Nice place, staff were very helpful as we had a birthday to celebrate and made a big effort with the cake we took along. Food was good although bit of a wait. Would go again though.

Just incase the beautiful terrace views of the bridge and river weren't enough to draw you in, the exquisite decor inside, cosy furniture and warm heaters outside, stopping your from catching a chill certainly made me sprint into this restaurant! The service is kind, fast and all staff are dressed to impress with a killer smile. This resturant and bar offers everything from cool, quirky and delicious cocktails to hearty british cuisine with an exotic twist. Speaking from experience, the lamb shank is served over a perfectly creamy risotto and paired with an incredible plum preserve. The thick gravy is absolutely to die for. If you're not in the mood for a feast, quick bites like the cheesy truffle chips are absolutely incredible. I love this place and I will absolutely return!

Excellent food, truly a wonderful culinary experience. Service seemed rushed & absent at the same time - servers were rushing in and out of the kitchen right past our table, but we waited a while to order drinks. When actually being served, the service was brief but professional, and not very friendly. Personally I enjoy having a little chat with the person serving us about the food and drinks, this encourages us to return. On this occasion, the service didn't do this. Still will return to try other dishes!

Alphanso was a gentleman. Great service and food considering they were fully booked for valentines. The staff never stopped. Will definitely come back!

Came here for valentine day, had the most amazing meal ever! Everything was cooked to perfection. Our lovely server alphonso was very attentive and overall amazing! Could not have asked for a better evening. Will definitely be going back :)

We had an amazing meal and had great friendly service from Otto and everyone else, the atmosphere was great and drinks were perfect! The steak in particular was cooked perfectly and a great dish- definitely recommend!

Very pleasant experience for Sunday lunch. Welcomed by staff and accommodated our seating request as lighting was a bit bright for my Wife in main room, but the front area was lovely. Really nice atmosphere in beautiful old building that they have decorated artfully. Good glass of Cotes du Rhône red to accompany Roast Beef . Food was very tasty and the vegetables were outstanding, Yorkshires a little undercooked and I would have preferred the beef to be more rare as one piece was too well done for me. But the Chefs had taken great care and overall I really enjoyed my meal and visit to The Terrace. Thankyou.

We booked the private dining room for my birthday and it was the perfect space for dinner and drinks. The team was responsive and communicative ahead of the dinner, and Emma on the night was fabulous and looked after our group brilliantly! The cocktails are amazing and the food was all delicious - we placed a pre-order for nibbles for the table and everyone's mains, which worked well. After dinner, we moved to the main restaurant to enjoy the live band, before moving on to the basement Speakeasy bar next door which was also fabulous! I can highly recommend The Terrace for an extra special event!

Great food, atmosphere and good service. Although we had mixed ratings about the cocktails, the food was super and the atmosphere was lovely. We had a mix of dishes between us, but the highlights were the salmon and steak. Really enjoyed the decor too. After finishing dinner they turned a section of the restaurant into a stage with a live band.

The food was nice, and our waitress was lovely throughout! Unfortunately, the experience was pretty miserable overall... we sat for 2 hours before our food was served, even though we'd pre-ordered (due to booking the table in advance). Once our food finally did come out, there were several mistakes with the order. None of the mistakes were major, but it just really did not help redeem the experience. Some of the dishes were lovely, but some of us were sorely disappointed. The "King Maker" burger was pretentious (gold leaf on a basic beef patty), overpriced, and dry. It feels harsh to leave a negative review after one bad experience, and this seems like it would make a fun bar to go for a cocktail, but I can't recommend it as a restaurant. The vibe overall feels geared towards the bar crowd (loud music, loads of bar staff), so I'm not sure why they try to shoe-in both. This could be a great cocktail bar, and the chef could be a great chef in a better restaurant.

Fabulous experience as one would expect. From the timeyou walk in,the staff are super friendly. We celebratedmy husbands birthday and they had the sparkler on the desert which was a lovely touch. We had the sea food dishes the best we have ever tasted. Keep upthe great quality and service.

At The Terrace staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled and friendly. Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money and tasty. Service highly recommended,I definitely will come back again.

