Fantastic location, excellent staff but the room is although sleak and modern, it was very small. The walls are very thin; was able to hear next to my room speak at night, was able to hear every door open/close in the hallway from the bedroom. It made sleeping very difficult for me. 8/10

Convenient to several buses and a 15-20 minute walk (through a park with views of the Thames mind) to the tube. Westminster Abbey, Parliament and Big Ben very close by, easy to get to Central and South London. Rooms are efficient and modern, small but not noticeably so. Great value for location and amenities. Room service was great.

Sad, beige hotel. The rooms have less character than a motel. Bad design, exterior lights that makes it feel like daylight. I regret booking this hotel.

The Westminster London, Curio Collection by Hilton impresses with its prime location near major attractions and modern amenities. Guests enjoy stylish rooms, a well-equipped fitness center, and convenient on-site dining. While some find the rooms compact, the overall experience is positive, with praise for the cleanliness and attentive service. If you seek a comfortable stay in a central location, this hotel is a great choice.

Pros new, fresh rooms Great personnel, especially daytime concierge, Isabelle front desk and bell captain. Good breakfast, rooms very small but some what functional. Nice bed weird shower and WC set up, bedside tables to small for Cpaps, and phone. Bring convertor or ask for at front desk, will charge deposit but will credit when convertor returned. Good location if seeing traditional sites, very easy walk to hop on hop off bus.

Stephana who is part of the front desk staff is AWESOME! She assisted me with locating some snacks late night. The Westminster London hotel is a beautiful modern hotel, although the room I had was very small. The location is convenient to catch public transportation (train & bus). The hotel is in a walkable, quite area which I loved. All of the hotel staff were very helpful. When visiting London in the future I will definitely stay at the Westminster London hotel!

Terrible experience! Luxury hotel….:: a fiasco more like They don’t have enough working elevators for the size of the hotel. The breakfast is an absolute joke. Breakfast from 7am. We got there at 7am. Only thing available coffee, tea and juice. Will be a few minutes….. Fifteen minutes for anything to become available. Thirty minutes for pastries and toast. Absolutely no signs of hot food. After forty five minutes we just gave up! Plenty of staff standing around chatting. No explanation or apology. The staff then standing using the drinks machines making themselves drinks which they stand and then consume in full view of guests sitting not being able to get breakfast! Absolute amateur hour! Wouldn’t stay here again at all

My parents and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our experience. The hotel is very beautifully designed and the rooms felt very modern and comfortable. All of the staff provided exceptional service, which is notable because we had recently stayed at another Hilton property in Amsterdam where we where we had very underwhelming and frustrating experiences with staff. Special thanks to Romero and Anwar in particular - Romero helped us with our luggage when we first arrived and continued to be a helpful, friendly presence when we saw him the rest of the week. Anwar helped us book two excursions and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The hotel is located very close to Westminster Abbey and other attractions and is close to the main areas without being in the thick of the hustle and bustle. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and think it's a solid, affordable hotel choice when staying in London.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at the Curio Hilton Hotel. At first glance, the location seems good, but in reality, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest tube station in any direction, making the location quite inconvenient. The hotel is also completely overpriced for what it offers. We booked two rooms for three nights, and both rooms were in very poor condition. We found hairs in the shower, the floors were not properly cleaned, there were not enough towels, and one of the windows was cracked. The coffee machine in the room was dirty, and there weren’t enough capsules. Although the hotel advertises Nespresso in the room, it was actually coffee from another brand, which was disappointing. The hotel is also very noisy. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever had in London. It was absolutely uninspired, the selection was small and of poor quality, and the staff was rude and uninterested. It wasn’t even possible to order a soy cappuccino. Furthermore, we were unable to check into our room on time. Despite being Diamond members and arriving shortly before noon, we had to wait three hours for our room, which we could only access at 3:30 PM, even though the official check-in time is 3:00 PM. Again, the reception staff was unfriendly and rude. Overall, I can only recommend avoiding this hotel. There are better hotels in London, even better Hilton hotels, that are more worth the money.

The location and the staff here is what made our stay so great. The breakfast team in particular were so friendly and welcoming. While I appreciate a good theme, the decor of this hotel definitely interfered with its functionality in some places. The hallways are incredibly dark. I can imagine someone with compromised eyesight having difficulty navigating. I also feel like the space in the rooms could have been utilized better (maybe build in summer small drawers in places?) Not a fan of the separate shower "room" however the rain shower itself was lovely. Overall, I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable, the location incredibly convenient, and the staff fabulous. Oh and air conditioning is amazing! If you're a big family, you may want to book a suite or multiple rooms for a little more space. Our 2 suitcases made for a very cramped room.

