An amazing refit and amazing new ownership. Jade puts on sausages and chips for the U14s boys after the game on Sundays. They all love it. Superb atmosphere and superb service. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Nice clean and tidy pub with friendly bar staff , only stopped for a quick pint but will definitely return .

That's the 1st Time ⏲ that I've been there, and I would Recommend this Place to anyone else who might be interested in going there. Good Barstaff and Landlord and Landlady who are Down to Earth 🌎 as well. XXX.

Nice pub friendly staff, stopped for a quick drink stayed a few hours. Didn't serve food at lunchtime but that's not what I went in for.

The place is not looked after properly, it's really rough and definitely not a family pub.

Tidy pub. Had a good pint while having a burger from the Burger Bus which visits every now and again

Good honest pub. No frills as it doesn't need it. It serves Natch in cans so a draught pump for be an improvement for this reviewer but any pub with Natch has to be a 5 star in my opinion.

Only went to get some meat from the meat machine haven't been in the pub for a long time

It's a Good old local pub' But I went there for the Meat man.

Fantastic place . Good food indoor and outdoor eating handy to bring the dogs outside. The rooms are great they have great views it’s close to the town a perfect place to stay .

Pleasant surprise as this is not a favourite destination of mine in the past.The pub has always been good .....as a pub but the atmosphere is so more upbeat than before,much more pleasurable.l only really went to watch the group who were playing that night.l have watched and enjoyed them over the years now fronted by a Brazilian,Chris Archela with great bass and drum musicians .......a good sound.So together the pub with a great area to hear the music,good service and a nice atmosphere made it a great visit

Clean premises, lovely staff very friendly atmosphere, providing excellent entertainment.

Poker night was great on Tuesday. 7.30pm start and was done by closing. Easy to get drinks and great space to play. Also plenty of parking!!!

Amazing landlady and lovely atmosphere

No food, no non alcohol lager but they did have fever tree tonic for my gin 😊. This place is in a state of change at the moment. A new manager takes over on Sunday ...

Good pub years ago . We stormed the place with bats and balaclava in the early 80 s . Hard firm . Put up a good ruck .
