The Terrace in Oxford

2nd time I ordered food from here. 1st time perfect, this time 1/2 hour late on a Sunday night, some food cold, some food ok - both times I have ordered thru Just Eat - first time good, this time not happy

We went in advance at 9.30pm to check closing time. Came back to order at 10pm, only to be told by 'Manager Leo' that there was no more chicken being cooked. Only boneless available. The Server Hari was extremely apologetic and very helpful. Leo disappeared and left a shop full of disappointed customers for Hari to try his best to appease. Very disappointing and not the standard I have come to expect from KFC over the years.

Excellent food in a well decorated pub with attentive service. I highly recommend!

Terrible Experience! Called up and made a reservation for 2 and then arrived at the restaurant to be seated by the delivery driver, sat there for 20 min waiting for our drink/food order to be taken when he finally came over after I had called him numerous times he then told us that it would be an extremely long wait for food as he’s busy with deliver orders (in other words go somewhere else) which he could of told us on the call we made 30 min previous or at least when we walked in instead of seating us and leaving us there for 20 min. Do not recommend
