The Trocadero in Birmingham

First time visiting today for lunch. Arrived at 1pm, and it was nice and quiet. Food was delicious and service was great. Will be visiting again.

Came for bottomless pizza and we had a waitress called Charlie, she was amazing and everyone was on it with asking for more drinks. Highly recommend

It was ok. I didn't die. And felt somewhat safe🤣 Best staff in town and quality food & drinks would spend my whole time in Bham here again🙌❤️ Met a lovely Indian fella behind the bar named Mykie.

Great place to go. The food was amazing staff are really friendly and the place has a great atmosphere. If your looking for a chilled vibe then you must visit 😀😀

Many screens for the football even when multiple games are on at the same time but sadly the beer is very pricey and bad smelling. The price point of the drinks is at odds with the type of place and the poor quality. A £7.05 Camden Hells needs to not smell bad 15 mins after serving.

Was looking for a place for lunch on my first day in Birmingham. Stumbled into the Trocadero. Staff was super friendly and prices were decent. They have happy hour from 5 to 8 M-F. Ordered a cheese and bacon burger and it was a real patty. Over the next few days I made it my routine stop of drinks. The staff here are fantastic and as a traveler made me feel very welcome. If you're lucky enough to get Lucy, Santino, or Paulina, you're in good hands. Location is great too, in the heart of the city centre, close to New Street Station. Definitely worth popping in for a pint if you're in Birmingham.

Came recently and really enjoyed it! We only had time for drinks and a few sides but we'd go back to check out more of the menu, Harrison served us and was absolutely lovely!

Food was lovely, but I want to give a special mention to the lovely employee Charlie. She made sure my experience was amazing, great service always smiling and made me feel welcome. Very much appreciated.

The barman Jack Churms poured a perfect Guinness, and was a good laugh too! Would definitely come again😁😁

Attended the Bingo last night at the Trocadero, such a fun night. Haven’t laughed as much in a long time. Thank you Lucy for arranging, huge shout out to all of the Staff who were amazing, really made a brilliant night even better.

We had breakfast on a Sunday as the queue at Gail's got longer and longer. I can't see that what they sell is better than what we had. Hash browns were off so I got extra toast and someone on the next table got bacon. Helpful friendly staff, prompt service and good price.

We come here most days of the week, love it ! The staff are brilliant and Lucy and Tino always bring a good vibe :)

Decent pub standard M&B food (sizzler , stone house ect) is VERY busy all the time and the table layout is a mess but it’s better than most around. Food is decent just depends on which chef seems to be in. 8/10 would recommend

Lovely visit for dinner. Really tasty and hot food. The staff were great and friendly. The general manager was friendly and welcoming good selection of drinks, lots of massive tvs for sport too, close to the station, perfect 👌

Is this place only for Brits? No foreigners allowed? The most racist, rude and discriminative place I’ve been to in the UK. I live here for 8 years now and I’m 30 years old. I was asked to provide ID as I look young, provided my Greek driving licence which was accepted even to buy my car and all things related to this and it was denied! They then asked for British ID documents which I have as I am British by naturalisation but I do not normally carry with me on a Friday noon at a lunch break!!! A blonde lady that should be the manager was rude and with a really bad attitude. If discrimination had a face, it would be hers…and she didn’t even sound British!

Fantastic pub, Lucy and Conor were fantastic hosts and made us feel very welcome. The food was spectacular, the best steak I’ve had in years and the selection of IPA’s was extensive. Highly recommended

Went for a late christmas get together with friends, we were in the snug area which was reserved for us, the food was delicious , and the service from Bella and her team was exceptional, definitely 5stars on every level. Atmosphere is fine, good for a few drinks, has tv's for sports and drinks are also good. Staff is friendly. Pretty decent for a few pints, the menu is shared with several pubs in the area, wouldn't necessarily recommend for the food

Great food, great venue and brilliant staff. I lost my wallet and returned here the next day to find it behind the bar with all cash inside. The food is always good, and the Madri’s are the best in town (definitely stronger) ! Definitely recommend this venue.

Decent watering hole, with sports on TVs. Gets busy, and the staff were struggling, when we visited, to keep up.

Was very busy staff were flat out but still professional Had steak and it was cooked well but not the best I have had . Overall I would return .
