Oysters were fresh and dish sizes were good for one person. Lots of meat choices though primarily sea food reigns. Will recommend.

We booked the lovely room in the back for our daughter’s wedding day.on Thursday 16th January. It was a wonderful day. From the first moment we arrived until the end of our meal. Great restaurant for special occasions. Bit expensive.

Service was very unpleasant and unfriendly considering the reputation of this establishment. After booking a reservation in advance, preparations had not been arranged, delaying our dinner. We were waiting over an hour for our food to arrive, despite being worth the wait, the waiters were very inattentive. Overall an overrated experience and will not recommend or return.

Great ambience. The food was good, and little overpriced for standard Itlaina food, nit exactly Michelin Star, but price not far off.

The white waitress there is a racist. She came to ask me if I could start to order for THREE times in just 12 minutes after I walked inside the restaurant. And her overall service was filled with impatience and subtle discrimination upon me. You know some white people may appear very polite on the surface, but their words and actions towards you are filled with discrimination. That waitress’s attitude was extremely humble to other white customers. I still can’t believe that I paid her 10 pounds as a tip. She almost destroyed my whole trip to leamington spa.

Staff seem to think they are better than a paying customer. Attitude problems especially the blonde woman invest in some customer service training

Beautiful setting for a feast of traditional Italian Cuisine. The waiting staff are excellent and the food is as good as you'll find in a Michelin starred restaurant. Great selection of wine by the glass and bottles from the cellar. Desserts were also of the highest quality. Traditional Tiramisu and Lemon Tart in photos.

Smashing place to come for a meal. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Enjoyed our late lunch. Calamari fritters was excellent. The prawns in a lovely creamy sauce.

Spent our last night of our European holiday at La Coppola and so glad that we did. The food was outstanding and so was the service. Highly recommend for a special night out in Leamington Spa

Great Italian dining experience. The restaurant is decorated a bit like a heavenly dream (this isn’t a criticism) and is well lit but not harshly so. The service is very good, almost fine dining and everyone is ultra professional, which reminded me of top end dining experiences on the continent. Very good wine selections too. If you like the whole flambé experience when dining then be sure to have the lobster pasta and the chocolate fondant.

I visited La Coppola on Tuesday evening with a friend to celebrate her 30th. We were greeted warmly by the staff, who kindly took our coats and seated us in a lovely area. Since it was a Tuesday evening, the atmosphere was very chilled, allowing us to enjoy our chat and relax. The staff were not only friendly but also very attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious and didn't take too long to arrive. It was so fresh and tasty! Some of the best pasta I've ever eaten (and I've eaten a lot!). Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it. Looking forward to coming back in future!

Best food I've had for a long time!

A wonderful! evening! celebrating our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. It was excellent in every way. 👏 They even brought us a candle in my dessert. 🍨 Which was an unexpected & lovely surprise! Phenomenal place. One of my favourite Italian restaurants. Been here over the years and the food alongside the service is unmatched. Everything is so perfectly balanced, fresh and delicious! Can’t recommend highly enough. Decor is beautiful lovely ambience however it’s all about the food, cooked to perfection bursting with flavours. I was craving oysters and boy were they worth the drive up 🤤 I was welcomed warmly given a table for one as I was solo. Had steak for mains and it was literally melt in your mouth. Compliments to the chef 🤌 bellissimo!

Had a nice evening out with friends at La Coppola last Friday. I was really impressed by the atmosphere and decor. The food and service was faultless. I ordered the sea bass and I have to say it was cooked to perfection, with a mixture of sides that the table share, all of which were also really amazing. Would definitely recommend

The service and atmosphere was amazing but the food was not of the same standard. It was a good experience but the food was prepared more for looks then anything else. If you are going for the experience then go for it... but I think if you are a foodie and you want quality food, you will be a bit disappointed.

What a beautiful restaurant , the food was exceptional . Whilst my friends had bruschetta and calamari starters with sea bass which came out on fire over a bed of salt and fillet steak in a Barollo sauce which they said was fantastic , I had the prawn dolci latte ( spelled incorrectly I think ) and chicken in mushroom sauce . Let me tell you , they were all gorgeous . The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel so special , considering we were a table of lads . We sadly never stayed for dessert as we needed room for more beer . Thankyou La Coppola , you were amazing

Muddy rocket. I took a mouthful and there was soil EVERYWHERE. I had to spit it out and wash my mouth. They did replace the carpaccio with the rocket salad and it was ok but I couldn’t quite have the salad. We were charged fully as well.

Restaurant that offers dishes inspired by Italian cuisine, very good and well cooked. It offers the opportunity to taste excellent oysters. Starters, pasta and meat cooked and presented well. A slightly tacky setting that tries to wink at Italy with an unsuccessful result. Friendly, helpful and prepared staff. Good service. Little parking. Prices above average. The wine cellar is good.

Really nice decore and very instagramable, great for taking your partner out or for a date. The customer service was great and very attentative. The food was nice and good sized portions.

