Fabulous experience as one would expect. From the timeyou walk in,the staff are super friendly. We celebratedmy husbands birthday and they had the sparkler on the desert which was a lovely touch. We had the sea food dishes the best we have ever tasted. Keep upthe great quality and service.

Nice place for drink. Friendly staff and good choice. Good function room for small events.

The terrace is an interesting mix of bar and resteraunt and music on a Saturday night. The food, mainly the Steaks and Shank. Alphanso, our server was lovely. On the down side - Once the band started it was hard to have a conversation. The vegiburger was poor according to friends. None the less it was a really enjoyable evening.

We hired the private dining room this evening for my partner's 30th birthday. Otto looked after us so well and even managed to fix the birthday cake that we had dropped and he and the staff managed to get it looking amazing. I am so so grateful and impressed by the Terrrace and their wonderful hospitality this evening. Definitely recommend to anyone particularly if you are hosting an event or party, they are so lovely and thoughtful. Thank you so so much to Otto and the Terrace for a great night! xxx

The cocktails were really nice but the service just wasn't there. It was very busy to be fair but we struggled to get served by the waiter so we went to order at the bar, and the barmen sent us back to the table, and the waiter didnt come back. We had planned to spend the evening here but ended up just having one drink and then going to Wetherspoons instead🤷‍♀️

Went recently and had steak and chips with a mezcal old fashioned. Steak was perfectly cooked, cocktail was interesting. I've had mezcal old fashions before and this one just missed the mark. We sat outside which was really nice.

Was quite cold and windy. We've been notified about promotions available and were handy to us. Overall, it was a nice experience. We will be back

What a lovely place we discovered! I went here with a friend for my birthday lunch. Weather was fantastic so we stayed outside enjoying a light breeze and looking at the canal. We only took a couple of starters and wine/prosecco. But it was really delicious! Will definitely come back soon

100%. Everything was perfect. The resturant was mostly empty since it was a Wednesday and the service was amazing with very kind waiters. The food was the Best thing I have had and the drink were amazing. I wouldn’t change a single thing about it. And the bathrooms are pretty as well 😉😉

Lovely summer evening with drinks and food on The Terrace. 4 of us. Cocktails to start. Shared 4 starters and some bread with lovely bottle of wine. Coffee to finish off. Very relaxed. Excellent service. Beautifully presented food.

Had my 21st birthday meal at the terrace and can honestly say it was one of my most enjoyable birthdays yet! The staff were amazing and food was delicious! Everything was 10/10 I can’t recommend them enough. We also had the private dining room which I highly recommend for events!

Had an amazing experience with my private party of 17 in the private room. Our server Oto was honestly the best at making changes and being great! Food was amazing and vibes were great!

Me and my friend went to the terrace for a drink. Our waiter was a young gentleman called Gabriel. He was AMAZING. So attentive and helpful, our experience was better because of the lovely atmosphere that Gabriel created with his service.

A very enjoyable experience for our group. A wide choice of food, so something to suitt everyone, and everyone seemed to really enjoy their meals. Very nice staff and an attractive building.

I booked the function room to host a gender reveal party and all the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was perfect and really nicely presented. Couldn't recommend enough!

Recommend for anyone, such a lovely place day or night, terrace is beautiful. Heaters are amazing if your someone who gets cold. Looks cute inside as well. Definitely coming back. Perfect for girly drinks or birthday celebrations

We enjoyed Afternoon tea at the Terrace very much. The mini cakes, scones and sandwiches were all very elegantly presented and delicious. The staff were all friendly and nice. The music was a bit too loud and not very relaxing, which was the only negative point.

Waited 40mins for our cocktails and instead of lime n mint combo came with a slice of orange, so wrong drink basically for a pricey £9.50. Food and service was otherwise OK.

Went in for father's day yesterday with the only Intention of getting some drinks. But decided to get food. Didn't like what I ordered and had every intention of paying for it but the waiter took it off of our bill. Highly recommend coming here either for just food or just drinks.

I've been to The Terrace twice now and both times everything has been perfect! Food and drinks were delicious and the staff are lovely. Alphanso served our table both times and made us feel well looked after. Although we hadn't told them the booking was for a birthday, they spotted the cards and presents and sang happy birthday to my dad whilst bringing out a cake with a sparkler. The attention to detail and attentiveness of the staff was unmatched. I would 100% recommend this place!

Service was polite and relatively quick. The balcony and upbeat music playing softly was nice, great view and well decorated dining spaces. Food was middle of the road. Avoid the starters, pricey for what it was. Drinks are reasonably priced.

We had a great afternoon tea at The Terrace yesterday and the owner was keen to know how we felt about the scones, which are delicious! In fact we enjoyed all the savoury and sweet options. We particularly enjoyed the egg sandwiches, what a great flavour! I think it's the nicest high tea I've been to! Delicious and the staff were friendly and the decor was amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Leamington Spa!

My daughter held her 21st birthday party in the Colonnade Room. Everything was perfect - excellent service, beautifully set-up room, delicious food. And the cost was very competitive. Could recommend wholeheartedly.

Came for the first time as a group of four girls tonight. Service was exceptional, food was beautiful. I also had a lychee martini as I saw it on the menu and thought it was unusual, it was lovely. Will definitely be back!

Seems to be a popular place for cocktails in Leamington and was busy in the evening. It is also very instagrammable, although I am not sure it is up my street I would recommend ti pay a visit and decide for yourselves.

