Visited for the first time as it's a local spot. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I wanted to change my order, there were no staff members available to help. I had to search for someone and ended up at a counter where two girls—who seemed more like influencers than staff—were standing. One gave me a look as if I didn’t belong and then turned to her friend instead of helping. Eventually, I approached the chef directly, but he seemed unsure of what to do. Someone else finally stepped in, but told me since I had already paid, there wasn’t much they could do. Eventually, the order was amended, but I later realized I was overcharged by £4.50. When the food arrived, no one checked in on us. We waited nearly an hour for dessert, and when it finally came, it had a piece of metal in it. My partner took it back, and staff claimed it was uncooked angel hair—but it clearly looked like a piece of scouring pad (Scotch-Brite).They served us a new one but it looks nothing like the one in their menu. To top it off, the roof was leaking. Both staff and customers had to carefully walk around puddles of water on the floor, yet no one placed a bucket or attempted to mop it. We ended up using our own glass to collect the dripping water. Staff walked by, saw the glass, and just shook their heads without doing anything. It felt very careless. Throughout our visit, staff were constantly dodging puddles instead of cleaning them. While the restaurant itself is aesthetically pleasing, the service was poor and the staff came across as unmotivated and inattentive.

I had a really disappointing experience at this place. The service was terrible — the waiters were visibly lazy, barely checking on tables and seeming uninterested in actually doing their job. We waited ages for the food to arrive, and when it finally did, the portions were small and underwhelming. For the prices they’re charging, I expected much better. Definitely not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend, and I won’t be coming back.

Great food! Had Lamb Kebab for a main, Dubai Pistachio Kunafa Lokma Dough Balls with fresh mint tea for desserts - one word - AMAZING!! 🤩

This place became my usual. It is family friendly and the staff are extremely nice especially with kids. I love their shisha, I love their food, and the pies are delicious. Rose Lemonade was lovey and refreshing, and I really enjoyed the Sujuk and Flatbread. The sausages and the sauce were full of flavour. Would be nice to offer a sparkling version of the rose lemonade too! Will definitely be back to try some more dishes. I love that you can order and pay at the table using the touchscreen. Super convenient.

Absolutely loved everything about this place! Definitely visiting again. Very accommodating especially with a baby. You have to try their pistachio frappe!!!!!! Grilled chicken is amazing! Hot starters platter is very nice to explore. Cold matcha + vanilla syrup is good too. Love this place travelled over an hour to get here and I’ll do it again!

Lovely atmosphere, so open and bright with lovely plants and cool Arabic artwork. The food was very tasty, we ordered the brunch mezze, mixed grills, lemon saffron chicken, pistachio & Nutella manaeesh & elderflower lemonade. All so fresh & tasty with reasonable prices. We celebrated my birthday as a big family including a very active and loud baby but the staff were so accommodating and kind, catering to our every need. Special shoutout to the ladies bathroom, I could feed my baby comfortably on the arm chair and the prayer space was a very special bonus. Thank you, we will definitely be back again!

We visited on Eid al-Fitr, and the service was a bit slow due to the crowd. However, the grilled dishes were absolutely amazing, especially the Joojeh Kabab (Chicken Zaferan) and Lamb Kebab. Definitely worth it!

This restaurant was amazing, the food was delicious, fairly priced, fresh and did not wait very long. Our waiter Marwan was very kind and accommodating! Will definitely return soon!

I recently visited The Terrace Bakery and had a great experience, especially with their shisha and service. The shisha was smooth and with a good variety of options to choose from. It was well-prepared and lasted a long time without getting harsh. The service was excellent especially from Marwan, who was particularly attentive and friendly. He frequently checked in to make sure everything was fine and even gave us some great flavour recommendations. His welcoming attitude made the experience even more enjoyable.

Wow, amazing. The pistachio dough balls were definitely my favorite part. Wish this was online to be delivered. They brought the dates out in time to break our fast too, we didn’t even order them. Amazing service. Staff were very nice as well. Relaxed environment. Everything was brought out so quick too, we had to ask for some stuff for takeaway since we got so full.

Tasteless food . Under cook chicken . Food came late . Basic items like the chips was tasteless. Over priced. . Regret going there. Save your hard earning money for something better.

We booked a table for two, and our reservation was confirmed. However, when we arrived, the place was completely full, and we had to wait for 20 minutes without getting a table. If the venue was already at capacity, why confirm a booking? We were looking forward to enjoying shisha and dinner but unfortunately didn’t get the chance. It would be helpful if the booking system reflected real-time availability to avoid such situations

Turkish eggs were advertised with Greek yogurt, but "Greek style yogurt" was used (there is a big difference in taste, quality and price). Manoush were excellent. I don't understand why we were charged service charge when all service is done via a tablet? Overall it was ok.

The quality of the food is significantly let down by the incredibly slow service and ambivalence shown by the waiting staff; almost as If they couldn't care less. If this is resolved, it will be a great experience.

I recently visited Terrace Bakery, and I must say it was an absolute delight! The food was delicious, with a variety of fresh, flavourful options. The desserts, in particular, were heavenly – perfectly crafted and bursting with flavour. The ambience was warm and inviting, providing a cosy setting for a relaxed meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Terrace Bakery to anyone looking for great food in a lovely atmosphere. Ahmed, who I believe is the manager, is a great asset to The Terrace and honestly the only reason we have returned a few times. His service is impeccable and is always checking in on tables despite it being busy. The food is usually always spot on, however waiting times are borderline excessive and sometimes cold, even after waiting long times. For example, we waited almost an hour for just the hot mezze. Despite this, Ahmed was always helpful and keeping us updated. If it wasn’t for Ahmed we honestly probably wouldn’t return.

We loved it there! The food was very tasty and the service was amazing! The portions were big and we were not able to order deserts afterwards as we were so full 😉Planning to come back! My favourite bread is and will always be zaatar bread;) We also got taking away containers and a bag to take our goodies home 😉 We ordered za’star manousheh, kibbeh, falafel, batata harra and grilled halloumi. Then we’ve got lamb kebab with rice, lamb kebab with chips and mixed grill. I loved orange, carrot and ginger juice! It’s was so tasty!

Terrible service. Essentially non-existent. Food came very late. Shisha never arrived. Ordered chicken shawarma. I would say this was the worst shawarma I’ve ever had. Very oil heavy, not rich in taste and caused significant reflux in somebody who rarely gets reflux. Tea was ordered - can literally taste and smell oil in it. Shisha ordered - but just took an extremely long time to be made. 40 min in the wait, decided to give up and just leave. Won’t be returning.

Food was really good and the service was amazing!

Where do I start, from very slow to bad service. Waited over 5 mins for cutlery then 20 mins for the shisha which we didn’t have due to the very rude service. As for the food it was bland, lamb kebab still smell of raw meat and took forever to get the sauce, by the time it came everything was cold and no point of sauce. The service is awful! The decor is not to my taste!
