best coffee and take their craft seriously. They know what they are doing. I love the passion that they have to make fabulous coffee. The staff are quirky which make its it more special, it's not a bland corporate place it's local treasure. I love the nail art on the staff too. My daughter loves her coffee, she has lived in many capital cities, she says Whaletown is the best and very understated.

I have visited this place numerous times. Great coffee, nice array of interesting cakes and snacks, all good. Despite regular visits, sometime two or three a week, average spend circa £5.50, always leave a £1 tip I have never established any form of exchange, dialogue, recognition with the staff who are always totally wrapped up in their own little world and pay scant regard to customers. Ample competition within view of their front door, I walked.

As others have said, bad customer service, rude staff with a Holly than thou attitude, unfortunately leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Given these guys a few chances now but they are all so unbelievably rude I'm not going back, plenty of genuinely friendly and welcoming alternatives in the area.

We go at least once a week to get a coffee and walk to the park. The coffee is always great - I really notice a difference if I go elsewhere. Staff are friendly and know their stuff. I love this place, my favourite coffee shop in Sheffield.

It is always a pleasure to try a good coffee place for the first time and I particularly get excited when I try a new type of coffee I haven't had before. The coffee that was new to me was called an 'Orca' essentially a latte, but with four shots in it! Probably a lot due to the skill of the person who made my coffee (and a little due to the fact that I drink quite a lot of coffee!) despite the ingredients my coffee didn't make me feel jittery and was delicious and smooth. It would be great to be able to visit again and to be able to sit in, in the future.

I really want to love this place and the coffee is delicious, however I can't help but feel they hate everyone who comes in to buy a coffee!!! Bizarre customer service, like you're a total inconvenience to them...and god forbid you don't shut the stiff door properly as you get glared at until you do. Also, CV19 restrictions aren't great in terms of there is no sign on the door to say how many people can enter at once. 5 stars for coffee, 0 stars for service and attitude!!

Dropped by this place for the first time since lockdown started and was so pleased with their setup. Screens round the coffee machine and till, and very little unnecessary space inside for mistakes - they've brought the counter right up to the door! The coffee was really tasty ( I had the batch brew) and they had good selection of treats on offer, though I didn't try any. The server was wearing a mask and gloves and I felt very safe going in and supporting them in this time. Really good to see it being done RIGHT. Nice work everyone! Keep it up, you're setting a great example for cafe standards during COVID

I absolutely love the coffee here, good and strong - my favourite coffee in Sheffield at the moment. Nice vegan sausage rolls too.

Really wanted to like this place. I’m a big fan of independent cafes and was happy to see another pop up in Crookes. Visited a couple of times, but after a recent visit, which was ruined by terrible customer service, I definitely wouldn’t go back. On one occasion I had a nice pastry from there but previous visits generally included burnt croissants and nothing-to-shout-about food, which I was willing to dismiss and give the place another shot, but my latest visit will be my last. The surly guy behind the counter was rude and unhelpful and his insistence on being correct and repeatedly telling me I was wrong and he was right, then proceeding to offer no solution (when the wrong food order arrived, he insisted I ordered incorrectly but I’d never choose what arrived as I don’t eat it!) has lost him a customer and I could never recommend this place to anyone.

Called in just before closing after an exhausting day viewing student properties. Everything was delicious and would definitely go again.

Extremely pleasant staff! It’s not often I am in sheffield and this visit to the city wasn’t under great circumstances, however I stopped by 200 degrees… Gabriel brightened the day, and stuck to being an angel and I can’t thank him (and the wider team) enough for their kind personas, hospitality and generosity! I didn’t get to try the pastries unfortunately however they were very tempting and I bet almost as good as the coffee. Thanks for cracking not only the beans but also a smile on my face!

This coffee shop has recently changed hands and is called Sarah’s Kitchen. Visited a few times recently and it’s a lovely friendly place serving great coffee and tasty homemade food. They offer milk alternatives which is great for anyone with milk intolerances. I can thoroughly recommend the homemade chips, panini’s and cakes. Fab coffee shop addition to Greenhill Village.

We hired the garden shelter out for a baby shower and we all had a great time. The area was dressed so pretty and all the staff were really friendly. The beer garden and cocktail bar is really fantastic, will definitely be spending more days here on a sunny day. Me and some others stayed for the entertainment they had on in the big room that night. We saw a great drag queen. We loved how there was different areas for whatever vibe you fancied. It all felt very inclusive. we’re already looking forward to returning for the grease and dirty dancing night in August.

Amazing bubble tea. Had the mango with passion fruit boba and it was so tasty, £5 for a medium and not much more for a large. Also had snacks available, really quick service too and checked with all options before making. Great if you’ve never had bubble tea before!

Three of us went in and ordered; two desserts came out first slightly cold whilst we waited ages for the third to be constructed we complained as we went in to eat as a family hoping to eat together. At the end we were given a feeble apology and a really very small discount for the inconvenience I would not recommend this place the photos looked better than reality.
