We ordered from here like we have multiple times however, the last few occasions have been disappointing, and tonight was the last time we will ever order from here which is extremely frustrating as it has always been one of our favourites however, we ordered it at 5:50pm it arrived at 7: 35pm and had extras which was a small hair in the meat balls , and the garlic bread is missing part of the middle very disappointed

Very good food. Pizzas very tasty and had an authentic Italian flavour. Garlic bread extra good! Starters including olives, feta and mushrooms in a creamy sauce were a good size portion and delicious. Not our first order from this Bistro.

Been here quite a few times but feel the quality has gone down but prices have risen! the seafood kebab very dry and tasteless !!

We attempted to order through just eat and then the restaurant stopped taking orders resulting in an order being made on the phone direct. There was a difference between the price on just eat and direct with just eat being cheaper and you get a free garlic bread through just eat but not direct? The wait time was 1hr 30 mins for collection and when turning up at the time slot given we were told to wait a further 15 minutes so they could serve a big table in the restaurant? The order was then incorrect with a main dish missing and a main dish which wasn’t ordered being given to us and charged for although refunded. A side of veg was ordered but it was a side salad which was given which again was wrong. Overall, the experience was very very poor and not worth the near two hour wait for the order to be wrong even when the person on the phone reconfirmed the order. Not worth the hassle.

The delivery was early. The pizzas were cooked perfectly. We also had rocket Parmesan salad which was excellent along with ribs which were cooked to perfection.

Booked for lunch at 12 o'clock. Food had been preordained but hadn't arrived by 12.30. Had to ask about it ,disinterested waitress said chef didn't start cooking till 12.30!! Wasn't told this on booking. Wasn't very warm when it eventually arrived. Won't go again

The food is absolutely delicious. Ordered a couple of times now since moving to the area and it is by far my favourite. I will visit and eat in at some point.

I had the roast beef dinner delivered. It was fabulous. It came with no less than 12 types of fresh veg. The beef melted in your mouth. None of this blood running out trend. It came with either apple pie or chocolate cake.

A fantastic little place. Lived nearby for a few years but only recently visited. Booking needed as it is very popular. You can BYOB and if you forget there is a coop a couple of doors down. The food is superb, filling, tasty, hot and service good as well. The prices are very reasonable as well. Also do takeaway.

We had a very enjoyable Christmas meal at the Bistro! Unfortunately we didn't receive the best welcome due to some confusion over whether we had booked for a high chair - which we had. The waitress that seated us was very rude about the situation even though we had called twice to confirm the booking with a high chair - she continued to complain about us behind the counter in plain sight which we felt was very unprofessional. A shame as we really enjoyed the food and it was very reasonably priced!

Just had the most amazing meal....superb and so very tasty. Not a scrap left. Definitely recommend, already thinking what we can try next time. Delivery fast too. Think a lie down is now needed....🤣... thanks till the next time....

Food was lukewarm. Lasagna small portion when payed for large. Pasta Al forno hardly any chicken and not as creamy and nice as usual. Quite bland. Disappointed

Food is excellent, but delivery times are excessive. Ordered at 5.33pm and food delivered at 8.00pm.

Very tasty however the cauliflower was hard and slightly undercooked.

I come here alot, pass few times haven't been great, quality and taste isn't what it used to be(watery and bland) . Thought we'd give it another go but still not great not sure what happened used to love these guys but starting to think I won't come back.

I ordered at 7pm with a 30-50min wait time and it took 90mins in total. Had a really random selection of veg some felt like they might have been left over from weekend. There also wasn't many mushrooms in the sauce. Soup fine. Not opened everything y

I stupidly left the house number off the order, but they contacted me and re-delivered having re-cooked the order. Much appreciated.

Not the delivery drivers fault but they kept putting the time further and further back, so my kids had to eat something else as it was getting towards their bedtime.

Me and my partner got this delivered tonight, it would be our tenth or so time of ordering in from here. I always get the same thing which is the garlic chicken box but tonight it came with no sauce, it was just dry chicken, rice and chips! I love it here so much but I'm so disappointed.

Simply fabulous food, best Italian this side of Italy. Used 4 or 5 times now and the food is consistently superb so far. Compliments to the chef!

Waited over an hour for delivery, and over 15mins longer than the latest predicted delivery tome of 21.25. It's the second time it's happened and coincidentally it's the second time a delivery drivers car has broken down. IF the delivery driver's car has broken down, that's not on me as the paying customer, it's on you as a business to sort it out and find a solution. Really frustrating. It's a shame because the food is always nice, but you need to sort the delivery process out.

Waited over 2 hours for food, to then be told delivery driver broke down. Ordered at 19:45, and finally told order was not coming at 21:55. not the first time we’ve had this problem and was promised a refund first time which never came through. left at 10pm with no food. we are regular customers and won’t be ordering again. we understand things happen but to be told 2 hours later and told there’s no option and i can receive my original refund is really bad service and not good enough.

We have been coming for a while , so when it was sold we worried and so we should! How can an Italian restaurant not have cannelloni for 5 weeks? We went this evening no Parmesan evidently waiting for a delivery , which company allows this to me this shows that this business is in trouble or doesn’t care!! . I have to add the staff are fab and work hard … so come on owners make it work properly please

Ordered a takeaway and all you could taste were Italian herbs and nothing else. It was not good at all. This place used to be nice but this was shocking.

Think it's changed owners since I last went and is now an Italian. The owner is a bit miserable and has no atmosphere. The only good side is no alcohol license, so you can take your own glasses are provided. It's not the best food I've tasted, though there was plenty of salmon in it.

Lasagna, where’s the besciamelle sauce? Carbonara, cream and standard bacon instead of real eggs and pancietta/guanciale really? The Godfather would be offended!

Only had a drink, but the manager left us alone to talk. I kept an eye whether the table was required but thankfully not. I have been here for food in the past, and really enjoyed it. Fresh tasty food, and a walk home, what more could you want. Highly recommended.

First time at the Bistro, what a great little place. It's not licensed which in many respects, is a good thing as it means you can choose your own drinks and it keeps the cost down. Meal was excellent, possibly the best Tiramisu I've had in quite a while. Very impressed, will definitely be visiting again.
