We ordered 2 Main dishes, a mixed tandoori grill, a naan & 1 tandoori roti . We received it with a tiny pot of chutney , half full & 1 papadum. Disappointed that there was no mint yoghurt or salad , which is usually offered with a tandoori dish. Portions were enough for 2 people to share, just about. The food was delicious.

Korma ok. Rest of the meal delicious!

Very gentle, the best. Curry vegetables is driving me crazy and the Naan is absolutely delicious. I forgot to put my door number on the order but he promptly solve the situation. The rider came immediately and the food was still warm! A+++ to all the service, thank you guys. Cheers from Italy

Small portions for expensive price

My order didn’t arrive I want a refund- the order was made over 80 minutes ago

Delicious food but very thick sauces. Packaging is cute, cardboard boxes instead of plastic boxes. Disappointed by the portions which were small & very expensive , £13.75 & £13.25 a dish . There should have been a naan or rice included or even yogurt & salad . Did receive 2 popadoms & sweet chutney but that’s 20p cost. Shockingly over priced naan at £3.85 each! Most expensive Indian in North London .

Top food, lamb Biryani was ok abit bland, but everything else was very nice and tasty

Food was marked as delivered. I am still waiting for it. Ordered at 7pm. It’s 20:30 now.

Food was 50 minutes late. Ice cold

Naan was missing and the ctm was rather different, than usual, but overall good.

Biriyani was unexpectedly spicy. Also found a tiny bit of metal in one of the curries - looked like it was from a metal scourer.

Tiffin tin has always been one of my favourite Indian takeaways. However my King Prawn Pathia has halved in size in with fewer and smaller prawns and at costing £14.15 is over priced for what I received.

Lovely food. I had the Chefs special (surprise) didn't disappoint nor the starters. Only thing is that it could have been a little warmer on arrival but I heated up the mains and it was perfect. Thank you 😊

Not happy at all with the service we had from Tiffin Tin. Our food took 2 hours to get to us and was cold when it arrived. We could not call the restaurant, they would not answer the phone. Furthermore the restaurant have not given us a refund

The food was very poor quality. The portion size and presentation looked like food for a prisoner. Very very expensive for what you get and the restaurant customer service was unhelpful & rude. BEWARE! I would certainly not recommend 😕

Food was sent to the wrong address. No phone call or much of an apology. Definitely not fresh poppadums. Food just remicrowaved. Terrible service. Will not use again. Not value for money

Great food. But unfortunately the Just Eat driver didn’t bother reading the note about calling me instead of ringing the bell. He woke up my sleeping infant. Very disappointing.

Nice taste, but portions are too small - especially the fish dishes. Yesterday I ordered the Goan Salmon, there were two small pieces of salmon!!

Food never showed up. I had to go myself to the restaurant to collect it after 45 mins had passed since it was due to be delivered and I was unable to get through to either the restaurant or Just Eat to find out what was going on. The Just Eat app told me the driver was on their way but they clearly weren’t as when I turned up at the restaurant the food was just sat there. The only excuse the restaurant could come up with for why my food was just sitting there was because it was raining outside. I would like a full refund for this frankly unacceptable service. My first ever experience of Just Eat and very possibly my last

Enjoyable food, tasty and was delivered warm and ready to eat. Was concerned that due to the distance it might be cold, but all was well. Leftovers were great on Sunday, have ordered there before, and it was the same as the last time, will definitely order again!

The delivery times are always long but the food is always top I can't comment on the restaurant service because I haven't interacted with them

Tiffin food is very good but they should review their relationship with Just Eat; last night was about the 4th time I've had to call the restaurant in order to find out what has happened to my food.

Food was delivered early, so I almost missed the delivery... however it was very, very good.

They advised the delivery would be in about one hour. It was delivered a little quicker in about 45 minutes. Now the food was indeed very tasty but the portions were in very small pots even though the prices were about 40% more than any other Indian takeaway.

Such a shame, we feel like the food has gone down in quality. Onion bhajis were not crispy at all, could taste the oil as they were soggy.

For the second time one of the containers of chutney lost its lid and the entire container spilled throughout the bag. I won't order from Tiffin Tin again.

The food, king prawn biryani, was delicious but l was disappointed that the chutney seems to have been packed without a lid and so spilled throughout the bag.

