Great place to go for drinks with a good atmosphere! Pints are a bit pricy but overall a great place. Highly recommended!

Nice place to have a beer in a big pub.

We hosted a client event in a corner of this pub. Food was great, though not very varied. The staff were fantastic, especially a female with dark hair - great service. Choice of drinks is adequate. The place had a good buzz, which we all enjoyed. Overall, I would recommend for a pint or even hosting a small event.

Not fair for me to review on a packed night but still the service was very good and the selection of drinks was very good too. Can't comment on food as I didn't have any. We reserved an area for a leaving drinks and all worked out well for the night. Thanks team

Good pub for after work or leaving drinks. I went for leaving drinks and big area for us. Quick service at bar, never waited longer than 2 mins, which is very good for central London. Friendly staff. Good Guinness.

£6.90?! I picked a hell of a week to quit drinking.

Went for a birthday party so different atmosphere to a normal occasion. Good food good drink. Look forward to returning on a "normal " day. I have and it is a good location for an after work drink, and serves food. Return on a regular basis

Wetherspoons quality food at 3 times the price. Its one of those venues where the ceiling and carpets have been removed, then using 20 or so tinny speakers they pump in vaccous music (which no one listens to) over the bustle of chat. The the overall noise level was awful - it was like dinning in a busy shipping container. I got cabin fever and couldn't wait to escape. Never again

Lovely lunch at the Telegraph, there were 4 of us, we had a selection of food from the Menu. Every meal was delicious. I had the Butternut squash meal, it was lovely, I’m going to try and make it myself! We were served by Alisha, what a superb employee she is for the Telegraph. It was my first visit, but everyone else had been before and they all said, we hope Alisha is working today. Now I understand why. Thank you The Telegraph and Alisha. 👍

Located in the financial heart of London, it offers a typical English pub atmosphere. I tried the famous "London Pride", a local beer enjoyed by many. Although it has a good body, I found the aftertaste particularly bitter, perhaps too much for my tastes. The pub itself has a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for an after-work or quiet evening. The location is convenient for those working in or visiting the Moorgate area. Its secluded and quiet location gives it a welcoming touch.

A lovely place off the main drag with pleasant staff and great atmosphere.

They do all fancy ales and strange beers. Not a pub anymore... I believe there's only three largers on tap. Poor state the UK is coming too

Top place for a pint or two after work. Plenty of bar staff. Some table service.

Staff has a lot of patience for how busy the place gets and they handle it pretty well. They're super quick and efficient with service. Prices as you would expect anywhere in central London. It's still pretty nice considering there is lots of space to stand outside with a pint.

Not much can be said for anything about the pub when management thinks it’s acceptable to charge £8.00 for a pint of Neck Oil. Won’t be coming here again. Management - sort it out.

Great pub, lots of outside space to spill out into, great for hosting events or just for drinks after work. A regular favourite.

We booked a little gathering as our colleague turned 60. All the staff were so attentive as always and made the area look amazing for us. The artist chalk board was a partl lovely touch. I Highly recommend.

Cracking pub. Lovely and spacious, down a quiet little street towards north side of the City. Food was delicious, prices okay, service friendly and professional.

A mega busy Fullers pub on a Thursday just before Christmas, probably not the best time to review it, staff did well under superb pressure

Just so slow and not customer focused. They get away with it because business is easy to come by but I'm afraid it's just lazy.

I have been visiting "The Telegraph" for at least one year and never had any problems, but last Friday, I experienced the worst customer service ever, we shared a bill with my work colleagues and apparently something was wrong with the card reader but both accounts(myself and my colleague)was charged with the right amount of money, we both show on online banking accounts, but later when we tried to get onother drink, lady at the bar refused to get one she event couldn't explain why, she was very rude with bad attitude, so we just left and never gonna come back

We were a large crowd of 60+ people and I thought the evening went quite well. Food was okish but lacked on the niceties. Bread with pate was so small that it was not worthy of being there. Vegetable with my chicken dish were very tiny... It felt I had 2 mushrooms diced in small bits battling on my plate and I was thinking that a dish of seasonal vegetables was on its way but this was not the case. Okish but not a place I would entertain going back to

Nice Pub, we meet friends on a Friday evening before going out-out, good atmosphere.

Spacious bar with plenty of seating options and a nice outdoor area. Food is also pretty good. There a few negatives to consider. Extremely noisy with both large crowds and loud music (owners think they are running a night club), you cant even talk properly to the person next to you its so loud. 2nd biggest problem is the drinks are extortionate, you are looking at £7 + for a pint which is just ridicoulous even for city of London.

We had two and one pint of Jubel, with their green curry and steak pie. The beer and the meals were both awesome. Not to large, not too salty, plenty of flavor. The beer was refreshing and perfect after w day exploring London. Brilliant service from a very friendly staff. If you see and friendly Romanian with a fantastic mustache - you're in good hands. Music is a great play list of slick 90s memories. Atmosphere is what I would want out of any pub in the area. Well priced, very similar to what we'd pay back home in Canada. For the same food and service. Recommend. 5/5 Top Shelf

Been a few times and it's generally good. One main gripe is when the contactless payment asks to insert your card because they've asked for a gratuity when you're ordering at the bar! They continue to do this bar gratuity nonsense. This will be my last visit.

