Malin Bridge Inn in Sheffield

We hired the garden shelter out for a baby shower and we all had a great time. The area was dressed so pretty and all the staff were really friendly. The beer garden and cocktail bar is really fantastic, will definitely be spending more days here on a sunny day. Me and some others stayed for the entertainment they had on in the big room that night. We saw a great drag queen. We loved how there was different areas for whatever vibe you fancied. It all felt very inclusive. we’re already looking forward to returning for the grease and dirty dancing night in August.

Terrible boozer with slow service….rude staff…. And Get barred for protecting family members for getting glassed… young ens always causing trouble and drugs always being taken on the premises….

I went to a baby shower . It was in the backroom. The room was a good size. There is a stage and a bar so you don't have to go into the pub itself. I parked my car in the park and ride on the opposite side of the road to the pub. Had a good time. 👍

A very disappointing cocktail ! Had the Terry's Chocolate Orange which was a fraction of the size from our last visit !!! One shot of ingredients shared between 2 cocktails - they were all poured into one cocktail shaker and shook then shared between two martini glasses which didn't even filled to the top mostly froth. Didn't even have a piece of chocolate orange for the top so ended up with a kinder 🙄 definitely not value for money. Included photo of cocktail and cocktail description !

Called on for a drink after my son played football. Ended up having one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Had the chocolate nirvana pizza due pudding too, which was fantastic.

They certainly go to another level with there decorations especially for Halloween they are amazing, now onto Christmas

Went to the drag bingo. It was a hoot, would definitely go again. The pub was nice and had a good outdoor space. They also have a pub cat so they get bonus points 🐱🐱

Visited for a drag show recently and I decided to try some of the cocktails for the huge cocktail menu. Amazing selection and very nice quality drinks! The only slight criticism is that service was extremely slow and I was left waiting nearly 20 minutes to order when there were only a couple of people at the bar. The staff were very friendly though. Other than that, a nice experience and I’ll be back!

The bar is nice, rustic and comfortable. The service was good. The beer was good. What does concern me is the fact that there is a camera in the men's toilets, pointing towards the mirror, which reflects straight from the urinal. Male customers should be able to use the facilities without having their privacy infringed upon.

Absolutely brilliant had a great time there will definitely be back again soon.

Caters for all, lovely outside area and coctail bar, nice snug for quite area and separate areas for watching sport and nice lounge at back where they have turns on. This pub is like a tardis

Bradfield brewery ale on tap, enough space to have a quiet conversation, and friendly enough locals to start a conversation espousing the merits of Glasgow as a holiday destination. Will definitely go again.

Not been in for years, went in Friday evening and we will definitely be back. Good atmosphere, wide range of drinks at decent prices and friendly helpful staff.

Had the best night and annoyed at ourselves for not having made this our local years ago !! Quiz is ace and the drinks are at such a high quality, beating city centre venues hands down! Keira (sorry if my slightly drunk head has got your name wrong!! 😅😅) Was slinging cocktails for the whole venue all night and didn't even bat an eye lid. The whole of the staff are amazing, so friendly and everyone in the pub was so welcoming. Gutted we're busy this week but will definitely be making this our regular quiz night and more. Can't wait to attend some of the events they put on ❤️

Absolutely lv this place, me and my wife just recently went there for a few drinks to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and what a nice friendly place to go, there's no wonabees in there just a nice chilled place and the staff are great.

Went here for a wake in the back room beers were ok the usual suspects with a couple of real ales which I prefer. Lovely layout front area has two separate rooms which are very well kept the backroom for functions and a superb outdoor area some of it undercover which can house a number of people. Not really my cup of tea but great for the majority!

Great local pub with a comfortable interior and a reasonable range of beers - mostly Bradfield ales. I hear they have a fantastic range of cocktails if that's your thing! There's a small beer garden out back. Not much of a view on either side but it is an inner city pub!!

This pub is going places! Keeping up with the times with an outdoor cocktail bar and constant events on like Tina Turner tribute act to Carrabean nights. The cocktail menu is huge and very creative. Unfortunately they don't do food otherwise I would class it as the best place to go in Sheffield!