Not only was my food delivered two hours late but when it did eventually arrive there was one item I had ordered and paid for missing, namely Aloo Chatpat.

It would be helpful if a time of food deliverer leaving restaurant on the just eat website and or a tracker showing when a (disabled) person needs to be at the door. Similar to Dominos' system.

The Murgh frieze was nice however the naan bread I ordered with it was cold and parts hard and inedible.

Usually the food has condiments of yogurt with the samosas and some mango chutney, neither came. The paratha was also very badly made. I’m a regular customer and was disappointed with the service I usually receive. Best wishes.

Over 4 hours after ordering, the food still hasn't arrived. The restaurant has repeatedly delayed the order, and finally stopped responding. No one answering the phone at the restaurant, and the order was marked as delivered which flat-out isn't true. I'm not normally the type to complain, and I know Friday nights are busy; I've often waited two hours for delivery and the food has been cold, but put up with it because Tiffin Tin do great food. Not any more. It just isn't worth the risk ordering from them.

So sad to receive my order 3hrs late. No help, no refund. Really disappointed.

No intimation. Call lines are down all the time so there's no way for customers to know if order is even being delivered or not . No apologies no courtesy credit or anything. Appalling!

La lata de tiffin tiene un servicio al cliente increíblemente deficiente, hemos estado esperando durante horas nuestra comida después del tiempo de entrega que ya se extendió. No ha habido ninguna actualización sobre cuándo o incluso si llegará y la línea telefónica ha sido desactivada o descolgada. esta no es la primera vez que esto sucede. Parece poco probable que llegue nuestra comida en este punto dado que el restaurante cierra en 10 minutos, no ha habido noticias del restaurante.

Our order arrived over 45 minutes early which was unacceptable as the food was eaten cold as a result. it arrived before some of the people did who were going to eat it! Food quality was very good as usual. having the option to order and have your order delivered at a chosen time is not working! shame.

La primera vez que los usamos (a través de Deliveroo pero llamaremos directamente la próxima vez) y la comida fue absolutamente excelente, con mucho sabor, abundante y buen contenido de carne tanto en el tandoori como en el curry. También me impresionó mucho que el arroz y el curry vinieran en botes de cartón.

My food left the restaurant which is a 3-4min drive from my house. It’s didn’t arrive at my house for 25 minutes at which point it was cold. This has now happened a few times and I won’t be ordering again. A shame as if it were delivered on time and got it wouldn’t be bad food.

Shocking service. When calling the takeaway. They tell you it is on it’s way and it is not.. One thing is worse than a sub par meal is none at all. No apology, barely an acknowledgement. Not the first time this has happened. used to be top class, something has gone wrong here

My original order was changed to 35 minutes later but I was only alerted to this when I checked myself as the order had not arrived at the original time. Still 35 minutes later the order had not arrived and I had to wait a further 15 minutes. Again, I had to make contact to get this information. The food (although nice quality) was also cold when it arrived. The staff were apologetic and gave me a £7 credit but I think a full refund would have been more appropriate seeing as it was too late to eat dinner by then.

Pilau rice didn't look like Pilau rice but more like a burnt plain white rice

Recibí una entrega de ellos la semana pasada. Tenía un plato de pollo, un plato de verduras y un curry de frijoles con arroz simple. Aunque algunos buenos sabores, las porciones eran pequeñas y pesadas en las salsas y poco más. Proporciones impares. El curry de frijoles rojos tenía principalmente salsa y solo unos pocos frijoles rojos. No es genial para un curry vegetariano. El curry de verduras era bastante blando, por lo que la textura no era excelente. Pero lo más importante es que no me sentí bien después. Y a un amigo le entregaron comida una semana después y también estaban enfermos. Venga. La higiene alimentaria es estándar hoy en día. Hágalo bien.

Food was ok but naan was missing so had to keep it hot for 30 mind whilst naan was delivered - quite a faff to call and sort out. Delivery was punctual.

I ordered my food at 17:55hours but the order came in at 16:30hours. Which was very unexpected. My family and I were all not hungry but had no choice but to eat earlier, I than notice that the chicken byriani rice was not cooked properly and lack seasoning. Not sure if bec there was a rush in order and overlooking the time that the meal was not done well compared to the other times I order. The tikka masala was cook well and tasted well. I had to call the restuarant and Just eat to made a complaint. But this was dealt quick.Hopefully improvements will be made next time.
