Excellent customer service and amazing food!! I've been here a couple times before a luckily it's the same guy that served me in all. Super sweet and patient as it took us a long time to decide what to order. We spent the whole day there and they gave us an extra desert for free! Thank you for everything!!

Very nice ambience , quiet and really beautiful decor . Delicious food just took really long to arrive. The seating is really beautiful outside and cosy

Sa sera la première et dernière fois que j’irais manger dans ce Resraurant. J’ai réserver une table pour 5 personnes se lundi midi pour passer un bon temps entre amis autour d’un brunch. Le service client a été plus que mauvais au bout d’une heure sans nous avoir prévus lors de notre réservation et de notre installation à table que nous devions quitter le restaurant parce qu’il y avait une autre réservation. Nous n’avions pas finis nos boissons. Une place à éviter vraiment…

Asked to sit outside on arrival as the table was not ready. The restaurant was empty. Tried to order the sharing meze for breakfast which on the menu was described as coming with pot of tea for 2 or 2 house coffees. Told by the waiter that the menu had a mistake and it only came with pot of tea or 1 coffee. Difficult to share a drink. Asked for the manager but just got told the menu was wrong. Left without ordering

Honestly worst service, terrible food for the price. Waited ages for food to be served and it came to us cold they also forgot about many items we ordered. No apologies nothing. The place wasn’t busy loads of empty tables and still no attention to our table. Use to come here often I won’t be coming again.

Staff are miserable and uninterested! Service was bad took 30 mins to get two coffees and wasn’t even that busy, no one came over to see if we needed another drink or anything else after putting the food down had to go and ask to get another drink! Not worth the visit

Fab place! Gorgeous decor (pastel greens and pinks and lots of plant life, very stylish!) and the food was lovely. I had the Turkish eggs and Spiced Chai Latte, both delicious. Thank you to our server Alex who was a sweetheart, and Chris the manager was charming also. Recommended!

Enjoyed the vibes at The Terrace by L'Opera. The place was very aesthetic and offered a lot of seating, very cozy too. Food wise, they offered mediterranean food and treats like crepes and cakes. The service was good too!

We visited the Terrace for my sisters birthday after seeing tiktok videos showing off the decor ( turns out to be camera trickery! in reality it looks cheap) We were greeted by a surly 'host' who I presume was also the manager. She barely looked at us or spoke more than 2 words to us. She showed us to our seats, did not explain how to access the menu and left. The restaurant had only 5 other tables yet it took 20 minutes for someone to come to our table to take an order. It then took another 45 minutes for our food to arrive which was cold. We told the waitress, who then told the manager who came over and without apologising...or even looking at us picked up the plate and abrubtly said 'i'll get them to re-do it' to which we responded, 'no thank you, we will just go' her response was one word ... ' ok' and she stomped off. No apology, nothing. We left without paying and will not return. The manager has no customer service skills, and the restuarnt has no atmosphere or ambieance. The couple next to us also complained after spending £100 for brunch and also received cold food. For the location and price of the food I do not expect this kind of service. We were made to fee so unwelcome. Such a shame on any day when you're paying a lot of money but especially on someones birthday. Until this place learns how to treat customers kindly, and serve hot food in a timely manner....avoid! Much better places to spend your money.

This is a beautiful restaurant and has a lovely terrace area out the front. The staff were really friendly but the food is definitely overhyped. We had the lotus French toast and the chocolate crepe and both looked nice but in all honest we're fairly average and quite bland.

AMAZING French Toast with Maple Syrup enjoy it a lot and I may go as far as putting it into my illustrious TOP7 FT List it was that good. As I always say the first cut if the bread on a French toast say it all and I looked the easy and combination of favours. Well presented great staff on the day a like the restaurant in between Chelsea & Knightsbridge. My fellow Toast teammates tried the other Biscoff French toast and barely got half way. It looked intimidating and over the top imo but I’m sure the sugar lovers will love that just not for me. The normal French Toast with Maple Syrup was phenomenal and so was the cheesecake. You’ll see me soon for the final ToP7 decider.

The manager was beyond rude and arrogant when speaking with my family. Our food was cold and took a long time and we chose not to pay service charge..: that’s is our choice as it is optional. General Manager had no respect and responded badly to us. She also refrained from giving her name when asked for this review! Food is average and I would not recommend anyone to visit a place with such terrible customer service

We visited the restaurant on 02.07.22. We ordered some food which came out cold; I Informed the manager who was extremely rude and had terrible attitude. I asked her for her name so I could write a complaint to which she responded ‘-are you the police’,. She did not take criticism well at all! Very disappointed with the service and the food. As a manager she doesn’t have customer service skills and doesn’t accept customers review’s and criticism. Shameful service from the manger.

Absolutely terrible service from the manager….staff were great however the manager was very very rude and horrible to myself and my family…quite rude not listening to myself or my husband. Absolutely disgusted by how she is the manager or general manager as her service and customer skills are horrible. We were all excited to try out this restaurant but after this horrible experience I would NOT recommend going there at all to anyone ! MANAGER WAS RUDE AND HORRIBLE TO ALL OF US!

If I could give 0 stars I would I was looking forward to having lunch at the terrace lopera and I must say the service is awful! Beyond unprofessional staff making gestures in front of my eyes , refused me a seat and screaming at other staff to stop taking in clients. Later , another staff told me to sit down wherever I liked. Confused ? Yes. I decided to give a chance and still they messed up my order leaving me waiting for a coffee for more than 20 minutes. Upsetting? Very.
