Been in a couple off times and service and food been brilliant. Cakes amazing as well. Nice and clean place. Good for sut in and takeaway also

Out walking and stopped in here for a visit. Friendly welcome from the staff and seated in this nicely appointed Cafe. Simple menu, chose the Scottish Breakfast with a mug of tea. Freshly cooked and quickly delivered to my table. The food was well presented and looked good. Piping hot and very tasty, just what I needed after a long strenuous morning walk. They were also doing a busy trade in takeaway rolls and pastries. Good place to visit, will be stopping off here next time I am through the village. Great value £5.30, breakfast and a mug of tea.

To Phil and Sandy...We just wanted to send a five star plus review after our final visit to our favourite restaurant...which is sadly closing we have been going to this wonderful restaurant for over 20 years the food is brilliant but more importantly the hospitality is fab. You will be sadly missed and best wishes for the future see you around!!!!

145 High StreetGreat, popped in this afternoon for lunch, restaurant was full so ended up in the bar All staff were friendly We shared tortillas with all the trimmings and both had steak pie, everything was tasty and plentiful

56 high StreetEnjoyed a nice meal here. Nothing fancy but you get a decent selection of options, pleasant food cooked well for a sensible price. Service was quick and attentive. The decor is a little bit tired looking but all clean and cosy feeling. Would recommend to anyone.