The Westminster Curio Collection Hotel in London has all the bases covered.... and then some! THE BASICS LOCATION: Quiet, convenient, easy to find/park. While the "action" is just to the north in Soho, China Town, Piccadilly Circus, Leister Square, Mayfair, Covent Gardens, the South Bank and surrounding neighborhoods, The Westminster location is perfect because you can easily walk, grab a cab or take the tube to all of the above. Additionally, the area immediately surrounding the hotel is very quiet at night... so you never have to worry about late night partying or protest marches keeping you up! As an added bonus, the Tate Museum, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Parliament are perfect 5 minute walks from the hotel. ROOMS: Because of the size of my family, we had 4 rooms and they were all spotless, modern, with excellent bathroom facilities (the sink, toilet and shower are separate so more than one family member can be using them at the same time), there is a make up table with lighted makeup mirror in the sleeping area, coffee machine, fridge, safe in the closet and plentiful electrical/USB outlets everywhere! The most importantly, beds were very comfortable! COMPLAINT: The closets need more drawers to unpack and store clothes. While there is plenty of room for hanging clothes, both my wife and I had to "live out of our suitcases" because there was nowhere to store our folded clothes in the closet. COMMON AREAS: There is ample parking for arriving guests/taxis in front of hotel. The Ground Floor lobby is large and has plenty of front desk stations for check-in/check out and also houses the Concierge. Upstairs you will find the absolutely huge restaurant and a well stocked bar. FOOD/DRINK: Well above average on both counts. My family looked forward to breakfast every morning (I particularly liked made to order omelets) and every member of my family had their own favorites by the end of the week! COMPLAINT: If you don't eat pork, your choices are very limited. No turkey or chicken sausage, No turkey bacon, no Impossible Burgers, No Beyond Meat... We tried their vegan sausages one time and they were awful... between all of us couldn't finish even one. THE STAFF: TRULY EXCEPTIONAL!!! The senior staff definitely deserve kudos for such a well run hotel... Special thanks to Head Concierge Adelino Moreira and Front Office Manager Bruno Romalde! However, it was the staff that interacted with the guests every day that made our visit to The Westminster so special that, when we had a day open up at the end of itinerary, we went back to London and stayed you know where! Samuela, (front desk supervisor) was a delight. Conor (concierge) took my pre-visit calls and made sure we knew everything we needed to know before we arrived. Oleh, a new employee in maintenance, went way above and beyond to find a replacement for the make-up mirror in our room. And saving the best for last, Anuar, Sam and Daniel (concierge office) made every aspect of our visit an absolute pleasure! Whether we had questions about: 1) Where to go, 2) What to do. 3) Where to stay in other cities, 4) Plays, 5) Car Rentals, or 6) Where locals go to avoid tourists, they were kind, patient beyond belief and informative. They helped us turn a great trip into one that was truly incredible!

I stayed at The Westminster London Hilton Curio Collection Hotel, a renovated Hilton DoubleTree, for 6 days. I found the bathroom design of the Premier Queen room quite strange at first but got used to it. Front desk and reception were fabulous, in particular, Vijay, Mary & Isabella. The restaurants, bars, and housekeeping were very CX oriented. The location is very close to bus and ferry transport, within walking distance of the top London attractions, and for me on this trip, was the Cenotaph as I was invited to attend the 90th Anniversary of the Belgian Military Parade. What I thought was clever in the breakfast buffet restaurant was this little sign for your table that you turn down when you have completed your meal. This allows single/business people to come and go for food without losing their table. Thank you, Westminster London Hilton Curio Collection Hotel Team. 🤗 ♥️

Honestly one of the weirdest hotels I've ever stayed at. The hallways are intentionally dark to create an "air of mystery". I don't really need my hallway to be mysterious. The rooms are super odd as well. The room and bathroom was basically all one thing. The check-in staff were kind of rude and acted like we were crazy for trying to check in one hour early. The elevators kept not working and the stairwell door was locked. We got trapped on our floor with two kids trying to get down to their parents. I had to call down and ask them to unlock the stairwell door which they didn't want to do. It was quite literally the only way off our floor. The elevators had this issue the rest of our stay. Breakfast was included which was decent. The hotel is close to Westminister Abbey and Big Ben but that's about it. However, the hotel has excellent AC and the beds were comfy. I used points for this stay so I was glad I didn't shell out a ton of money to stay here.

