Slightly disappointing for the price range. Breakfast was underwhelming and if I didn’t know any better would have thought I was at a premier inn! Really sad it didn’t live up to other Hilton’s.

The lobby is pretty and chic, but that is where the "coolness" stops. The rooms are small, even for London, and the layout is awkward. The showers leak and the toilets offer little privacy. The hallways are very dark because someone that that it would fit into their theme of being "mysterious". The hotel bar service is crappy and slow, and the buffet seems understaffed. Unless you are going to Westminster Abbey or Parliament , the location is not great for overall sightseeing. London is a big city, you can do better.

Would highly recommend this. Location is perfect, the staff was Incredible nice and helpful. Sukh was great and so helpful, Sam at the booking excursions was the best. VJ was so nice and helpful as a host just can't say enough about him. The bartender was also very nice to to just sit and talk to.. The breakfast was ok and quick. It is nothing to rave about just makes thing easier. The dinner options are small but everything we had was good. The only bad thing is the lack of quality restaurants in the area. A few good pubs are close like The Loose Box and The Barely Mow. The room is clean and bed and pillows are very good. Just right for 2 people not anymore.

We booked for 3 days 2 nights at The Westminster London and we were disappointed upon arrival . We arrived on 1st May night and were expecting a Queen room. The person in charge of our check in was helpful and professional which made the check in a smooth one . However upon arrival in our rooms , we were disappointed . The request made for the rooms to be side by side was not noted by the hotel and we were allocated on the 6th and 8th floor respectively and we realized that the rooms allocated were of mobility access with facilities not well maintained with sink/ taps/shower heads not functioning properly and only a shower curtain was used as a divider which was not expected of a four star hotel. It was truly disappointing as the room did not meet our expectations. The listing on the booking.com website did not clearly state that there was a difference in the room and toilet facilities between the queen room and queen room with mobility access . The ones with the mobility access was marketed as queen rooms .The prices were also comparable and therefore we did not expect the rooms to be so different . The price paid were not justifiable for the rooms provided. When requested a change of rooms , we were informed that the hotel was full and no rooms were available The location of the hotel is also not convenient as the tube is 15mins walk away with only buses available . Despite a disappointing experience , we would like to shout out to the night manager , Abdulah for his professional handling and follow up of the issue and provided alternatives to make a change in rooms on the 2nd night and breakfast

This is my second time staying at the Westminster hotel. I choose it principally because of its proximity to my office, but it is also a very civilised and comfortable place to stay. Best of all, for me as a visually impaired person, the staff strike an amazing balance between Giving me the help I need whilst still being unobtrusive and discreet. The rooms I have stayed in have been a good size and very comfortable. I’m not normally a big fan of “ accessible rooms” , having too many shin level objects to collide with, but I thought room 323 worked reasonably well, with all the grab handles and alarms that some customers with mobility impairments would appreciate, whilst managing to still be relatively stylish and easy to navigate for a visually impaired person. Overall, this is somewhere that I will look to return to, when the rates are low enough.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days in February and we are extremely satisfied. Pretty well located hotel, if you like walking! Big Ben is a 10 minute walk away and there is a bus stop 500m from the hotel. Standard rooms are small, but clean and very well organized, perfect for a short stay! The staff is warm and ready to respond to your slightest request, both at reception and in the restaurant. The restaurant is very good, and the breakfast is varied. I took the time to send an email to the hotel before our arrival to announce a birthday, and we really appreciated the small gesture made on site :) Thank you very much for this stay!

I have had several stays here at this hotel. It's consistently great on service with a kind and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are comfortable and always clean. The modern designed rooms have a sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom for privacy and noise reduction; as the bathroom has separate shower and toilet areas. The location is just down the street from Big Ben and Parliament along the Thames River.