I can’t overstate how wonderful our meal was last night. The service was impeccable, the establishment is clean and tidy and beautifully decorated, and the food was genuinely one of the greatest meals I have ever eaten. First time here, but will definitely be back very soon

Very nice food, I went with my best mate and it's definitely more of a romantic restaurant so was a bit odd but that's not the fault of the restaurant.

Adorable atmosphere, the food quite nice without being amazing but the service could do with improvement. We needed to pour our own wine from our bottle, waiters appeared disinterested in giving us advice on the menu and I felt them to be a touch arrogant. But the atmosphere is really very lovely.

Amazing restaurant, excellent cocktails. best oysters ever, very flavourful. We had six Oysters, chicken livers which were delicious, served in a rich gravy sauce. We also had the courgette fries again served with a lovely dipping sauce, delicious. For mains we ordered the lobster linguine, with brandy sauce, this wasn’t as saucy or creamy as I had hoped but had a good serving of lobster. For dessert we shared pannacotta which was very nice.

We celebrated our daughters 40th birthday with our 2 young granddaughters. We were given such a warm welcome - particularly the children! Our waiter was Alex who was friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. All the meals were really delicious and plentiful and we never felt hurried. There was a lovely atmosphere and we would definitely return and recommend

1st visit since its relocation onto the Parade. The restaurant is absolutely top notch & probably one of (if not) 'the' best restaurants in Leamington. Food is outstanding. Decor is something to behold. Service is 1st class & all the staff present themselves immaculately. Prices are on the high side... but only to be expected as his restaurant is in a different league compare with anything locally.

Meal too salty. Taste not exceptional. The staff too intrusive. We had the feeling of not being welcome. We need to clear the table quickly. Really very disappointed 😞

Tuesday evening dinner was excellent as was the house red wine. Pleasant and discrete service made it a drlightful experience.

The ambience and food are really great, unfortunately some of the service staff are very snooty and treat guests very condescendingly

This was a really lovely evening! Food, atmosphere and more importantly the staff were excellent. Checking on us, giving recommendations and all my family loved their food and the wine selection was delicious - my dad had a delicious red that he thought was great. Starters were great portion sizes and very yummy! Main courses were also delicious and bit different too which made them even more tasty. So thank you, can wait to come again.

It’s a good place unfortunately they add a service charge! That for me ruins the experience… for me that says he doesn’t pay his staff enough or just a way for him to pay them less to have more money for himself! Will not visit again

What a stunning Italian restaurant. I could not fault this restaurant for ambiance, staff, atmosphere, food or anything else. Went to thr restaurant to meet my sons fiancées parents for the first time. Big occasion and the restaurant turned out to be the perfect venue. Both of us mums arrived with flowers and the staff immediately offered to take them and put them in water until we left. The interior decor was stunning and pristinely clean. Spoilt for choice for every course on the menu which made it difficult to choose. Very attentive staff and despite being very busy the food arrived quickly. Was delicious and authentic plated up beautifully. The restaurant made this occassion extra special. Not the cheapest place but worth every penny.

There are full of outstanding restaurants in Leamington Spa and La Coppola certainly one of the best. I had the Linguine alla Agosta, with fresh lobster meat. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, I went on. Sunday evening although the street was quiet, the restaurant was busy for 6:30pm . Excellent dining experience!

If you’re in Leamington Spa, this is simply THE BEST restaurant. Exquisite Italian food, with great service. Note that it is a slightly formal place that uses only the finest ingredients, so it’s worth dressing up and spending a bit more for a special occasion.

Exceptional menu with plenty of choices, highly recommend bruschette, chicken in tomatoes and sausage with a side order of vegetables, or ravioli with lamb and chilli..delicious the dessert menu is definitely not to be missed panna cotte and lemon tarte with lemon gelato.. I would highly recommend everything on the menu.. Absolutely prefect..thank you..

Been to this restaurant twice (once a year) when visiting family. Both times they make a request for cash only with a false claim their card machine doesn’t work. I believed them the first time, not the second time today. I realised they need to be reported to trading standards for money laundering since the owners have been bankrupt since 2018 and the companies all dissolved since around then. Trading illegally unfortunately which is such a shame and when I questioned them and told them it was illegal they played dumb. Gosh so disappointed to see such a prominent restaurant acting so fraudulently. I would only attend if you can pay on CARD. DONT BELIEVE THE CARD MACHINE WIFI EXCUSE!

This is a special place for a celebration- birthday meal here - and was absolutely fantastic. The kitchen can cook and delivered top drawer food for us. Mrs W proclaimed the 9 Hour Lamb “the best lamb” she had ever eaten. My veal Monte Carlo was delicious. Our starters of zucchini fries + carpaccio were up there with ‘best’ standards too. Waiting staff are on point too which adds to the whole experience. The closest I could come to by comparison was The Ivy - lovely location and atmosphere- but the food is even better. Will be back!

For a restaurant in rural England, this is exceptional. Italian food made in the traditional way, nice ambience with actual Italian waiters. You can experience a little piece of Italy here.