I am so pleased we chose this location. We arrived early morning (7am) from the US. We had prearrange transport with the hotel. The driver was on time, curious and attentive. We arrive at the hotel at 9am, staff immediately greeted us, knew who we were by name and collected the luggage for us. All staff we had contact with were very pleasant and apologize many times that our room was not ready. This was a pleasant surprise since we had no expectations of checking in untill the standard checkin time. Staff arranged for a taxi to take us to Harrods (our request). I agree with other revires, the location is fantastic, close to everything. Our room, a 2 room suite is wonderful, comfortable and exceeded expectations. Me: a solo traveler who stays at hotels and at least 35 different 4+ star hotels a year for 40-50% of the year. It depends on the reason you stay here will change my review. For instance, if you must be in Westminster & it’s strictly for work then this is a hotel I recommend. If you are a solo traveler or couple and not necessarily for business but more for sightseeing, I would say… only when you are sightseeing in the area; ie: Westminster abbey. The layout of the rooms are very smart, the person who designed the space utilized it to make it feel spacious without wasting space. NEspresso machines in room & fridge + nice desks in a nook. For a solo or couple they are nice rooms but the area is extremely quiet and not many good options of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. To get the London vibe you need to ride to Covent Garden/soho/Oxford Circus area but there isn’t good means of public transport there unless u are open to taking the bus for a bit. Otherwise a lot of $ toward Ubers. After 3 nights I needed a change of scenery as I felt very isolated from real London as it’s like staying in Wall Street in NYC… nothing to do there but I’ve stayed here twice, 5 nights in 2023 and 3 nights in 2024. The restaurant changed from stk to an independent one and I don’t like the room service as much with this new restaurant, it was subpar service. Some staff is friendly some are extremely curt. It’s a hit or miss. I don’t think they are as productive as they could be in being helpful and welcoming given they have one of the most lobby staff I’ve seen in all the Hilton hotels in London (I’ve stayed at them all as a diamond member) Going back to size: if you are with family, def don’t book a deluxe queen or king for more than 2 people. I don’t know if thrrr are suite options for families. I saw 3 adults go into a hotel room (they must’ve been splitting) but it is weird to do that in a 4 star hotel where the rooms really are only suited for 2.

Room was good. Hotel could do better in ensuring charges are correct upon checking out. Writing this review from the perspective of a Hilton Diamond member, overall I was underwhelmed with my stay at this Curio Hotel, I thought the room design was uncomfortable, strangely enough the shower was in the middle room and small in size so if there was any leakage from the shower then it would leak across the entire room floor. The staff was not necessarily rude but not really friendly either, I feel like the energy of the staff don’t necessarily match the Hilton Brand. When checking in, I was surprised as a Dimond member that I was not offered a complimentary drink at the Bar since there is no Executive Lounge. The positive about this location is literally the location, about 5 to 10 city blocks from major tourist attractions, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey & Parliament.

I contacted the hotel for over a week. I requested a cancellation with 4 months remaining, but due to the hotel's cancellation policy, they said they could not provide a refund for 4 nights (KRW 1.4 million), reinstatement of the reservation, or any conditions for the stay. The hotel itself is a robbery. Before I even started my trip, I lost my money and my place to stay. If I had read the Google reviews in advance, I wouldn't have booked this hotel in the first place. - Overall: We had a good stay and I am happy about the friendly staff. Unfortunately, the food (options) and the noise in the rooms are a big downside… - Good location nearby Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. The closest underground stations are about 10-15 min away; however, there is a bus stop about 200m from the hotel next to the river. - The food is OK but definitely not a reason to stay in this hotel. Service; however, is very good. The staff is highly supportive in case you have any questions. - We had a standard double room during our stay. The room has everything you need and is fairly small. There were some downsides: internet & TV is not stable, view was not so enjoyable. Our view was to the hallway. And the NOISE. You can hear literally everything. Unfortunately.

