Purposely gave me a different burger WITH mayo and lettuce when i ordered a chicken steal burger with cheese and WITHOUT lettuce and mayo i have a feeling this has something to do with the manager who has wrong me multiple times already. I would recommend another morleys or a different fast food restaurant the other staff workers here are fine but its just the manager, the place may seem good at first impressions but its really not when you go there after awhile and when you get severed by the manager he will get your order wrong. This is coming from someone who once loved this place but just got scammed out of my money and was given a burger i dont like and as ive stated this wasnt the first time.

Food isn’t fresh, I had wings, burger and fries and they were all old. The wings have been fried in old oil and you can tell by the taste, a let down for the brand Morley’s as I always used to enjoy from south London branches. Won’t be wasting my money again!

They microwave their food before delivery, so you get a soggy chicken burger with hot mayo and yellow cooked lettuce, not a pleasant burger at all.

I don’t like the fact that they microwave there food to make sure it’s pipping hot on delivery, no one wants to eat a chicken burger that’s got scorching hot Mayo and pretty much cooked lettuce. It’s disgusting. Stop doing that.

Food ok but a long way from the pictures

The order was wrong it had two cheeseburgers instead of two hamburgers. All the burgers and large chips was luke warm which made the chips taste under cooked.

When opening my bag, my burger was out of its packaging at the bottom of my bag!!!

First time trying Morley’s the food quality was actually good but I’m not sure about the Morley’s Heinz sauce, it literally tastes the same as a cheap chicken/chips shop mix you make on the spot (expected a bit of a special taste compared to a regular sauce because of the hype) but food itself was tasty.

Morley's gave me the wrong order, this was not accepted from the driver. I called the shop with driver present and was literally told: " if I want my food, I need to come and collect it".

It's ok, not the same as the south London one. But even then better chicken shops are available if you look around, for a local quick fix it's alright at least it's Halal that's a good thing.

Chips not great. Value for money pretty good. Grilled hot wings not great. BBQ wings were tasty. Burger was ok hot wings decent.

Disgusting and dirty place .I ve never seen them washing hands after touching money .They allowed ILLEGAL Uber drivers to collect orders only because they are from the same country .HMRC and Emigration Officer should visit this spot.

The fillet of fish burger was awful, burnt to the point that the taste was over powered and it was coated in oil (omega 3 oils I doubt it) but the spicy double fillet burger and fries were fine thankfully fine enough for a chicken shop.

My order was over an hour and a half late and cold. Specially the chips which were like a day old. Very poor service didn’t even give me a chance to cancel. Finally the drink I was given a Miranda strawberry in place of original coke !!

Driver didn’t even ring the doorbell, rang then didn’t answer his phone when I rang back, and marked up on the app as ‘Delivered’. Morley’s will just blame it on the Uber Eats driver even though they’ve just taken your money and your food is nowhere to be seen. Don’t even waste your time/ money.

I legit almost died, the chicken was as red as a females pad on her first day of her period. Wouldn’t recommend

The food was cold and wasn't up to standard. The chips tasted very bland and I only received 5 wings instead of 6 which was not right.

I have always associated Morley’s with South/South East London. Therefore I was very surprised to see one local to me. My comparison to the branch in SE is very different to this branch. Granted I ordered via Just East, my order arrived cold. The chicken burger with hash browns was covered in mayonnaise, clearly overkill as you could not taste the chicken if it was dry or not, very disappointing. The fries were cold so only had a few. The four chicken wings was extremely oily and could barely eat two. Unfortunately the remainder of the food was condemned to the bin. Locally if you want good chips, go to Chicken Land in Sudbury Hill (peri-peri ones) and their giant chicken fillet burger, but that can be hit and miss unless you dine in. Locally the best chicken wings goes to KFC South Harrow via delivery. Very disappointing, I would personally avoid. Felt a bit sick after, so not great.