Lovely restaurant and pub in leamington spa. Booked at last minute. Service and food excellent. Would be lovely to sit on terrace when slightly warmer although they have got heaters, it was a bit cold for us oldies 😀

I had an amazing mid week birthday that felt special the team and owner are amazing and friendly and kind . This is my favourite establishment in leamington for all events and the private room is so stylish highly recommend

Friday and Saturday live music nights absolutely great - mixed crowd, friendly service, fab atmosphere. Just here for the weekend and a great find - highly recommended.

We randomly dropped into The Terrace for lunch on our tour of the area. Fascinating venue, very cool, a bit of the feeling of getting a glimpse of another world. Good service, good atmosphere and good food. Absolutely recommended.

As I said before, very welcoming, cannot fault it ,precent, warm relaxing place .caters for different arrangements, from meat eater to vegan,drinks fine away of wines to cocktails to non alcoholic, or a lovely coffee.in different varieties, a place will go again, plus LGBTQ+ welcome,

Enjoyed the ambience, had the Sunday Roast, I had the sirloin steak my husband the trio of meats, chicken was very tasty which is not always the case with a roast and the lamb as a roulade made a nice twist but still plenty of meat. Some of us made room for desserts that did not disappoint. Great wine menu not your normal traditional wines but were excellent. Thank you for making our Family of 8 Sunday lunch so enjoyable.

Went here with a large group for my 30th birthday and what a beautiful venue. The lights and furniture created a lovely atmosphere. Some of our guests arrived late meaning we didn’t order till gone half 7 then had starter which came out quickly. Our mains took around an hour after our starters which the team chased and apologised for but we were late ordering and it was a busy Friday evening. The food was amazing, some of the best I’ve had. Crab cakes to start and the lobster linguini was fab. I chose this place as I’d come for a baby shower here and the venue and cocktails looked beautiful. Our waiter was attentive with drinks and helped with a knife and plates for my cake after the food. They even put a sparkler in the cake which was a lovely addition. Look forward to going back and thank you for hosting my 30th so well!

Very floppy. Price is towards the upper end but you get this back with meal quality

Service here was really quite poor. First we had to wait until a good 20 minutes after our reservation to get our table, then service seemingly became even slower. We arrived at 7pm, ordered by 7:45 and at 9:10pm (!!!) we were finally served our food, just as the head waiter was squeezing past us to plug in some speakers under our table. The place then turned into a night club - really unpleasant for a dinner service we had booked and anticipated. The food was good, but really just to the standard of a decent pub, so nothing to rave about overall. Something else that was rather bothersome was that I had to justify to the waiter why I wouldn't order an alcoholic drink and rather opted for one of their alcohol free options. Won't return.

Had a lovely birthday dinner at The Terrace! The staff were very helpful and gave us the private room which was perfect for the occasion. Excellent service, atmosphere, and food - would highly recommend!

Had an 18th birthday party for my daughter using their private dining room. 22 guests in total. Food was very good and all came out together. We were advised to submit our food request earlier in the day to avoid longer wait times which seemed to work out very well. Lots of Gluten free options on the menu too. There is a large screen TV in there which were were able to upload photos via memory stick and a Bluetooth sound bar to play our own choice of music from our phones Simran was very hospitable to us and we were able to come in earlier in the day to decorate the room. My only slight negative is there were a few displaced carpet tiles but this did not detract from our experience. We will visit again.

Absolutely amazing place, food was excellent, service was excellent and the live band was brilliant. What a place, will definitely return. Such a fantastic atmosphere. This place is an absolute gem. We needed 2 gluten free meals in our party which The Terrace said was no problem, and true to their word served two 3 course gluten free meals which were divine.

By far the best place in town! The service is impecable and the food is insanely delicious. The staff always go above and beyond and it's an incredible place! 5* all around!

Dinner at The Terrace has always been absolutely delicious every single time I have been. I’ve celebrated mine and my husband’s birthdays here, had a large party of 14 of us turn up when the live band has been on and Hayden accommodated all of us smoothly with no fuss... whatever the occasion, I’ve always had immaculate service. Oto and Alphanso looked after us the last time we visited and they were superb!

I’ve been here twice now and both times were horrible let downs. The drinks are average and the decor is classless and tacky as can be. I would be ashamed to spend that much money renovating and opening a restaurant for it to look the way it does. The staff are rude and will ignore you while you are waiting for your order to be taken. I will not be coming back.

I have stayed and eaten here, intermittently over 3 weeks. The apartments are roomy, luxurious and warm The food (and cocktails) are such that I would be pleased, even in a "Michelin" restaurant. I have been treated like a VIP This place is definitely worth a try. You will return!

I have been visiting this place recently, The terrace with new furniture is a delightful addition to this Leamington. The quality of the furniture is evident, promising both comfort and durability. The overall design enhances the aesthetics of the place, making it an inviting place to relax and unwind. the new furniture elevates the indoor experience.

Worst experience as the manager in charge is the worst person ever I had came across. Didn't had the proper attitude to talk to guests. Had a terrible food out there specially the fish n chips.

We have a great night at The Terrace celebrating my daughter's birthday. The atmosphere, food and service were excellent and the live music was an unexpected delight. Highly recommend and will definitely return. My only criticism is that the paper menus are a bit tatty and don't give the same glamorous vibe as the decor or match the classy drinks menus.

Stayed in the hotel. Room was nice. Not a place to stay if you want a good night's sleep. There was live music on which we could hear loud and clear, it finished around 11 but the noise carried on long after that from drunken group of men.

Food was extremely high quality, especially given the reasonable price. They played meme songs the whole time (epic). However, a drop of wine was spilt. :(((
