baddddd workers woman put hands on me im 17 and my sister whos 19 because she didnt have her passport on her but had a picture so she tried taking it but threw it all over me my coat and my phone i tried grabbing mh vape off the table and i got pushed bu the same woman didnt get no refund bad bad place

We found this place for breakfast after an aborted job. Plenty of car parking spaces and a decent atmosphere. The food was cooked well as expected of a Wetherspoons. Definitely no complaints from us and we will visit again.

Love this pub, cheap cheerful, never had a problem with the food, yes could be hotter but hey & the chicken wings are unbeatable.

The staff are very helpful and welcoming it is a great place to bring the family

Actually got hot meals ..super. Pub very busy but 2 kind people left us to take over their table. Ordered and came in good time. All meals hot and staff very nice and helpful. This is a well run Wetherspoon pub . Thanks guys great job.

Had to kill some time between errands so popped in for breakfast. Then had someone join me for lunch, stayed till 5. Immaculate, busy on a Monday, all day! Food fab, service with a smile, decent WiFi, big car park. Nice 'Spoons!

Does what it says on the tin! Cheap drinks and food at a decent quality. Staff are always polite and efficient.

Food tasted extra chargrilled which was t a good thing but aside from that, friendly staff and filling food

I love our visits to The Navigation Inn. The food, service are fantastic and the atmosphere is always buzzing. It's family friendly and a place I would recommend a visit.

Defo the best spoons I've been to as far as service and food! We always order on the app and it's so quick and staff can't do enough for you: cleaning tables, serving quick and dealing with any problems. Obviously spoons has great value for money and the navi is the best in the area by far!

Great pub/restaurant and really good prices compared to other places. Get fed up of going up n down the stairs tho for the toilet.

Ordered spaghetti in cheese sauce. All I got was a bowl of cheese sauce with hardly any pasta. My friend ordered Xmas dinner. She sent it straight back as it was freezing cold!!

Had the turkey roast it was slop on a plate the cheapest of processed turkey slices no presentation swimming in watery sweet gravy tasted disgusting very disappointed

I think this is one of not the best Witherspoon's I've ever been in a great pub with brilliant staff.

A model for all Wetherspoon's pubs. Light, bright and welcoming. Enthusiastic and motivated staff. The best cod and chips in any Wetherspoon's visited in the last 5 years. Considerate service given to my blind colleague. UPDATE - return visit confirms first impressions. NEXT VISIT - good food again, nice to see outside space given over to cancer charity event, good overall service but slow clearing empty plates.

visited the navigation on 27th November ordered 2x steaks and drinks, when they arrived they were so tough it was virtually impossible to cut them let alone chew them, on explaining to the waitress I was asked what would you like the chef to do cook it a bit more, the attitude was one of couldn't careless we finished our salad and jacket potato but before we left my wife showed two other waitress and asked if they were served it would they eat it ,the answer was a definite no ,I have had many a nice meal at the navigation and excellent breakfasts, but will never eat there or recommend anyone to eat there again

A fairly new Wetherspoons with a decent range of beers at reasonable prices. Food is the usual pub standard fare,but never had a problem.

Perfect place, I like the design and it's so spacious. You can find toilets upstairs and so clean and organised. In terms of food, fish and chips with a side and drink was cheap, and crispy and delicious. Steak was okayish. They have so many options for drinks. I didn't know there are 8-9 options of cider:) Stuff are friendly, helpful and cheerful Definitely I'll come again

Food is never hot in any Spoons. Always very busy here but staff seem to cope well most of the time. Not very happy or friendly staff though. Massive place.

Today I visited The Charlie Hall Erdington and the Square Peg Birmingham and The Navigation Kings Norton. Without a doubt The Charlie Hall was the best.The staff very friendly and all drinks served in the proper glasses.

Nice pub. Good beer and food. Been a few times now and enjoyed it's relaxed atmosphere. As long as manager keeps idiots out it will be fine.very busy and popular. Minus point the bar service always seems to be slow.

Fantastic place. One of the better Wetherspoons pubs I've been to. I've recently started visiting and now I make a point of going to visit anytime I'm in Kings Norton. I definitely recommend 👍🏻

This is a lively weatherspoon pub ..food is typical weatherspoon but u get what u pay for. Staff are the friendly chatty people . Service brilliant

Top class Spoons breakfast as always

Pleasant staff, reasonable prices , good food and pleasant atmosphere. Lose 1 star as the meat on my larger mixed grill was slightly colder than I would have liked but very tasty. They where very busy at the time on a Sunday afternoon but serving was reasonably quick.

Halloumi wrap was great, and enjoyed the space, foam in coffee was a little coagulated though.

Good service and food , very nice atmosphere, will certainly go again .We meet up every 4 weeks there best place to go for brunch and catch up.

Pub was busy on the Sunday but still plenty of seats, ordered via the app, food and drink came under 10 minutes, nice and hot

Had a early dinner meet up and enjoyed a drink in the sun before food. Had a chicken and bacon pasta dish which was really nice, and followed by the salted caramel sticky toffee pudding with ice cream for me and my friend had custard. Service to table was ok, staff seemed too distracted by friends and wanting to talk to them who were in pub. Cheap and cheerful.

