The Tearoom at Morley nurseries in Cheshire East

Probably the best little tearoom in the country. Emma and her staff are simply wonderful and the food is absolutely delicious. We live in West Yorkshire and would happily drive over to visit the tea room. It is that good.

Lovely home cooked food and fabulous home baked desserts. Staff nice and friendly. Mid range prices and caters for most dietary needs.

Lovely afternoon tea today with my nursing friends from Wythenshawe Hospital, individual cake stands with savoury and sweet sandwiches quiche and cakes. Staffer so friendly and professional. Lovely atmosphere.Will definitely go back.

Went for Afternoon Tea and it was amazing. Emma catered for all allergies and each stand was amazing. Lovely sandwiches, scones and cakes.

We arrived at 1.55pm after they kindly reserved us a table as we were travelling from Southport to treat a friend who lives in Wilmslow. We got our drinks order about twenty minutes after our arrival . No member of staff returned with menus until 2.45 she apologised saying we should have called them over to ask for them ? I said we were just about to do so, we noticed that they were very busy but also noticed 4 tables of customers that arrived after us had already been served, the lady took our order and explained it would be 20 minutes to half an hour for our food to arrive this wouldn’t be a problem if we had been served a lot sooner. We were really looking forward to our visit as we had seen the tearooms featured on TV, we had some light snacks so we could leave room for the cake that everyone had been raving about but time had past and we had to leave so more than dissatisfied. The food was average and service was awful staff were very pleasant especially the lady with the Australian/New Zealand accent but won’t bother again.

Food was excellent, I did not expect such quality home cooked food, we had Brunch and then takeaway cakes. Toilets were very clean and tidy.

Wonderful little tearoom. Me and my friend had a wonderful lunch Food was excellent and delicious cakes. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Had a lovely chat with Emma and her dad . Definitely recommend we will be visiting again.

Mrs B booked in advance for us. Firstly let me say that the customer service from entrance to exit was outstanding from everyone. Nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble. The food 👌 the textures 👌 the flavours 👌 and the scone was the best I have ever tasted and trust me we’ve had a few. The scone was mixed fruits, fruit in every bite. Took us over an hour to drive there but worth every mile. Toilets were really clean. The venue was inside and outside seating, full of goodies with a varied menu. Everything that came out of the kitchen for other diners I would have eaten so we will be back again for sure.

I can't recommend this lovely tearooms highly enough. Homecooked food and gorgeous homemade cakes and scones. Friendly quaint with outdoor seating on a sunny day and lots of parking. Next door to Morley nurseries

My daughter recently treated me to afternoon tea for my birthday, friendly welcome, delicious cakes and generous portions. Will be back.

My partner and I visited the cafe today (Sat) on the recommendation of friends. We were not discapointed. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The food was lovely and they cater Gluten Free, which is a bonus. Highly recommended

First time visit we were welcomed like we were regulars, Emma was lovely and friendly. She bakes and cooks all her own food, cakes are delicious. We went back in December thoroughly recommend.

We have visited twice since Emma and her team took over Morley Team Rooms. On both occasions we received a warm and friendly welcome. We visited in the afternoon and sampled Emma's delicious cakes. We are planning to return for lunch in the new year. Well worth a visit.

Love visiting this little tea rooms. Staff are lovely and friendly and the breakfast delicious!!! Very relaxed atmosphere. Perfect example of a family run business which we should all support.