Had a great evening! Very impressed with the cocktail bar, events area and the bar itself. We had a love chat with the owner and she gave us a full tour. I really enjoyed my whiskey sour cocktail!!

Great DJ and quiz/bingo. Clientele is dubious to say the least. And management don't seems to be very knowledgeable on how to deal with unacceptable behaviour from customers.

Would have been better had not been subjected to verbal abuse from a staff member brother and his friends, This was basically brushed under the carpet by landlord with a pathetic apology from them. Poor management and poor deing of pathetic customers. Spoilt a what would have been a fantastic night by Darren.

Awesome local pub! Great management, great staff and an amazing environment for the football matches!! Would recommend this pub to everyone for a quick pint or a night out.

Much more than a pub. Good choice of drinks and friendly staff, yes, but so much more. Continually working very hard to have something for everyone. All sorts of events throughout the year and a great cocktail bar with fantastic outside seating area. Nothing is too much trouble and there is fantastic attention to detail. More like a community hub and meeting place in the most traditional way. I cannot praise the Malin enough. Please support it so it prospers and keeps being such an important part of many people's lives.

Top pub friendly nice decor good atmosphere.

Couldn't ask for more from a pub, caters for all ages,and most tastes,plenty of room inside and the outside has a large beer/cocktail garden with plenty of seating with heated areas close to a great outside cocktail bar staff are spot on as are the management all in all a good night to be had or day for that matter and last but not least an excellent choice of beer 👍

Only been once, but loved it. Met my wife and some friend there. The staff where friendly and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommended.

Went to the kids Halloween party, it was amazing the kids really enjoyed the entertainment. Lovely cocktails on offer for the adults too.

Really good night at Drag night , really talented queens , good drink prices really can’t fault the venue, Halloween decor amazing - however landlady leaves a lot to be desired stood on the door like a bloodhound , unfriendly , she needs to have a word with herself. Apart from that all was good.

Absolutely disrespectful, hypocritical and poor service! Attended a wake spending good money to be kicked out at 6 on the dot told under 16 year old not allowed, having a emotional day already to be forced out rearranging flowers etc all because she could lose her license, Yet has lock-ins after hours illegally which could lose her licence! To hire a room for awake not saying anything thing about time restrictions when taking good money for hiring the room is a cheap move! Practice what you preach! Because when I see you’re pub ope after hours illegally I will return the same gratitude as you gave us, I’ll play cheap shots! Avoid room functions from here!!!! The landlady could do with a course of personality pills or maybe smile once in a while break the old skin a little?

Good local pub with an excellent landlady that makes everyone welcome. Some craft ale from bradfield brewery. Nice log burner and snug. Theme night regularly and a great out door area.

Proper pub. Very well looked after pub by a hard working family. Only just started using this pub after living close by for 20 years and I am growing to love it in here. Good early bar. A pub that is bigger than you think , as the owners have invested in the rear outside area for summer months with separate bar outdoors which looks brilliant when lit. Also a small concert room where we had a football club race night which can be booked privately. Real ales, and competitively priced. It's clean and well run...recommended.

Me and my family attended the opening night of the sleigh bar WOW. From getting out of the taxi on the front of the pub, there's no way you'd think that the pub would have such a beautiful outside area. Some real effort has been put in to make the sleigh bar a really beautiful looking bar. The atmosphere was great, drinks were great and there was plenty of shelter with heaters. I think we will definitely be spending a lot of evenings here over Christmas. Ps the hot porn star gin is to die for

Some of the best nights I’ve had this past year have been in the pub the drag shows are some of the best I have seen and the atmosphere is electric if they advertise a show go see it you won’t be disappointed all staff are very friendly 🌈 and drinks are cheep don’t miss out xx

Tuve una noche fabulosa en la noche de Frankie Heart. Ambiente increíble y personal del bar realmente amable, puedes decir que todos los que trabajan en el bar se llevan bien, lo cual es realmente agradable de ver.A todos nos encantó lo que habían hecho en el área exterior. Estábamos hablando con una chica en el bar cocktial y ella mencionó que se abriría el próximo sábado como un trineo. Definitivamente regresaremos para algunos cócteles festivos. 10/10