Despite pre-ordering our food at least a week in advance the order wasn't put through until after we had sat down (late as the table wasn't ready when we arrived on time). It took about an hour for the starters to arrive and then another hour before the mains. The waitress was lovely but the amount of time we had to wait really put a damper on the whole experience. Wouldn't go back again.

Unfortunately I think it is more expensive than necessary. The flavor of the duck meat was insufficient. As a customer, when choosing duck, I expect a more specific, balanced and generous flavor in terms of spices. Rib eye cooking level was good and sufficient. But I don't think it is the Aubrey Allen steak as it says on the menu, it did not satisfy me at all in terms of taste. Unfortunately, the environment was cold and not comfortable enough to sit for long periods of time. The originality of the cocktails is nice, but they are of low quality in terms of taste. I smelled the ice used. I will give it another chance. Maybe !

We had our work Christmas meal and party here, they catered towards all our needs and went above and beyond. The first time I felt relaxed as an organiser at the works Christmas party. The food was excellent and so well prepared, we will be coming back!

This is the third time our family have used the accommodation and dining facilities at The Terrace. The food, including private dining and afternoon tea in the restaurant, were absolutely excellent. The accommodation, both in the apartments and hotel, was comfortable, practical and perfect for our family needs. The welcome and service we received from the staff was absolutely 5 star. Wonderful food, great atmosphere - made for a great Boxing Day treat. Our server Alphonso was very attentive and personable. He was great at making us feel comfortable and ensuring everything was to our liking. There was no trouble in exchanging my mum's drink, and any mistakes were easily rectified. I would highly recommend this place for a quiet meal or drinks and particularly Alphonso, for his wonderful service.

We booked for Christmas day lunch. The Food was absolutely amazing! So tasty and so beautifully presented. The service and atmosphere was also fantastic. This place gets better and better and no other local venue comes close. The Terrace is definitely the best place to eat and socialise in Leamington Spa! Well done The Terrace team!

The Terrace is a great Bar and Restaurant we were a group of 16 and we all thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The band that was on was fantastic. The ambience is great and the staff were all very helpful. Thank you very much.

We had our cooperate party here last week and it was fantastic. There where 51 of us and the staff took the time to note where each person was sitting so we could be served our 3 course meal. No complaints about the food, it was all very good. There where 51 clean plates about the room. After the meal there was a live band which just added to the atmosphere. Great evening. Would recommend.

The team at the Terrace hosted my daughter’s 21st birthday dinner for 30 people in their private dining room. The service provided by the staff was excellent with special mention to Jack who coped so professionally and efficiently with all the demands of this large group of young adults. The food was excellent, ambience fabulous, birthday cake amazing and a great band in the main bar for lots of dancing. A thoroughly excellent evening. Many thanks.

We had the best time at The Terrace for my cousins grad dinner! The food was amazing and the service was so friendly and welcoming. We booked the private dining room, and the setup was just perfect - everyone kept telling me what a great spot it was, so I’m pretty chuffed with myself for finding it! I actually booked it from London and wasn’t sure what to expect, but the whole process was so smooth. The team was great at communicating, accommodating any last minute changes and made organizing everything super easy. Thanks for helping make the night so special! P.S: the Okra fires, chips, steak and sticky wings were all 10/10, highly recommend.

Great atmosphere, lively Saturday night venue. Really good cocktails and the food was good. The staff are really on it, and Alphanso was a star on service. The toilets are a slight let down, they could do with being checked a little more regularly.

Went to the Terrace for drinks outside last Sat(9/11/24) as we had a visitor up from London who smokes. There was only 1 table free but no heating. The waiter Jack suggested we took the table and he'd move us to a table with heating as soon as one became free. We can't speak too highly of Jack who looked after us that night - he's a real credit to your organisation. Our guest was extremely impressed by the Terrace.

If you’re searching for an elevated dining experience in Leamington, The Terrace Leamington Spa should be at the top of your list. We ordered the Lychee heaven mocktail, which was both refreshing and unique. The Pan-Grilled Tofu with Soba Noodles brought an explosion of flavours to the table, and the Pesto Garlic Prawns added the perfect crispy complement. Overall, it’s a delightful escape from the city’s hustle, ideal for any occasion, from a casual night out to a special celebration.