The atmosphere was fine. I had a crusty strip burger with chips with a pint for only under 7 pounds. Not to heavy but nice chicken stripes.

Early morning breakfast and a great choice.... served very promptly by polite and friendly staff..and a great price too... dont forget to put your car registration in at the bar... the fine is extortionate....

Thought we would treat ourselves to breakfast at the weatherspoons navigation innKings Norton and on entering the first impressions were good with tables been cleared promptly. However the breakfast was really disgusting. The bacon was uncooked fatty and stone cold the sausages were very undercooked and the portion of beans very sparce. We left it uneaten and took the sausage home for the dog but then decided they weren't even fit for the dog to eat. Definitely will not return.

Can’t believe we were the first ones in this morning and I was served stone cold bacon (didn’t even bother to flash warm it on the grill) and the smallest overcooked egg, plus my toast was on my husbands plate for some bizarre reason (maybe to save on extra plates as mine was tiny). Who knows? Not looking good for Wetherspoons sorry to say. Definitely not value for money at least for today. Plus staff eating near us were using bad language loud enough for anyone to hear oh dear

Near home, nice menu, nice crowd indoors, nice outdoor seating, really clean washrooms. Good to have something like this within reach.

Food was delicious, however, my mom is now suffering with food poisoning! We will not return.

Largest Witherspoons I've been in.Good service, good staff. Ordered Curries for 3 and got served in around 10 minutes. Beer was very good too. Will.certainly use again. If arriving by car please log in your reg details on entry. This is a rarity a Witherspoons with a car park. I can imagine this been a great pub in the summer too.Just had an excellent summer evening in the Navigation.Good atmosphere. Most people outside taking in the sun. Lovely fish and chips served quickly. This pub is growing on me.

We just stopped here for drinks and it's one of the nicest Wetherspoons I've ever been to - sparkling, airy, spacious and tastefully decorated.

We enjoyed an evening meal here. The Katsu curry was delicious

Really good service, friendly staff, really good value for money meals. The refillable teas and coffees are most welcome. The renovation they did to the old pub are quite impressive as well

Nice venue. Food is simple, but done well. Staff are friendly. Only down side is it's a nightmare to get out if you are in a car and need to turn right. -----Update April 2022 Still clean and friendly. Good simple food, vegetarian options are small but good. Never overly busy or loud.

Menu fail. Staff nice but the way things fall off the till as options doesn't work effectively. Ice-cream sauce runs out so you can't have ice-cream without fruit salad. Doesn't add up!!!

Best spoons in B’Ham IMO Still looking nice following the refurb a few years ago. The food I’ve ordered in the past has always been decent weatherspoons fair (not great but ok). My best advice is to order a side of scampi of what ever else you order. Adds a touch of premier to your dinner There is a car park and two garden areas

Menus sticky need wiping/cleaning Tables sticky need wiping/cleaning Staff to busy talking to one another instead of working !!! Get the cleaners on the go !! Also on another visit my guide dog was not allowed to sit outside !! What the hell my partner told the THUG the dog is a guide dog but still we was told to leave !!! WILL NOT VISIT ANY WEATHERSPOONS AGAIN ..

Greatb'traditional' wetherspoons. Good atmosphere. Toilets upstairs :-) Value for money food, everything you would expect from Wetherspoons.

Don't like most of food, pre cooked. For the price I dont rate it. Guinness isn't bad, prices are good for drinks. Good pub for 1 or 2 drinks on way home. Service behind the bar isn't the best. Most the times I've popped in for a quick pint. If a regular, orders a drink after you. They get served first even if you have paid. I ordered a Guinness paid for it, then a regular ordered a Guinness and the lady pours his first. That has happened a few times I've been in there. Leaves a bitter taste in your mouth and it's not the Guinness.

Always take mom for lunch here it does get rather busy but the food is always piping hot and well presented as well as being good value for money.

Visiting kings norton and called in for a bite to eat and a drink, numerous tables in this large pub ut layout quite tight. Busy on lunchtime that we visited but used the app and drinks came quickly when ordered on the app. Food bit slower as servers left food on the pass for dome time, had to go up and say think those are ours. Someone had cleared screen of table number so just left Good when we got it and nothing spoiled so all ok

Busy and bustling all the time! Drinks are really cheap.. Staff work hard and efficiently, just not enough of them, I felt..only 2 people serving at bar on a very busy Saturday lunchtime...but they managed very well...

The food is terrible they can not cook a steak as you asked for 3 times we had asm in the end we couldn't be bothered if they can not be bothered oh well Then we took my family dogs into the premises in the garden and was told to go no notice that I saw was there it was in a beer garden

I regularly go to this Wetherspoons to study and I am always greeted with very kind and friendly service. There is lots of parking available and two great beer gardens - one where you can smoke and one where you cannot. Inside the toilets are always very clean and the decor is great. There are lots of tables available so we never struggle to get a seat. I highly recommend this Wetherspoons for a meal at any time of the day as it has great deals on offer!