Very comfortable hotel, large and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, with bus stops less than 500m away, at least 2 tube stations within 1km, and a 15 minute walk to Big Ben. Depending on the reason why you’d stay here will change my review. For instance, if you must be in Westminster & it’s strictly for work then this is a hotel I recommend. If you are a solo traveler or couple and not necessarily for business but more for sightseeing, I would say… only when you are sightseeing in the area; ie: Westminster abbey. The layout of the rooms are very smart, the person who designed the space utilized it to make it feel spacious without wasting space. NEspresso machines in room & fridge + nice desks in a nook. For a solo or couple they are nice rooms but the area is extremely quiet and not many good options of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. To get the London vibe you need to ride to Covent Garden/soho/Oxford Circus area but there isn’t good means of public transport there unless u are open to taking the bus for a bit. Otherwise a lot of $ toward Ubers. After 3 nights I needed a change of scenery as I felt very isolated from real London as it’s like staying in Wall Street in NYC… nothing to do there but I’ve stayed here twice, 5 nights in 2023 and 3 nights in 2024. The restaurant changed from stk to an independent one and I don’t like the room service as much with this new restaurant, it was subpar service. Some staff is friendly some are extremely curt. It’s a hit or miss. I don’t think they are as productive as they could be in being helpful and welcoming given they have one of the most lobby staff I’ve seen in all the Hilton hotels in London (I’ve stayed at them all as a diamond member) Going back to size: if you are with family, def don’t book a deluxe queen or king for more than 2 people. I don’t know if thrrr are suite options for families. I saw 3 adults go into a hotel room (they must’ve been splitting) but it is weird to do that in a 4 star hotel where the rooms really are only suited for 2.

Due to an error on my own part, there an issue with my booking that I attempted to resolve over a two week period with the hotel. After a number of failed attempts at communicating with the hotel, which simply never responded to my messages, I contacted Hilton's customer service and requested them to pass on my message and instruct the Westminster London to respond. Hilton corporate did pass on my message and the Westminster finally responded, informing me that as I booked through a 3rd party I needed to take up my issue with that 3rd party booking agent. At this point it was now too late and so I had no choice but to take the loss of the cost of the room. I am sure the Westminster is a fine hotel, as long as one does not need to rely upon timely communications with it.

The room is bigger than expected, the bed and pillows are clean, there is a coffee machine, and the shower room has hot water quickly. However, if two people bring suitcases, there will not be enough space in one room to spread out two suitcases at the same time. Another thing that needs improvement is the poor TV signal, with the picture and sound freezing about every 20 seconds. And what I would say is that the personnel training is seriously inadequate. On the second day of my stay, I went to have breakfast in the morning. When I returned to my room, I found that the housekeeper was already cleaning my room and asked me not to go in and to wait at the door. I only had 20-30 minutes to eat breakfast, but the housekeeper took the opportunity to come in and clean. I felt disrespected and had no privacy. And when I called the front desk to report the problem, hoping that it wouldn't happen again, a female receptionist told me to "come down to the reception and talk to the House keeping manager directly." As a receptionist at a well-known hotel, how could they speak to guests like that? Don't they understand what "the guest should go directly to the front desk" means? And if guests have to go to the front desk to report the problem, then what's the point of calling? So I asked her to transfer the call directly to the House keeping manager. She was reluctant at first, but after my insistence, she reluctantly said that she would ask the House keeping manager to call me. Later, I didn't receive any calls, so I called the reception again. This time, the second female receptionist answered the phone. She transferred me to her supervisor, who seemed to be a customer relations manager or someone in a similar role. The supervisor's attitude was very friendly and sincere, , assuring me that housekeeping staff would no longer enter rooms without permission. I sincerely appreciate her response. I have complete respect for the hard work and dedication of hotel staff. Initially, I felt everything was great when I checked in, but after this incident, the attitude and response of the front desk staff were truly frustrating. When a guest has an issue, the receptionist should find a way to resolve it, not simply push the responsibility onto another department (Housekeeping) or even ask the guest to come down to the front desk. If a guest has to personally go to the front desk to address a problem, it has already escalated to a level of formal complaint. I’m not sure if the reception staff at this hotel understand the difference, but one thing is certain—they need to be retrained.

