Fui aquí con un grupo al salón de cigarros. El servicio fue atento. Por supuesto que es caro, pero la comida no está mal. Probablemente no iría aquí si el jefe del grupo no quisiera fumar cigarros.

el hotel es encantador el servicio esta bien pero no les dé su tarjeta de crédito porque se irán de todos los cargos tan pronto como usted se vaya. Al día siguiente me cobraron las botellas del minibar, aunque les dije que las guardaba en el armario. . Porque usé la nevera para mi propia botella de jugo. Todavía me cobraron por unas cuantas botellas que no tomé y ni siquiera se molestaron en volver a mí o revertir la carga. ¡Robo absoluto!

Creo que fuimos a tomar un cigarro después de la cena, solo dos de nosotros comíamos 2 cigarros 100 por palo y otros pedazos, la cuenta llegó a 504, que no era el problema, pero el problema fue tan pronto como se fue. allí una vez que te has sentado te traen nueces y aceitunas que no has pedido y eso aparece en la factura 19. 50 más 12. 5 cargo por servicio lo lleva hasta 21. 93 ¡En serio! ! ! ! !

No creo que vuelva a ir. El servicio es terrible. El personal es grosero y crítico. Te dan la bienvenida con un consumo mínimo de 25 por persona antes de que incluso diga hola, donde de todos modos un cóctel es 18 y lo gastarás de todos modos. Te hace sentir realmente mal recibido. He ordenado un Martini que salió mal, ya que era vodka puro. Tuve que cambiarlo por espresso martini. Luego pedí una Coca Cola que la camarera olvidó y tuve que esperar 35 minutos. La cuenta salió mal cuando intentaron cobrar por el Martini que no bebí. Ellos arreglaron la cuenta. Luego he dicho que, en base a todos los problemas que tuvimos, no pagaré el cargo por el servicio. Un barman vino tratando de discutir conmigo que él hace este cóctel durante 25 años, ¡bien lo estás haciendo mal durante 25 años, Hun! El personal realmente necesita un nuevo entrenamiento para manejar las quejas de los clientes, especialmente en un lugar como este. Y comprometerse con los clientes más. Cuatro temporadas o el bar Arch en Intercontinental Park Lane es mucho mejor.

The good, the pizza and the pasta are very nice, the wine selection is great, the cigar selection the same. It's not cheap, but if you want cheap do not come into a posh hotel in Knightsbridge. Even though the minimum spend is on the very high side. The bad, The manager that is running the tables, had us waiting for almost 2 hours, he know we were going to be over the min spent of course since we told him, and we had 3 cocktails each in no time, and still made us wait while he sat some other people with the "people who stay in have priority" even though I told him that we actually walked in together. This lack of respect and sense of proper service is a pity for an establishment of this kind. IF you get seated fast this is great, otherwise go to the Belgraves down the road.

Food french with good service.Very noisy at lunchtime but a good place to see celebrities. Ideal for breakfast. Eggs Benedict delicious. Opposite New Bond Street. Wonderful decorations at Christmas but a great place to walk up to Oxford Street. Full of expensive designer shops and galleries. A great place tio shop window and wish upon a star!

My wife and I visited the Wellesley for Afternoon Tea. We had just attended my MBE Investiture at the Palace.The staff were excellent, Umberto our waiter was superb, very attentive and made us very welcome. The food was excellent and the tea exquisite and the piano playing was sublime.Just as we were leaving, the Manager surprised us with a specially made cake. That was so kind.Highly recommended!

I accept Knightsbridge restaurants are likely to be slightly ahead on pricing compared with other places in central London, but this is exploitative. Don't dare do in to order simple bottles of water! The hotel charged Edward Heaton £5.50 for each of the bottles (Pelligrino), before adding on a “minimum spend” of £50.17, and a service charge of £8.33 – bringing the total bill to £75! As you may have read in the Daily Mail, this hotel charged £75 for 3 bottles of water which cost 65p in a supermarket. They have a policy of min. spend of £25 per person after 4pm in the bar which they don't make clear at the time and rely on you to read menus which aren't readily available! One to avoid.

i booked the Oval Restaurant om bookatable on arriving with my mother sister and friend we fould a very beautifully decorated boutique hotel. We were very pleased . My sister ordered wine tasted it and didnt like it so asked the waiter to exchange for another he called the manager who insisted that he had opened the bottle so what would he do with it and he wouldnt change it, after rudely arguing with my sister and her friend regarding hotel policy not to change it he snatched it off the table and said ok. We all sat quite shocked at his abruptness and said we no longer wished to dine there so told him we would like the bill and wanted to leave to which he replied "good". Such a shame to treat customers in this manner if we had been dining with our husbands I wonder if he would have been so nasty. What a pig and very unproffesional.

After a long day round London with family we took a chance on a very quiet station bar. The barman could not have been more welcoming, so cheerful and friendly. For its location the prices were very good and we never expected to sit 10 people down so easily. It was a lovely hour at the end of a long day before the train left... Will def remember to go back!

My friend and I went to the Wharf, for lunch yesterday. It was a terrible experience. We ordered fish and chips, and steak and chips. The steak arrived first, and sat on the counter by the till as both waiters struggled to identify who the dish should go to. To put this into context, there were three occupied tables, including us. When they worked out it was for my friend it was brought over. We queried if it was still hot, the waiter responded with annoyance saying that of course it was. We countered saying we had watched it sit on the side. He said, ‘yeah, for less than a minute’. On we ploughed. We said ‘well, we’ve looking at it for 5 minutes, on the counter over there’. His response? ‘No you haven’t’. I then asked him to not argue with me. His response? ‘I’m not arguing’. Oh the irony. My friend asked for it to be taken back, and he grudgingly agreed. The same bit of meat returned 5 minutes later, and the only change was it was 5 minutes colder. She asked for another steak freshly cooked. My meal then arrived, which I ate alone. My friend’s meal arrived 15 minutes later, and it was finally hot and she ate it. However, she has texted me this morning that she started vomiting overnight. Presumably due to the meal, as she started feeling unwell once she was home and didn’t eat dinner. Have I mentioned the surly waitress who ignored me, then rolled her eyes repeatedly when I asked for condiments? Yeah, not a winning team. I suggest you don’t go there when there are loads of other options along the South Bank.

The management and staff are all amazing, and always offer the very best deals at reasonable prices. I’m compelled to keep going back as I can’t get enough of the quality customer service I always receive. Thanks ever so much for making me feel special with the exceptional attention you continuously shower on me and especially today with the warm welcome, great hot food, buzzing atmosphere, the camaraderie and intimacy. I appreciate you so much so that when I come I never want to go home. Thank you ever so much for being you and all that you do. And special shout outs to Jedi Dom Ellie Michael and Charles for going the extra mile to ensure our visit was a remarkable one. We will come again and most definitely recommend to family and friends. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 You’re simply the best. 👌💫🥇

I would 100% recommend this agent. So organised and efficient, had a tour with Crystal yesterday and she showed my 5 properties in 1 hour. She was so lovely, really couldn't recommended her more!
