Had a fabulous time at the reopen The Town House in Leamington Spa. Wishing Liam and Sophie Mller all the best in their new venture

We had a great night at the Opening Party, great atmosphere, real friendly staff. The new owner Liam and Sophie are doing a really great job, will definitely be back.

This is a funny little pub. Feel a bit thrown together with some very odd decor. But it is super friendley and reasonably priced and right in the heart of the old town. So a good spot for a Sunday afternoon pint.

Always friendly, a wonderful atmosphere and great music. So lucky to have such a brilliant friendly pub near us. Great food.

New people running it not the same, blonde chatting to my bf and danced with I was ignored won’t go in again. Ruined my night. Loved other landlords Mark and Marie.

Came too the town house for what we hoped was a lovely Sunday lunch , booked in for 1.00 pm we arrived at 12,45 to be met with you only have 1 HR for your meal as your table is required for other guests,we placed our order for food and sat down and waited it finally arrived at 1,20 leaving us now only 40 minutes to eat up,when the dinner was finished we where then informed that you stay now to 3pm talk about confusion,we later discovered that friends of ours had sat waiting for 50 minutes does this pub want to offer bad service or what the tree meat meal was missing chicken and not Very good, sorry for the bad review but sort your table and bar staff ,

One real ale (albeit a very well kept TT's Landord) at £5. Humourless barmaid, but might have been an off day. Pub was very quiet on a Saturday afternoon

Just went for drinks but it was very warm and friendly.

Went for a Sunday roast, it was lovely, really nice food. Although we were quite cold.

Sunday roast was absolutely superb! Small and cosy — a great place to eat with a lovely atmosphere.

Wonderfully unique little pub in a quaint area of Leamington Spa. Beautifully decorated and spotless inside. Owners are absolutely lovely, and the atmosphere is both simultaneously lively and relaxed.

Very nice staff, welcoming atmosphere and nice locals. Board games available, small outside space for smokers.

Good food (especially the pizza) and atmosphere, really friendly staff. Would recommend!

Great beer selection, fantastic Sunday lunch in an eclectic space with a friendly atmosphere. All good.

Went with the family, including a toddler. Service was excellent from beginning to end. The Sunday roast had a choice of 3 meats, or all if you wanted. The food was well laid out, huge Yorkshire puddings, incredibly tasty with lashings of gravy. There was a table full of board games, which helped occupy our toddler. The place has a lovely quirky feel, with lots of fab retro items on display. Will definitely return.

6 of us met here for lunch on Sunday 20th . Highly recommend eating here all 6 of us said one of the best roasts we have had in a long time .

Only came in for a pint , ive been drinking Atlantic for a good while , had one sip, didn't taste right the bar maid told me there was nothing wrong with it. As she sold some , however it was not right ,Her attitude was disgusting 😒 made me pay for a different Ale .. First time in 20years I've been offended by staff. How hard would it have been just to replace it. 😕

Mother’s Day Sunday lunch. Went with my boyfriend as saw my daughter already. Food was bit of a wait but well worth it -beef ,yorkshire pud, roasts, cabbage carrots parsnips extra gravy. Reasonable price. Had drinks 🍺 and brandy’s. Booked a table. We drink in here anyway it’s 5 mins from my flat. Gem of a find staff and owners friendly good service all round. Read reviews and went. Will return.

We had 2 roast beef dinners and a bottle of red. Absolutely beautiful - beef was fantastic. Slight confusion about our booking - easily resolved. We will be back! Ann & Paul

Lovely proper English pub. Also enjoyed the quiz (although we was robbed).

We had a superb roast beef lunch with great beer and wine. Very good value, friendly staff and a good atmosphere. A hidden gem and one that never fails to please. A real pub with character and soul

It's a nice place to have a quick stop nice staff and good food over all a nice place (I'm too young to say about the drinks so look at some other reviews for that)

Small pub in the back streets of leamington near the river and the back of the parish church . Nice vibe with a small walled garden out the back which seems quite a popular area to gather . More of a regulars pub but worth finding and trying out . Free on road parking after 6pm

Lovely place, decent drinks, nice atmosphere

Food/Drink: 7/10, Service 9/10, Atmosphere 9/10, Value for Money 8/10. Total = 33/40 82.5% 4 stars. Americana throw back retro themed bar. Used to live in the U.S. and this manages to feel like a nice American-British hybrid bar with a fun atmosphere, without feeling tacky like a lot of American themed restaurants in the UK are. Service was quick, friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The menu is mostly burgers and pizzas and the limited scope is a good sign of quality over quantity. My pizza was nicely charred underneath, nicely baked and had good flavour in the crust. The toppings were nice, but overall it lacked a bit more flavour and punch. A stronger umami and acidity from the sauce would of helped it shine a bit more and taste more fresh and like pizza, and less like a very good flat bread. Local ale was well kept and tasty and overall drinks were great. Agreeably priced and overall a really nice juke joint to spend your evening.