My husband and I recently stayed for three nights at this well placed Hilton hotel. The staff on the welcoming front-desk were excellent (I would particularly mention Prince Joseph and a young lady trainee called Aamina) and resolved the car parking issue that we encountered. The car park manager Anuar was also a delightful guy who made sure that we began our stay in the best possible way. Although we quickly became used to it, the bedroom was accessed through the room containing the washbasin, with doors off to the shower and toilet (a layout we haven't encountered before!) and the bedroom was a bit tight, thus the reason for only four stars for the room. From this hotel one can easily get to venues North and South via public transport. It has a friendly bar and a buzzy vibe. The breakfast was exceptional. We will definitely stay there again.

Recently stayed here for a long weekend. 13th - 15th December. Decided to park in underground car park. ? In my job role i cover 50+ Hotels Restaurants Pubs a year . Hotel itself lovely. View was good as booked a Premium Queen corner room. Reception staff Polite friendly & professional. Especially front of house gentleman Vejay. Excellent accommodating etc. Room good /bed /shower etc. Bar ok seemed very unfull for such a big hotel including restaurant there. Wonder why this could be.? You buy drinks.? Choice to tip yes or no? However on receiving check out bill. Your charged a big fee for services? Very strange / unfair. If you goto the bar to buy a drink ? That should be end of it. Not extra charges on top. Breakfast shocking. Fresh juice really watered down. Cold bacon / sausages. One coffee machine broken not repaired or replaced over long weekend. One toaster broken again the same. Not replaced or repaired. No plates for cooked breakfast. Asked two members of staff as queue building up. 10 min wait for plates. No spoons or bowls. For cereals etc. Again asked staff. Gave up waiting after 10 minutes. No Maple syrup for pancakes. Bottle empty . Again asked staff. Gave up waiting after 10 minutes. Worst part of trip. Car park. Very tight to get into due to size & concrete pillars. Also only one lift goes to basement carpark. On day of leaving. Decided to take bags to car park. Asked staff which lift . One on left only. Got to basement via lift . Bags in the car. Pressed button for lift . No lift 20 minutes. I was trapped in basement. As if that lift shaft is constantly busy above . Trying to call it to basement is non existent. There are no stairs to get up to hotel reception area. I had to drive car out of carpark. As metal shutter would not lift. Unless car there. Drove round to front of building to get out. As a former veteran I do not like being locked in some areas/ spaces. Spoke to reception staff about this serious issue. They said they would speak to Manager. What if there was a fire in basement or an elderly person. Trying to get up in lift again. Not acceptable. It really spoilt trip. Waiting for someone to call me from hotel.?

The strangest room Floorplan I have ever seen in my years of travel! As we opened the door from the communal hallway of our upgraded queen Supreme room, we are standing in the bathroom, no kidding, an open hallway bathroom you walk through to get to the absolutely smallest bedroom I have ever paid to stay in! There are plastic rolling casters on the bed, beware, they stick out under the bed and deeply hurt unshielded toes! The staff that contacted us by email, as a Hilton diamond for life customer, were lovely, but the staff actually in the hotel were mediocre. Dents in the room walls rounded out our disappointing stay. Ever year we come to London at this time, we always stay at Hilton properties, we will not stay here again.

Good hotel, good location, amazing staff, but serious maintenance issues, water filters don't work. elevators not working for the ehole week! People use stairs all the time. I wouldn't recommend it until they fix their hotel maintenance issue.

Very elegant hotel, quite modern and rather well located. The neighborhood is very quiet, very chic and there are several activities nearby. It is slightly out of the center, 3 to 5 minutes walk to reach the C10 bus.

