Great food, friendly service. Katie was a very polite and professional server. Value for money. Very little waiting time for our food. Great choice on the salad bar. Very clean.

Skye at the unicorn in Plymouth was great. Looked after us very well. She was off the London for a driving experience straight after her shift. Hope she had a great time.

Our server Stacey was very welcoming and good with the kids also. Food was good apart from the burger that I ordered. On the menu it was a smashed patty burger but unfortunately the burgers were clearly frozen packet versions. All of the other food, chicken, ribs etc were very good though.

5 * I went to the Harvester last night with a Work do there was 18 of us . From start to finish, the service was amazing. The manager Gaynor sat down and was friendly always through. We were sat in the back of the restaurant, which was lovely and decorated. We will also serve by the waitress Stacy, which, from start to finish, she was amazing couldn’t do enough for us Then we had the free course festive menu which was amazing. I hear it was cooked by Alex and Brandon. They done an amazing job. After our meal. We all went back into the bar area and had a few drinks or server. Was Ben , poor Ben putting up with that many women. Thanks again, Harvester will be back again soon

Great tasting food, with very friendly and polite staff. Food arrived at the table within 5 minutes of ordering. Was reasonably priced too. Definitely improved from the previous visit! Would recommend a visit to anyone.

Warm, pleasant restaurant, good food well cooked and pleasant staff. The salad bar is always good with plenty of variety. The Haddock and chips were perfect. The full rack of ribs was moist, juicy, tender and tasty. We have a booth when available, near the toilets (very clean and fresh) just in case! The restaurant was warm and clean.

Consistently great food, good value for money. Hubby and I had a lovely peaceful date night here. The service is always great, can't fault them! Be back soon! :)

We booked here for just the 2 of us as we had a voucher for a free main meal for a birthday. As always the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food we had was very tasty. We opted for the festive menu after we were told the rotisserie chicken was unavailable. Our waitress for the night was Liv and she was very apologetic about the chicken and was happy to wait while we made alternative choices. She looked after us all evening.

The majority chicken dishes not available (because the rotisserie is broken) we wasn’t told that until we went to order, all the blinds were down, we asked if we could put them up, we got told no as they were trying to keep the heat in, we moved tables as the draft from the vent was freezing, the food we ordered was nice, we left after lunch as we were so cold, a very disappointing birthday meal, we won’t be returning for a while, spending a lot of money to be sat eating with our coats on and sitting in a gloomy environment, I did message via Facebook, with no reply I felt I had to post on here

We came to the harvester for a meal for my sisters birthday & what we witnessed was nothing short of embarrassing for the establishment. How the manager here feels she is professional is beyond me! She is nothing short of disgusting. Awful attitude, disrespectful, and just plain rude. We overheard her talking to another family after they had made a complaint regarding some food (we could hear every word) & she completely lost her temper. It was like a scene from eastenders. I don’t know if she has mental health issues or personal troubles but she surely shouldn’t be front of house with that temperament. I was riddled with anxiety for the people on the receiving end of her outburst, I was completely put off my meal & wanted to console the family but they were cast out before I had chance. I wanted to tell them that they weren’t to blame. She completely overreacted and I felt bad for them. We will not be returning & it’s a shame because the food was incredible.

Went in for a meal with my girlfriend. Had amazing service from Ben, who served us at the bar. Poured a Guinness just the way I like it. I don't know who's cooking that food but mamma mia my burger was good.

Loads of items not available, including the vast majority of chicken dishes (because the rotisserie is broken). Monday is a bad day to come ax delivery day is Tuesday (good to know for future reference) Jacket potatoes are out of season, which is why they weren't available. Other food that was unavailable is due to supply problems. Blue Light card declined because we didn't have an id card. Never been asked for my id card before. Just such a rubbish experience AGAIN!
