Morley's in Ealing

Food was tasty but it was dead cold- not happy with this. Would like to see warm/hot food delivered when I pay the service charge & delivery fees.

Oiliest food I ever eat. Fries and chicken were full of oil, I couldn’t taste the food from how much oil was in it, I am very disappointed of this place. I don’t recommend it.

They've changed their chicken fillet in the burgers, which is now like a flat pancake.

Chicken was flavourless and extremely dry. I have had much better Morleys from other branches.

one of the best fried and peri peri chicken that I have tried in recent times.

The chicken without any ketchup or mayonnaise, it’s £27 order. Other shops give it with for £4 orders too. Only looks for their own profit unfortunately

Great food at fair prices. The coating on the wings is flavoursome and crispy with the chicken cooked to perfection. The fillet burger is a throw back to when KFC was good. Good value for money

it's says on the Just eat app my order has been delivered however nothings been delivered to my address and I have been waiting outside for my order this is really inconvenient and I would appreciate this to be sorted out

Loaded fried had name sake chicken, very finely shredded :-(, no cutlery or tissues ! Delivery was bang on time , so saved the food other wise it would have been a one star.

Non spicy burger was more spicy than the spicy wings. Outside of that pretty alright chicken, decent price - the standard chips are a bit bad but there’s lot of them

onion rings burnt after such a long wait food arrived cold it had a very funny smell of cleaning products in the food its was awful all went in the rubbish first experience and will be the last not recommend at all waste of money

food arrived later than the specified time. chicken wasn't very taste and was soggy. Requested for some thigh pieces and they gave only 1 in the family bucket! maybe I shouldn't have requested for thigh pieces and might have gotten more. had dry breast pieces.

The delivery driver was supposed to ring my mobile number as he came to the door but rang the door when was instructed to ring me not happy with his behaviour

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this Morley’s branch. My family and I suffered food poisoning after consuming the wings we purchased, leading to severe symptoms such as vomiting and discomfort. This has especially impacted my elderly mother, who has been unwell since eating the food. I understand that mistakes can happen, but food safety must be a top priority. I urge the management to investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary steps to ensure the safety of all customers. I have also tried contacting the branch by phone to report this, but unfortunately, no one answered. This lack of responsiveness only adds to the frustration and concerns I have about the operations here. Given the seriousness of the situation, I will be taking this matter further and reporting it to the relevant authorities for investigation. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and immediate action is taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.”

Staff need to update services like no need wait for delivery drivers, I was done my so many orders but always food packer wait for when driver comes and start making, why not pack before driver come and put on hot areas, if things we pack front of driver and buyer getting hot food these more than 100% wrong because driver decided to deliver hot food or cold food to customer , not you

i am absolutely furious as our order was not delivered although the driver put up it had i called the shop who said it is not down to them as driver is from just eat its an absolute joke .

This place is so good the chicken is well seasoned

The food and prices are half decent but the service, communication, delivery are terrible. Been waiting for over 1.5 hours nearly for a delivery through uber eats and it’s not as if the order was a difficult one. 4 chicken wraps and one portion of chips. This is sadly the 3rd time we have had this sort of delay and whenever you call them to get an update not only are they rude down the phone but they tend to blame the driver even tho the foods not ready for them to pick up for them to deliver. If you’re thinking of eating at this place I advise to go and collect otherwise you will be disappointed! You have been warned.

Changed the delivery time like three times, most of my food was missing, nothing to do with the driver its the restaurant's fault. Waited for over an hour was very hungry after all the waiting to have most of your order missing and the restaurant Dont answer there phone.

Pros; Quick service Cheap Best wings in area hands down Cons; The guy behind the till was stingy with mayo Chicken strips are disgusting, tasted stale and oven cooked Chips were bland, needed lots of salt. Burger was very dry I would come back for the wings only.

Terribly slow with their preparation of food. I believe the driver told me that they hold on to a customers orders till they get another order next to the initial client’s address. This is the worst ever delivery service one could expect after paying your delivery fee. The chips came to me literally frozen and more soggier than left over fries from 3 days ago. Disgusting service. No tissue and sauces. You’re expected to eat with your hand too.🤢🤮

I ordered a full peri chicken (hot) and a large fries. The chicken breast was butterflied, it was not dry, it was perfect. This is not a very "saucy" peri. The hot was medium/hot to me, I would go extra hot next time. The fries were thin and good.

Lovely double chicken burgers cooked to perfection and just the correct amount of sauce. The wings were also fresh and tasty. The delivery was speedy and everything well packaged.

having bought many times I was disgusted to watch the driver take a detour, fill his petrol tank up putting an exta 15mins on the journey and making my food cold. usually the foods always piping hot

Missing some chicken, fries and wings. Now this could have been an error at the restaurant or tampered with after leaving with the delivery driver. We have ordered from here previously and not had any issues. The food is great quality and better tasting than other chicken shops.

Onion rings completely overdone and also popcorn chicken, too hard for my grandson to eat, along with the fact they didn’t send the chicken burger just a disaster

Very poor food. I ordered loaded fries. They sent me half portion of fries and 2 strips on top which cost me £5. Ridiculous place. They don’t even know what loaded fries is but they have put in the menu. Crazy..

Never open the time it states. Hot wings are not spicy at all. Half decent though. Gonna go to Sams up the road, bet they open on time!

Preserved spicy wrap meal and there was no spicy wrap. Spoke to the restaurant they said they sent it? Either they didn’t or the driver ate it.. waiting for a refund

I was waiting for my order for 30mins just for the order to be cancelled and then i had order again which took another 30mins to be delivered and the quality of the food was not great , the wings were soggy

Took over an hour to reach us and food was cold. This place is hit and miss, when they are very busy they struggle to get out orders in time and have had issues. On some occasions everything has been fine.

order never arrived although said delivered.. somebody is having a free lunch on us. the system says you should show the reference number so how can driver release order without it???

Purposely gave me a different burger WITH mayo and lettuce when i ordered a chicken steal burger with cheese and WITHOUT lettuce and mayo i have a feeling this has something to do with the manager who has wrong me multiple times already. I would recommend another morleys or a different fast food restaurant the other staff workers here are fine but its just the manager, the place may seem good at first impressions but its really not when you go there after awhile and when you get severed by the manager he will get your order wrong. This is coming from someone who once loved this place but just got scammed out of my money and was given a burger i dont like and as ive stated this wasnt the first time.

This place is just brilliant. Consistent. Always hot food. Proper portions too! This is my regular go to take away now