The worst pizza i have ever eaten. The box was filled with flour, I dont just mean a bit of extra dust I mean there are piles of the stuff. The pizza was over cooked and the bottom covered in cm flour. Both had bite each and threw it in the bin as the dogs wouldn't even eat it

Really good local pub. Small and friendly with great food that's fairly priced. They even serve Timothy Taylor's, arguably the best ale in the world...

The staff couldn’t be more friendly, we went to 5 different places across leamington and nobody would let us in because we were students but the town house treated us so well and were so friendly would totally recommend

We were visiting Leamington on a Wednesday evening & de to COVID, many places are not open. We found the Town house was open & enjoyed a delicious burger & pizza. The social distancing the pub had created was great & there was still a good atmosphere.

Best pub in Leamington by a mile. Fab service, always friendly and welcoming and with a good sense of humour. The food is incredible, especially the pizza.

Went last night for a celebratory pizza. Our two pizzas were delicious and obviously freshly made. We both planned to take some home but ate the lot. Helen and Jonny have made a lovely job of the refurb they did over lockdown and the lovely intimate ambiance has not been compromised - particularly loved their clear screens as some places have opted for solid which detract and can feel claustrophobic. Well done guys👍😋

Have ordered take away burgers a few times now. Every time really really good. Large burgers with good toppings and crisp fries. Haven't eaten in but looks very cosy and well designed.

Quirky decor and friendly staff.

Just taken my daughter out to lunch so decided to go to The Town House and WOW. We had soup, Cuban sandwich (a bit more than a sandwich), toastie and fries. It was all so delicious, packed with lots of flavour. Really enjoyed it and service with a smile. Thank you so much 🙂 xx

Lockdown delivery. Pizza, burgers, sides, and cocktails. Food was fantastic, delivery was on time - faultless. So impressed especially in the current climate. Our new favourite delivery place in Leamington / Warwick !

The Pizza my boyfriend had was fine but sadly the sides we shared (halloumi, onion rings and buffalo cauliflower) were really really greasy and tasted it... I'm feeling not great I know it's never nice to see a bad review... But surely there's a way to reduce the grease 😞 Chips were fantastic though 👌🏼

100% recommend the Sunday lunch here, always a great vegan option AND they have PROPER cider on tap - what's not to love?

My new local. I recently switched from the perfectly nice Somerville Arms to the Town House, where the welcome is more welcomy and the beer is just as good. The layout here works well, with tables of various sizes, and fun decor. I have hearing problems, so music isn't always welcome, but they get the volume right and have great playlists. Tonight they only had one real beer (Doom Bar) on tap so they lose a star. In previous weeks they have three, so hopefully this is a blip.

We have been a few times now and this is a great place with some lovely beers, the staff are generally friendly and helpful, the live music can be a mixed bag but I have heard more good music than indifferent or otherwise and it has a really nice ambiance. A definite stop off in town and one I will always visit when I am in Leamington Spa on an evening.

Came for an impromptu Sunday lunch with my gluten free friend (hadn’t booked). Staff were so accommodating and offered gluten free roast dinner options for my friend. My meal was delicious, best Sunday lunch in town. We’ll be back!

Arrived early evening and a perfect starting point for a night out in Leamington. Great beers, tasty pizzas and cracking atmosphere. I strongly recommend due to its location and quirkiness- random seating! Worth a look and welcoming staff - a pleasure...

We've been to all the pubs and restaurants for Sunday lunch. You won't find a better place than this. We've been high end and this still beats them all. Highly recommended

A lively pub! A little off the beaten track but the beer is well kept; the food is well above usual pub fayre; and the music is excellent! Love The Folly Brothers post-gig jams and sing-a-longs.

The staff were welcoming, accommodating for our two dogs and the food was outstanding and well worth the money. As an aside, it was very relaxing atmosphere with laid back but well chosen music at a decent volume - a rarity in most pubs!

We have been past this pub so many times and never been in , big mistake, it's great, comfortable and quirky, my aunty mavis had all the pictures on the walls in the 70s ! Great menu, clearly they have a good chef, we had the pork batch special with chips, huge roll with lovely pork and all the trimmings and my favorite.. Proper home made chips, why do people even serve frozen chips.. We will definitely be back..

Saw copperhead road play there, shame it isn't holding that live music going forwards. Nice enough atmosphere and ok selection of drinks.
