Went in tonight ordered 2 very curries and 1 fried rice beef was very tough and chewy curry sauce bland and rice not cooked enough will never go again very dissatisfied overall 😑

Fish & Chips with pea source, all not very exciting to end the business day on however the staff were very attentive, had a smile and nothing was too much trouble.

Me, my husband n 3 kids, 10, 6 and 2 came for xmas dinner. If I could 0 stars i would! It's xmas day n im writin this review absolutely fumin! We were booked in for the 3pm sitting! What a shambles! Arrived at 2.30pm as requested. No glass of fizz or canapés like the menu said. Waited after numerous of times askin how long we will be waiting 2 hours! They told me what table we were sitting at. I removed the glasses myself to let them set up. FINALLY got sat at it at 4.50pm! My 2 year old was starving and fed up of waitin! Prawn n crab cocktail came with 4 prawns no crab, I said take to take it back and we requested a full refund! Kids had frozen pizza n fish fingers n pasta for Xmas dinner as we had no stuff in for dinner and was visiting family later on! Xmas ruined! Thankyou earl of strafford! Came 2 years ago for Xmas dinner n it was beautiful n stress free, never again! Disgusting! I left in tears!

Went for breakfast which is good value but on this occasion the mushrooms weren't available

Excellent food, drinks and prices. Great location away from Main Street. Fast friendly service and really enjoyed it. I had an excellent club sandwich and then a freshly baked scone. There’s a great choice of cakes on display Would definitely recommend
