The Village Chippy Brough in Eden

Seemed like a standard chain restaurant, food was average and the price was higher than you’d expect considering, I’m guessing this is due to location. No apple pie on the menu…. and it’s an America restaurant! This being said the staff are fantastic and very helpful but the menu let it down.

Had a spicy magic box with garlic mayo and mango chutney. Hands down the takeaway in penrith

Totally cashless not good at all most people who work for themselves take cash and we like to spend it .not pay to put it in the bank.. was not impressed after waking 15 miles hoping to have my dinner made that I would have to walk into the village and be served properly by decent establishment ... keep cash going.. disgraceful..................

Waffles were amazing, Very busy so must book ahead but worth it!

The self check in didn’t recognise my whopper Wednesday code, so after much frustration I was helped by a member of staff, who also struggled. It was a long wait for my meal. The onions with my burger were raw, not fried. I only realised when I left.
