Absolutely terrible service and a very rude customer service from Hanna. Constantly looking at us and discriminating against us because we are from a part of Worcester she doesn’t like. Definitely will NOT be coming back and will be advising other to stay well clear.

What a fantastic Sunday lunch! Now we know why you have to book in advance. The choice was Topside, pork or lamb. we chose the Topside, which came with a side of vegetables, then another side arrived with another eleven choices making 20 different vegetables, there was plenty of meat, prepared and served to perfection. The dessert was to die for! and all for £15 per head. You can keep your carveries, and fish and chip shops, Dave beats them hands down both in quality and adding his personal touch, in a friendly homely atmosphere with pleasant staff. Thank you for such a gourmet experience, we have already booked two more reservations.

We went for a family Sunday lunch and as the dining area is quite small we had pre-booked a table for 5. There was a choice of meats, two of us chose lamb and two chose beef. I am vegetarian and was supplied with my own individual delicious cauliflower and cheese instead of the meat. We all assumed that the plates would come with just the meat, Yorkshires and roasts but no, they came with those but also large roasted parsnips and two dishes of boiled potatoes, roast potato squares, cauliflower cheese, gravy and other veg. so many varieties that I cannot remember it all! All extremely well cooked and presented, we tried very hard but were unable to finish all the veg and this was boxed up for us as well as a box of deserts which again, we could not manage to eat. Service at the bar and from the chef was friendly and we felt as if we were among friends. Highly recommend a visit! My one regret? We were so busy being wowied that we forgot to take photos of it all.

Had one of the best Sunday Roasts ever at this lovely little village pub. Two courses for under a tenner was incredible value and top quality, We will definitely be going back. This is the closest thing to a home cooked dinner I have ever experienced whilst eating out with an excellent selection of vegetables. The staff and the locals made us very welcome. I did have a quick look at the evening menu which also looked like incredible value so will be going back in the very near future.

On a walk with a bunch of friends when we stumbled across this pub. Really friendly locals welcomed us when we were outside and a warm welcome from the landlord when we got inside. There was a good choice of ale, lager and cider for our group and everyone got what they required. We had stopped at another pub on our route but (fortunately?) it was closed at 14:00 in the afternoon and it seemed they weren't prepared to open for 11 thirsty lads, their loss and the Three Nuns gain! If we're ever in the area again, would certainly drop by and enjoy the local hospitality.

By far the best Sunday lunch in a 7 mile radius of Malvern. Only 10.95 for a meal and sweet. Choice of meat (beef, lamb or turkey) Yorkshire pudding, 2 roast potatoes, roast parsnip all served on a plate followed by dishes of cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, sprouts, green beans, carrots, peas, mangetout, asparagus, boiled beetroot, new potatoes, sweetcorn stuffing and beef gravy. Pudding was a choice of 5 sweets. Great tasting food with lovely staff that are very welcoming

We live very locally and have Sunday Lunch every week - generally there are as many as 16 veg, all beautifully prepared, as is the meat, usually beef, with pork or lamb and always a chicken breast option - and turkey, of course, at Christmas. My husband loves VERY well done beef and I like it rare, not a problem for Dave the Landlord/Chef and there is also a good selection of sweets, again always ice cream if you don’t fancy one of the ones on offer. The meat is served on the plate with beautiful Yorkshire Pudding, well roasted potatoes and tasty gravy gravy and the veg are in a serving dish.Hence we return so frequently!

Delicious home cooked food, freshly prepared proper pub grub with a warm friendly welcome! I had the mixed grill which was awesome!! My dad, wife and mum all had the gammon whilst my sister enjoyed the locally caught trout. We had to cancel our original booking due to a sudden hospital visit and the owner remembered on our rescheduled arrival and added the extra personal touches that most publicans these days simply can't manage. This was our first ever visit but we will be back!!! Also great value for money!

We took some friends who were visiting from Yorkshire (A County well known for people who want value for money) to this village pub for Sunday lunch. Our friends thought the meal was one of the best they had EVER had. A choice of meats served with eleven different vegetables. There was hardly room on the plate for everything. The beers are well kept, and wine served at the right temperature. The owner/chef and his wife were most welcoming. It should be noted that this is a village pub with a small dining area, so booking is essential.