Went there to celebrate my birthday- food was delicious and the place is really stunning! There is an outdoor area with tables for the smokers.

The meal was delicious, however, it was the only positive aspect of our experience. The service was severely lacking. After waiting for 20 minutes, I approached the bar to place a drink order and request menus. There was a significant delay in receiving our food, and we had to visit the bar twice more to order and retrieve our drinks. Despite the fact that it was a quiet evening, the majority of the staff were preoccupied with their mobile phones.

Someone has to give an honest review about this place. Firstly, when you walk in through the bar area the venue smells like a sweaty nightclub that has just cleared the drunken crowds out at 3am. The decor looks like something from a 80's disco. We went for Sunday lunch and it was one to remember, for all the wrong reasons. The beef looked & tasted like a £2.99 cut from tesco, fatty & chewy, without flavour. The chicken was dry, the gravy looked & had the texture of muddy dish water. The lamb was completely tasteless, tough & inedible. Even the yorkshire was tasteless! The only thing that was of an edible standard was the broccoli & carrots! I was going to compl ain about the food when they came to ask if the food was okay, but they never bothered to ask! I can honestly say this is one of the worst roast dinners I have had. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I visited The Terrace on Friday night around 7 PM, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. We only waited a moment to be seated at a beautifully decorated table, with stunning lighting and artwork that created such a great atmosphere. I really wish I could remember our waiter’s name—it started with an “A”—because he was absolutely wonderful. Attentive without being intrusive, he added so much to our evening. The food was exceptional, and the cocktails were amazing, both in taste and presentation. With such a beautiful setting, great service, and reasonable pricing, The Terrace has easily become a favorite. I’ll definitely be back—and hopefully, I’ll catch our fantastic server’s name next time!

We went to afternoon tea today. It was grand!, Our waiter, Alphonso, was fantastic..checking in to see if we needed more tea. ( We recommend the Lover's Leap and Jasmine). I don't fancy caviar and requested an alternative. The sandwiches and sweet delights were fresh and delectable. Who knew that simple scones with clotted cream and raspberry compote could be so delicious. We couldn't finish everything and asked for a box to enjoy the rest tomorrow. Great experience overall. We commended the chef who invited me to return to have my wedding there! Thanks Alphonso and the entire team for an unforgettable Afternoon Tea at The Terrace, Leamington Spa.

The terrace is an interesting mix of bar and resteraunt and music on a Saturday night. The food, mainly the Steaks and Shank. Alphanso, our server was lovely. On the down side - Once the band started it was hard to have a conversation. The vegiburger was poor according to friends. None the less it was a really enjoyable evening.

We hired the private dining room this evening for my partner's 30th birthday. Otto looked after us so well and even managed to fix the birthday cake that we had dropped and he and the staff managed to get it looking amazing. I am so so grateful and impressed by the Terrrace and their wonderful hospitality this evening. Definitely recommend to anyone particularly if you are hosting an event or party, they are so lovely and thoughtful. Thank you so so much to Otto and the Terrace for a great night! xxx

The cocktails were really nice but the service just wasn't there. It was very busy to be fair but we struggled to get served by the waiter so we went to order at the bar, and the barmen sent us back to the table, and the waiter didnt come back. We had planned to spend the evening here but ended up just having one drink and then going to Wetherspoons instead🤷‍♀️

Went recently and had steak and chips with a mezcal old fashioned. Steak was perfectly cooked, cocktail was interesting. I've had mezcal old fashions before and this one just missed the mark. We sat outside which was really nice.

What a lovely place we discovered! I went here with a friend for my birthday lunch. Weather was fantastic so we stayed outside enjoying a light breeze and looking at the canal. We only took a couple of starters and wine/prosecco. But it was really delicious! Will definitely come back soon

We enjoyed Afternoon tea at the Terrace very much. The mini cakes, scones and sandwiches were all very elegantly presented and delicious. The staff were all friendly and nice. The music was a bit too loud and not very relaxing, which was the only negative point.

Waited 40mins for our cocktails and instead of lime n mint combo came with a slice of orange, so wrong drink basically for a pricey £9.50. Food and service was otherwise OK.
