Picked up a large order of breakfast rolls all different sorts and cooked fresh then. Everyone enjoyed them and have been back personally myself since.

I am sorry to say that the deli has gone downhill in the past few years - I am assuming that it has changed hands? Recent visits over the past year or so have entailed no bread, only a small handful of sandwich fillings, three cake options (not sure how you make brownies so dry?). Also microwaved sausages in sandwiches? It is such a shame and seems most agree? Old reviews on here and Facebook are very positive but there aren’t very many recent comments where as there used to be a lot? It would be lovely for this to be restored to a great village deli and I am sure most will agree - I have tried to give the benefit of doubt and visit several times but unfortunately I’ve never been impressed. I suggest the owner looks at other businesses like this doing remarkably well in the current climate as they would surely see an increase in profits if this was better ran offered better products and more choice rather than 100 bottles of wine gathering dust or 5 different brands of posh crisps that aren’t bought. I would love nothing more than to have a great lunch spot locally that is used by the community.

We stopped there on the way to buy lunch. The enormous baps we chose were delicious (ham, chicken mayo - roasted the same morning!). We also had a slice of homemade flapjack and it was really good - and big! It's a great place with friendly staff & we wish we lived nearer to enjoy it more often!!

Waltham is lucky to have such a lovely Deli. Unusual to find in a village of this size. Lots of fresh produce, mainly from local farmers and producers. Fresh sandwiches made while you wait. Also a few quirky gifts if you need a little present for someone.

Waltham on the Wolds is very lucky to have such a super deli in the village, with so may tempting foodstuffs and gifts etc. on offer - it is impossible not to spend more than you intended! Waltham villagers regard the deli as a treasured asset - and quite rightly so. If you are driving through on the A607 it is well worth diverting a few hundred yards up the High Street... you won't be disappointed.

My daughters would have me here all the time! It's a small deli but crimes with everything you could need - fresh bread, cooked meats, pastries and fresh made sandwiches and cobs ,lots of local cheeses and our favourite the huge tub of the best coleslaw ever! Cakes and chocolates, wines, oils and vinegars! Cards and gifts - the list is endless - and always service with a smile :0)

By far the worst pub meal we have ever had. My mac and cheese was in a bowl the size of a cereal bowl and half empty. Two slices of garlic bread that were at most 2 inches. £15 for this and left hungry. When the waitress asked and we told her she said she would inform the chef came back and just walked by us .. never again. The other 3 meals were better but not much, over cooked chips, dry overcooked burger and chicken burger with no taste of teriyaki!

My wife and I were on coach trip to the Great Central Railway. We stopped in Melton Mowbray for a couple of hours and decided to have lunch. We saw Miss B's sign and thought we would have a meal there. I had the steak pie with stilton. It was an excellent choice, I really enjoyed it. My wife had a cheese and ham toastie which she also enjoyed.

We enjoyed a lovely meal at the Rutland Arms for my mothers birthday. The food tasted great, fresh and so nice to try something a little different. The waitress, (I can't remember her name) but she was so lovely and chatty & an asset to the business. I would recommend to anyone wishing to enjoy a meal in nice surroundings with good food that won't break the bank. We will definitely be returning.

Had a fantastic Sunday lunch with friends today. Everything was perfect, fantastic food. We were all very impressed how attentive and kind the staff were. They're were some elderly customers there, after the meal the staff were helping them with their coats, hats and walking sticks, so nice to see in this day and age. We will definitely be back. Amazing.
