Avoid! I ordered (10/12/2024) a BMT footlong meal deal on deliveroo - I received Tuna. As someone with a seafood allergy, If I hadn't smelt the fish first, this would have killed me. Couldn't even get a proper refund of deliveroo, absolutely insane

Very good place! The food was very delicious and the staff were very friendly especially lovepreet who was very helpful in assisting me with any questions I had. Would highly recommend :)

ordered extras to my sub, extra cheese and hash brown and sub was sent without these items, not happy at all, it's not hard to read an meal order and complete it correctly

I was ordering meet balls with hot sauce. the sauce was middle spice not same like before and sandwich was delivered cold.

For a Monday morning where food should be fresh, both sandwiches were dry (sauce less) and stale.

Cold food due to Just Eat could not find a driver so sat there getting cold. Get more drivers or have less customers simple!

The place was too hot.Que was confusing just someone jumped in when its my turn.

Usually really pleased with the food but unfortunately not today. Ordered a plant based steak salad, which I received with plenty of salad but a few small crumbs, at most, of the steak. They should have marked as unavailable if they had run out.

This place has a worst staff behaviour. Very Rude behaviour towards the customers. Do not recommend

Well put together lovely salad and quick delivery. Only one little mistake, there was no poached egg, which is an extra at £1.59.

When I gone to this subway staff are very friendly and they gave me good food.

Create your own salads are excellent value. The plant based steak is very tasty.

Asked for sandwich to be toasted. It wasn't. Came all soggy

placed an order for 6pm. order says it was delivered at 6:06pm its almost 7pm and i have no food. tried to contact the restaurant and no ones picking up. would love to know whose enjoying the meal i paid for

This was due at 10:10 and didn’t turn up until 10:50 40 mins late and turnt up cold. Absolutely ridiculous. Didn’t have dinner at all. Appalling if the driver doesn’t know the area he shouldn’t be on that route

The new subway menu is one where the choice of salads is fixed. I chose the Tex Mex and it was aweful. In the past, you could have small portions of the complete salad range. Now, each subway comes with about 2 to 3 bits of salad. It simply is not worth the money. The new fixed menu is the worst commercial decision that Subway has made since entering the UK market.

Driver was prompt and courteous

Not too fond of the Meatless Philly Steak, personal preference i guess. Cookies were a little burnt but aside from that the service was lovely and the rest of the order was great! Love the crinkle wedges

Every single time I've ordered from this Subway on Deliveroo, it comes toasted even when I never selected the option. There seems to be an obsession with just putting everyone's order in the toaster even if it's not been asked for. These people seemingly never learn.

Greenford subway second time same experience old bread very chew n hard from sides kids can't eat .waste of money and waste of food to order from Greenford subway . This is our second incident happen frm same store . Not recommended at all or may b in home delivery they prefer to send use old bread n do sandwiches.

Came in at 10, the shop supposedly closes at 10:30, but the worker refused to serve me, saying it’s closed and that they close at 10:00, i showed him that online it says it closes at 10:30, he realised his lie had failed and then claimed his boss told him to close early, i then asked if he can call his boss and he refused saying that’s impossible. don’t understand the need to lie or to close half an hour early. wont be returning to this subway.

Not recommended in closing hours. Guy in todays shift was very rude, he didn’t even understand someone being pregnant and wanting to sit and eat. If you go there try seeing Sreyas he is accommodating out of all.

I left a note to the delivery man to call me when he is outside not to press the bell but he pressed. I’m so sorry as I shouted with him because of that. Maybe he didn’t read my note. I apologise for this. The order came earlier as I counted so I’m happy.

Whatever you do just don’t go Greenford Subway worse then Southall!!! Greenford needs to be more generous with there portions & sources especially if it’s a footlong and if your being paid + over charging people for something they asked for but didn’t receive. If it’s the two young boy and girl working do not waste your money! My subway didn’t taste the same :(

Left the sauce for the cheesy bites. Wrong ice cream. Phone constantly engaged and just disappointing all around. I don’t know if they have new staff but standards are going down!

The women and the men was very rude 😒

The bread was really hard and couldn’t chew some of it, I also asked for not toasted it came toasted. And the fillings were appalling it was messy.

I went in at around 10:20 PM today and instantly upon entering I was greeted by a wonderful staff member with a welcoming smile who was ready to take my order. The staff member RJ, was very quick and efficient with my order. I usually don’t eat at subways but because of RJ I have become a regular. RJ is nothing but a pure legend. If upper management read this, please give RJ a raise or bonus, he deserves it very much. Thank you subway. - A happy customer

Terrible experience, the food they sent was old cold and crusty. Anyone should be embarrassed to serve that. Deliveroo were also shocking and offered little to no support. Not using either of these places again.

Never gets an order right. Food is always toasted even if you ask for it not to be, like toasing is an obsession. Orders are usually incorrect with missing items especially when ordering via Deliveroo and UberEats. Overall terrible service and not worth using.