You certainly can not complain about the quantity, the portions are huge. The atmosphere is lovely in keeping with a friendly village pub. We called in when the landlord and family were away. The cover staff were doing a great job but my medium steak was quite rare. My husband's steak was fine (he likes his a little on the rare side) and the mixed grill was fabulous. We ate here to celebrate my parents' golden wedding anniversary. There were 13 of us in the group so I rang our order through a few days before. There was a warm friendly welcome at the bar when we arrived. We had ordered a wide selection of meals, ranging from cod with jacket potato, various steaks and an enormous mixed grill. The food was delicious, all freshly cooked on the night and every plate was cleared. We checked beforehand if we could bring a surprise celebration cake with us - this was no problem. It was stored out of my parents sight and we were supplied with a knife and plates. All in all it was a lovely evening and far better value than the ubiquitous 2 for 1 chains. It is a traditional pub with a lovely friendly atmosphere. We are looking forward to going back again soon.

Second review of this pub.standards are still great, food is something else and the beer is well kept. Had our usual ploughmans lunchtime break from fishing just up the road at Bransford trout fishery during our annual fishing holidays. Was welcomed as usual almost as regulars.Returned later in the week for the Morris dancing and had 3 super steak meals at really great prices. To reiterate its a pub that serves food NOT an eatery that serves beer,ie a proper pub.The lad serving at the bar was new to us but did a good and cheery job and along with the owners and a stab at Morris dancing it all added up to a good evening out.

This pub represents what proper village pubs should be. Not a themed chain with artificial imported atmosphere but where locals can meet & occassional visitors like us are made to feel very welcome by customers & the excellant owners & staff. The menu isn't extensive (which is a good sign that it isn't bought in, defrosted & freshly micro'd), but is big enough to have something for everyone. The food - cooked by the owner- is simply presented & in our experience cooked to perfection. If it was nearer we would go more often, thoroughly recommend. Almost forgot to mention prices are more than reasonable.

First things first the Three nuns is not a restaurant, it’s a local pub that serves great pub food.Sunday lunch is amazing, the roast items arrive plated with gravy, the veg is served in dishes - on occasion we had had up to 13 vegetables to choose from. If I was to be picky I would prefer the gravy to be in a boat and not on the plate. Usually a choice of 3 meats available - Beef, Lamb, Pork, or Chicken. Veg is just cooked and crisp. Good selection of puddings included in the dinner price.Midweek – Mixed Grill and Curries are very good.Other points• Good value• You must book in advance - Especially Sunday (at least a week).• You are eating in the local pub, expect to hear banter from the pub.• Restaurant is separate from the pub but not closed off.

This place doesn't accept cards of any kind and the barman had no idea where we could get to a local cash point. The place was empty except for a woman at the bar swearing at something out of sight. The lunch time menu was a joke so we left after a quick half and went up the road instead.I really can't understand the rave reviews on here. This isn't a typical "country pub" as anyone who has visited a national park would understand it. It's just a run-down local boozer that does take-away chips on the side.

The Three Nuns is a typical country pub, which has remained traditional, & has not succumbed to being plasticised as many chain pubs have. The owners, staff & locals (& there are several characters!) make a warm & welcoming atmosphere. The Friday night meat raffle is a great tradition & well worth buying a ticket! Sunday lunch is fantastic, not a carvery but a proper roast with every veg you can imagine & a few you probably wouldn't! Delicious! But you do need to book to be guaranteed a table. Having just got home from a holiday in Italy we fancied a final evening out but our local was fully booked. The Lion was second choice as it is not walkable for us. Very buzzy atmosphere, good pub food and , best of all, the most excellent service, from a young woman who seemed to do everything front of house and still have time to chat, quite up to anything we had abroad.

We called in here before a concert at Stanbrook Abbey and both had fish and chips. They were really delicious and very tasty. I don't like mushy peas and had a decent salad with it instead, not just a "garnish". The prices are reasonable too. Not many pubs now with good price points. A nice welcome and friendly lady. We will definitely revisit next time we are in Worcester.