Upsides: Location ist perfect, only 10 minutes on foot from Big Ben. Staff is friendly and really doing their utmost to make your stay comfortable. Rooms are convenient, although not super large, but that is becoming the standard in London. Everything you need is there and it's working. Only the TV had some strange interruptions on the main channels. We had an issue with the breakfast (see downsides), but that was solved in an elegant and suitable way by the front desk (compliments, Isabelle!). The room rates are okay, but not spectacular, which could have been related to the fact that our stay was at the same time as the London Marathon and the hotel was very crowded. Downsides: The hotel was busy, probably fully booked and the waiting time to even get a table at the breakfast room was rediculously long (over 30 minutes). and around 9:00am the buffet was almost empty, it took 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee, staff was panicking and there was total disorganisatiobn. That is something that may should never happen in a renowned Hilton 4-star hotel. Also the bar, which we wanted to visit around 23:30, had the charm of a factory canteen. Here is definitely some work to be done.

I recently stayed here during my first ever visit to London. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location near many of London’s main attractions. My first night stay, they didn’t have any upgrades available so I stayed in a very small twin room. When they say twin, it’s literally two twin beds. Although very small, the room was still nice. Luckily, Isabella at the front desk secured me a King Suite for the next night. I truly appreciate her wonderful customer service and shoutout to Zed for making sure I transferred rooms smoothly. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this location to friends visiting London!

Really quick and pleasant checkin experience, advised cheaper to book breakfast in advance rather than pay on the day. My wife and I had one premium room on the 7th as did my 78 year old Dad. Rooms really well appointed, clean and quite - especially if you used the pocket door. Tempreture effectively managed, great shower, comfortable bed, good coffee and we loved the fill your own carafe option. Took one star off service as breakfast (4 mornings) could be improved, except for the omelette guy as he was great. Seemed to be a shortage of plates, mugs, small ramekins for jams and condiments. I asked for a milk jug at one-point and was given a teapot with milk, it worked but not correct. One of the two coffee machines was broken on three of the mornings. The pancake machine seemed to always be clogged or needing a belt change. The actual food was very nice, its just all the bits around it that need refined, hence the 1 star off service. Not too many restaurants around except a pizza express at the back of the hotel. Nice location and concierge/reception were really nice.

We spend couple days in the hotel. From the start it was a good experience. Staff was very friendly and nice, room was clean. It was also big. Location is also good, you have a nice view on 13th floor. Access to the underground and buses are easy. You can walk and easily reach Westminster Abbey.

We had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite location over the weekend. Furthermore, the staff's dedication to ensuring the utmost satisfaction of their guests is truly commendable. Malcom and Babar, in particular, excel in representing the corporation. Specifically Malcom's exceptional service made our stay incredibly smooth and enjoyable.

Great experience at check in and room good. Breakfast was disorganised chaos. Plenty of capacity in the restaurant but with one member of staff checking room numbers and showing guest to the table there was a 20+ person queue. Several obvious options to resolve (other staff were there) but none taken. I won’t go back on a work trip, solely based on the time it took to get breakfast.

I had higher expectations given the price and the fact it’s a Hilton hotel. I’ll start with what went well: the service was spectacular. I really admire the staff. I am staying in the hotel for 9 nights and they did not let me down once. Now to the not so good part: firstly, I can hear everything that’s going on in the room above me and next to me. The walls are so thin it’s so noisy. Everytime a neighbor would close his door, my door would shake and make a banging noise. It wakes me up every morning. Also, the water drainage is definitely loud above my room. Secondly, the functionality of the room wasn’t so well thought out. The bathroom door doesn’t hide the pee sound, which is embarrassing when someone is over. The closet door doesn’t stay open so it slams right behind you when you want to get your clothes. There’s no closet space (no drawers). The bathroom area is literally by the entrance. That means if I’m taking a shower and naked and by mistake room service enters- I have no where to hide. You’d expect to have a separate room to do your private stuff. Thirdly, the hotel recently removed Netflix from the TV. which is a huge bummer as nowadays it’s very basic to have that option. The channels are limited and the reception couldn’t really help me to find a comedy channel. Fourthly, I was never in a Hilton hotel where I need to request for the room service to give me hotel shoes and a robe! It was not provided by default. Fifth and finally, the bed is not comfortable. My back hurts. I don’t mean to be a complainer but the above really bothers me especially when I’m staying for this long in the hotel. There are a few other minor things that I should mention but I guess what’s fair was to request for the above to be reviewed. Thank you

- Location is perfect (around 5-7 minutes walking to the Big Ben) and close to most of the landmarks. - Extremely friendly staff - Room is so modern, clean, spacious. - The espresso machine added amazing touch for the whole experience as well as the kettle and the mini bar. - Overall visit was perfect, a bit expensive but really deserves it.

