One of the best local pubs in Leamington in a lovely part of town. Great beers. Real Ales and range of lagers. Lovely feel and atmosphere in the lounge and the bar areas. Recently Added a garden room and courtyard as well as seats out front. Dog friendly. Matt the landlord always welcoming.

Was and is lovely - I find myself in Leamington spa every two - three months or so. I always enjoy popping in to the Somerville Arms to the friendly comfortable and familiar local pub.

Best pub in town, the only problem with it, is that you just dont want to leave 😵‍💫

Great old fashioned pub with friendly staff and an awesome atmosphere. You can't beat sitting outside on a nice summers evening catching up with friends and watching the world go by.

Great range of drinking options. Their EverardsTiger is legendary. Also wider Everards such as their new stout excellent. Good cocktails too. Friendly public bar. Relaxed back bar. Love it!

Never been before and found a gem of a pub. Happened to be open mic night which was fun. Wife said toilets were clean so that always gets a 👍

Delightful local of the sort that seem rarer with every passing day. My first and possibly last visit but it seems well enough patronised to ensure its continued existence.....

Traditional pub with a great atmosphere. Excellent variety of ales and wines too. There's a Greek style food van parked outside that provides a food menu for customers in the pub. Dog friendly too and there's a programme of live music.

Amazing range of cask ales! Staff are really friendly and food was bang on!

Can't say too much about the place as it was just for a swift one. Great beer, seems cosy and loved the original features. Proper beer, none of your brewed in an industrial scale stuff so is high on the list for my next trip into Leamington.

I visited this comfortable local pub on New Year's Day for the simple fun of enjoying a drink. I found it plus a free tuition of dart game by a friendly neighbourhood customer. This is a place to go to experience an English urban pub

The Greek burger van outside does tasty burgers, a great compliment, whether it's to eat in the pub, outside or takeaway and they do home deliveries as well, try one you will be surprised just how good they are.

"new" management a few years ago now. They've added a Gyro van outside for food which is appreciated. They have gluten free options. Staff are lovely. As is the pub dog: Tiger. The beer is still excellent, but now there's more variety including a dark beer on cask which is much appreciated. Still a "proper" cozy British pub.

Attended a jazz jam night. Reasonably priced nice pub. They have a start food van parked outside serving good food. Will return to eat again

Very welcoming, was my dad's local in the 70s. Some things have changed but alot is how it was back in the day.

What an amazing traditional pub. The beer is great and the atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. They have a great young landlord that has recently taken over the pub who is going to update the pub without taking away any of the charm of this place. Whenever I'm in Leamington I'll make sure to pop in for a beer.

Nice place to hang out with friends, friendly staff and there are 2 cute friendly dogs I think they belong to the owner, playing and running around, it's really nice to be there enjoying your food and drinks and company of the dogs. BTW we had chicken burger there and it was really nice!

Lovely place, warm and friendly with a great selection of beers. It's well worth the short walk from the town centre.

Nice quiet place for a pint. Since recently they set up a van with a decent food offering which you can eat in the pub. Chap running it now is friendly. Recommended

This place is awesome. Very friendly atmosphere, good beer. There is a food van outside that has some really good food. Friday night seems the best night to be there. You can sit outside obviously where there are some great benches to chill out on. Highly recommended. Also fantastic they seem to have survived the lockdown which has put so many others out of business.

Great traditional pub serving well kept beer from Everard's and other local breweries. Currently offering table service outside with a Greek gyro van selling lovely takeaway food. Tell the person at the van that you want to order drinks and someone from the pub wil come and serve you.

Great "old man" pub. Service is wonderful, place feels homely and the food vans that they've had there lately are absolutely awesome!

New manager. Same charm and improved beer

New Landlord. It's getting a spruce up and a hot drinks machine soon. Vapping isn't allowed now which is good news too.

Classic local pub with a real traditional 'public bar' & 'snug' setup offering great beers and cosy sociable surroundings. The management (Paul - retiring Dec 2019) and bar staff are exceptional. Looking forward to the Grand Opening of the 'old' Somerville under 'new' management!

Love this little gem. We always go for a few (and few more ) when Im up from London visiting my friend and sometimes they have live music. The restrooms are the cleanest I have ever seen in a pub and the owner is a lovely chap. A must go place if you are in town and fancy a pint

This is my first English type pub... I just loved the place for the music and the people over there... They treated us with so much affection... Don't miss to visit the place on Wednesday when people come from various parts of the city to play ghe music.

Friendly pub with a nice pint, great jazz music been played live which was great! Seems a bit older man pub decor depressing and very uncomfortable seating, I was only needing to use my tab for an hour while I was working but was very numb after!

Paul is a very friendly landlord and the pub has a v.good selection of beers. The Tiger is always the top choice, alongside a Titanic Stout. Excellent music evenings throughout the month in a relaxed cosy setting. Prices are good value also.

My wife and I were visiting from the states over the Christmas period and the Somerville became our local haunt because of its wonderful charm, quiet weekday bar, great beer, snacks and staff. It was a real highlight of our trip and we miss it greatly. It's wonderful to see that it hasn't changed in the ten years since I left the UK to live in the US. We will always be back here during our family visits. Pure home comfort.

Not very good. Be prepared to pay London prices. Lots of odd people frequent this place. Mmmm! Best avoided.

Just simply put: excellently kept beer. Well worth a visit. Seems I can't publish a review without reading their food: crisps were crisps. Beer was really excellent.