Very after work pub, gets a lot quieter after 20.30, nice, quick service, bar menu is good enough.

I visited this public house for a business lunch and was impressed with the service, food and good selection of real ales. The atmosphere was lively but not loud, seating was very comfortable and not cramped, food was fresh and well priced for the area. Our server Sacha deserves a special mention for her knowledge of the ales as well as the recommendations for food. I will extend my thanks to all staff at this establishment and look forward to my next visit.

The Telegraph has quite a large menu with plenty of vegetarian options. The food was good quality and not too expensive. Service was excellent. Quite a pleasant place to have lunch in the City.

First time here very impressed. Great Fuller's beers and good food. Was very busy from 16:30 (Thurs) but lots of bar staff working so never had to wait long for service. Staff very friendly too.

I’ve been here a couple of times, most recently a few weeks ago. Sat outside this time. Lots of City workers end of day’s play.

Nice modern pub hidden down a little side street in the city of London. Nice outdoor area to drink with a little bit of shade from the alleyway.

Great after work spot for a couple of pints. Although they are incredibly busy after work the service is still really fast. They have friendly staff walking around happy to take orders on the fly.

What a very great shame about this venue. I gave it 4 stars last time around and have now pulled back to three. They are in a prime position. It's a great space with a good range of product. Staff are helpful and professional. But: service at the bar is abysmal. If you like recreating the frustration of being served at your student union bar - go for it. In fact, I've been to student unions recently that are swifter in transaction turnaround. Don't train staff on a Thursday, eh? Thursday is the new Friday, after all. And: the acoustic is harsh so avoid crowded times. The venue will doubtless continue to succeed - it's undeniably popular. But on its current glidepath it's unlikely to excel in delivery or expectation and probably can't articulate to management why it's not overcoming the transaction throughput throttle at its busiest times.

The Telegraph is a nice, lovely place to enjoy a lunchtime pint or even after work. Great food and a great selection of drinks. Friendly service from everyone we’ve been served by.

Great city pub tucked away just off Moorgate. Does get very busy on Thursdays and Fridays but mid-week is very civilised.

Simple menu but food well good. Found the wine great value.

Slightly tucked away in a side-street off Moorgate, decent size pub with outside seating, including a gazebo at the back. Friendly and efficient staff.

Very packed, in fact spilling out inside the street. Not a problem as it's off the main road.

Decent pub, lovely range of beers and a decent selection of food. Lots of seating and comfort. If you fancy pulling an afternoon in the pub and avoiding work, this is a good spot to do so! Only Downside is the trek to the downstairs toilets is lengthy, so plan bladder movements in advance!

I had a fun time at The Telegraph, Moorgate. There was an event for Black Entrepreneurs going on for The Kickback called 'City Nights Networking Events', it was a night with an opportunity to meet people in various industries and I had a blast. I certainly enjoyed the cocktail from the bar and the entire atmosphere was excellent.

Large indoor space, decent outdoor area with mostly standing and some tables and chairs. Good crispy fat chips with soft middle, decent BBQ wings, pretty quick with food even on a really busy Thursday.

Friendly staff and great location.

This was our local for the past year in our Moorgate office. Although it's very pricey - like £8-10 for a single - the atmosphere is always great and the staff are friendly and fun. The food here is really high quality and the chefs do a perfect job if you've got a work function, like a Christmas party.

Basic Fullers pub. We ate here and the food was pretty average but the staff were friendly and the beer in good condition. Lots of city crowd in for after work drinks.

Great location within the Square Mile. Easy access from Angel Court.

A fantastic pub! This pub is great for big gatherings and is normally the go-to place for myself and colleagues after work. It's very large and spacious on the inside with plenty of tables and seats. It can get pretty busy inside but usually. There's also some outside seating for the summer months which can be very nice but once again it can get pretty crowded. A great selection of beers and the food is also really good. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a traditional British pub.

Our first stay in Coventry and telegraph hotel, and Karen and Alice gave me and my brothers a warm feeling inside when we woke up to breakfast. They went above and beyond to make us have a fantastic breakfast experience. 11/10 please get these ladies a box of chocolates. Sofia was great at reception too

My friend suggested going to this pub for lunch. Didn't even know it was there as down a side street. However, pleasantly surprised. Large space with a good amount of seating area. Staff were attentive and the food was very good. I understand that they are refurbishing in August - I hope they do not loose the feeling of being in a pub as too many modern venues around.

Tenía un doble Johnny Walker Red y Coca Cola y me cobraron 9. 70 el costo del Whisky era 3. 90 x 2 = 7. 80. No hace falta decir que no volveré a visitar este lugar. Vergonzosa marca en el precio.

He estado yendo y viniendo a este pub durante 30 años. Recuerdo cuando era el Dr. Butler's Head, que era muy confuso, ya que a 300 metros de distancia en el mismo callejón se encuentra el Old Dr Butler's Head. Desde que el nombre cambió y se reformó hace algunos años, ahora es un pub moderno de planta abierta. Plan grande, abierto, limpio y eficiente, pero sin atmósfera. La comida es sólida comida sensata de pub, nada de lujos. Este pub ofrece exactamente lo que usted esperaría, pero simplemente no se destaca.