Was booked into this hotel through work. Fantastic hotel! I was very impressed with staff, cleanliness, almost every aspect of the hotel. The room size was a little small (although understand as this is central London), but had everything I would expect and more. The concierge, I think the Chap's name was Sam, was very helpful and certainly went out of his was for an elderly couple just before he helped me out. Recommended a fantastic restaurant to eat at nearby. Overall, would visit again.

Everything was super inside the hotel, except for the restaurant inside the hotel. The bartender didn't even acknowledge our group. Then we were informed by a different employee that if we want to order food, there's only 3 (very expensive) options (with along wait time) and there's no waiter to order the food from and the bar tender is too busy. Very discouraging when we were all hungry, but we finally found a vibrant restaurant happy to serve us, just a few blocks away. The hotel desk was very helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and nice. Location was close enough walking distance to see important landmarks. No bathrooms were open anywhere, so had to come back to the hotel.

I had a delightful stay at the Westminster Hotel, appreciating the modern and well-equipped rooms. The prime location added to the overall positive experience. While there was a hiccup with in-room dining – incorrect items and housekeeping entering despite the DND sign – I must commend the hotel for promptly addressing and resolving these issues, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. I still highly recommend the Westminster Hotel. The modern rooms and excellent location make it a great choice, and the swift resolution of the mentioned concerns reflects their dedication to guest satisfaction.

During check-in we were “upgraded” without any request, but when we entered our Queen room it seemed to be the same room we had booked. In fact, the only difference being we now had a view to the grey and grim car park below. So we were actually downgraded. I don’t understand why the staff at check-in told us about a fictitious upgrade. I know they want to make people feel welcome and pampered but it actually ruined our mood and expectations. It’s like they knew we would be disappointed and wanted to preempt it. We reached our room after travelling for twenty hours to find no water. We then had to get dressed again to go and look for water for fifteen minutes along the dark corridors. Our kettle was also dirty and I had to clean it in the sink. The price of breakfast changed several times during our stay and we were even promised a discount. We eventually paid for breakfast at three different prices (8, 10 and 15 pounds pp) and I don’t really understand why. Breakfast queues were a disgrace and the food on offer was stone cold. The queue for eggs was too long. It only seemed to be hotel guests in the long queues, while walk-ins from the street got a table immediately. They were also very fast in closing breakfast. Even 15/20 minutes before they were taking food away and closing up. But the filtered coffee for the table was nice and saved us queuing up for coffee for half and hour at the coffee machine. Lifts were not working properly or were just chaotic and you can easily wait over ten minutes. Our room design was bizarre and you basically enter the room into the bathroom. There is almost no space to put anything like bags and suitcases and no hooks for jackets and coats. The wardrobe is awkwardly designed. Every time we took a shower, opened the wardrobe or left the room we needed to shift all our bags to the other side. It also meant when we opened our luggage we had to basically sit on the cold floor (unless you want to put your bags on the bed. We didn’t) Our iron was broken and the ironing board was awkwardly placed and hard to get to. The floor outside the shower floods and there are so slippers provided for the room. The floor around the bed was sticky and dirty so slippers would have been nice. The table and chair in our room was strange because it faced a black wall a few inches away. Why would anyone eat or drink like that? The other chair was ok for throwing clothes on as no other space existed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice, but the bathroom was incredibly dark that you can’t see anything. The shower pressure was also a little weak. Checkout was a bit snooty and staff seemed to be less friendly as they waved us goodbye. They were also really moody when we asked to store our bags for a few hours. When picking up our bags the lady at check-in ignored us and said it’s not her job to help with bags and that we must wait for someone else. The snobbery was vile. The 10 pounds deposit didn’t really make much sense. For an expensive Hilton in central London it seemed strange to deduct 10 pounds per guest. It’s not a complaint but it just seemed like a waste of time. What damage could possibly be done worth ten pounds? I also have yet to receive the money back on my card. I’ve stayed in many 4* hotels around the world and this was way below average. The room is tiny, room service very poor with few choices and very little extras in the room like mini bar and other amenities. We will find alternative accommodation next time in London

Curious place with a lot of charm to visit. It is a cafe in the crypt of the church where they have self-service salty and sweet food at a very good price, as well as a very delicious coffee. Depending on the day there are concerts and events. Highly recommended to make a stop to recover energy next to Trafalgar Square. Be careful, they don't open early (11:00 am approx) and the hours vary a little depending on the week.

All about theatre and not about taste. This is all about Instagram cocktails, two sweet, not well balanced. I like a nice cocktail so not for me, but if you want a nice picture - worth a visit.