Really poor hotel - not even interested in finding out why guests stay was not enjoyable... go somewhere they care for guests

This is an excellent hotel within walking distance of Westminster Abbey. Rooms were very clean. Filtered water dispensers on each floor with an eco-friendly glass carafe in the room. The hotel staff were very courteous and thoughtful. I asked for a late check out because of an evening flight, and they allowed me to keep my room until 3 pm. I highly recommend the hotel.

The worst night in a hotel I have ever had, in the middle of the night an evacuation alarm sounded, an absurdly unbearable alarm, we ran down the emergency staircase along with all the hotel guests, obviously scared, without knowing what was happening, We went down and there was no one from the hotel explaining what was happening, after a while a person appeared with a megaphone saying that everything was fine and that we could go up again, this was at 1am, obviously a horrible scare! What supposedly happened is that the fire alarm had been activated, without anything happening! Also that same day there was a fire alarm drill precisely. And at night it supposedly activated itself! What I didn't like is that the police didn't even come to the hotel to see what was happening, in these cases the police are supposed to be notified (I understand that that should happen) Horrible experience!

Dani and Romero were FANTASTIC ambassadors for this hotel! SO helpful with activity suggestions and restaurant recommendations. Great location too. We're not crazy about the room arrangement., but beds were comfortable, and they totally accommodated my husband's feather allergy!

Fantastic location, excellent staff but the room is although sleak and modern, it was very small. The walls are very thin; was able to hear next to my room speak at night, was able to hear every door open/close in the hallway from the bedroom. It made sleeping very difficult for me. 8/10

Nice clean rooms. Best location to walk and explore London from middle of the city. Most of the locations are within the range of 3 km around it.

Convenient to several buses and a 15-20 minute walk (through a park with views of the Thames mind) to the tube. Westminster Abbey, Parliament and Big Ben very close by, easy to get to Central and South London. Rooms are efficient and modern, small but not noticeably so. Great value for location and amenities. Room service was great.

Sad, beige hotel. The rooms have less character than a motel. Bad design, exterior lights that makes it feel like daylight. I regret booking this hotel.

The Westminster London, Curio Collection by Hilton impresses with its prime location near major attractions and modern amenities. Guests enjoy stylish rooms, a well-equipped fitness center, and convenient on-site dining. While some find the rooms compact, the overall experience is positive, with praise for the cleanliness and attentive service. If you seek a comfortable stay in a central location, this hotel is a great choice.

Pros new, fresh rooms Great personnel, especially daytime concierge, Isabelle front desk and bell captain. Good breakfast, rooms very small but some what functional. Nice bed weird shower and WC set up, bedside tables to small for Cpaps, and phone. Bring convertor or ask for at front desk, will charge deposit but will credit when convertor returned. Good location if seeing traditional sites, very easy walk to hop on hop off bus.

Stephana who is part of the front desk staff is AWESOME! She assisted me with locating some snacks late night. The Westminster London hotel is a beautiful modern hotel, although the room I had was very small. The location is convenient to catch public transportation (train & bus). The hotel is in a walkable, quite area which I loved. All of the hotel staff were very helpful. When visiting London in the future I will definitely stay at the Westminster London hotel!

Terrible experience! Luxury hotel….:: a fiasco more like They don’t have enough working elevators for the size of the hotel. The breakfast is an absolute joke. Breakfast from 7am. We got there at 7am. Only thing available coffee, tea and juice. Will be a few minutes….. Fifteen minutes for anything to become available. Thirty minutes for pastries and toast. Absolutely no signs of hot food. After forty five minutes we just gave up! Plenty of staff standing around chatting. No explanation or apology. The staff then standing using the drinks machines making themselves drinks which they stand and then consume in full view of guests sitting not being able to get breakfast! Absolute amateur hour! Wouldn’t stay here again at all

can sit on the terrace in the sun, there are also plenty of places in the shade. friendly staff and nice that they also had an extensive drinks menu. Guinness was expertly tapped in 119 seconds as it should be. It is very centrally located and the interior is as you would expect in a pub. Definitely recommended
