The Village Chippy Brough in Eden

Seemed like a standard chain restaurant, food was average and the price was higher than you’d expect considering, I’m guessing this is due to location. No apple pie on the menu…. and it’s an America restaurant! This being said the staff are fantastic and very helpful but the menu let it down.

I've been up all night vomiting and diarrhea. God know what's the hell has been in that food. Absolute joke

Absolutely vile. Very shocking and surprised to see the customer service in this manner at subway. The lady with the red hair and a tattoo was very racist and as we got there, she gave us no greetings, no smile but randomly said “Hi guys, this is all we have” and me and my mates were really confused because we didn’t say a word and was just looking at menu board. She was absolutely rude and food was being dealt with very carelessly. She was bossing around her co-worker and we asked the guy a question and as he was about to answer, she aggressively interrupted him and gave a blunt “No” to our question. This woman’s role at the subway needs to be looked into in more depth if you don’t want this branch to get out of business as she’d genuinely make most customers avoid subway around this area. We were staying at a cottage nearby for the summer and we're looking for a takeaway nearby. They had a good variety of vegan options which was a wonderful surprise and super friendly staff. Would definitely order from again.

Turnd up at 8.30pm and got told by staff not doing any more food coz they where shutting at 9pm Nout but joke lol
