We had a couple of coffees here as it was raining outside, the coffee tasted burnt due to the water settings being set too hot, food appeared too expensive, a sausage roll at £3.45 and panini at £8.00, we was going to eat here but changed our minds, but the staff were lovely and service was quick, would we visit again yes but only for a coffee

The waitress spent more time talking to two young girls at another table rather than paying attention to people wanting her attention. There were four of us and the food came out on three separate occasions. Food looked as though it was thrown on the plate in a hurry. Extortionate price for what we had. Just another tourist rip off joint.

This was an accidental visit but we will certainly be returning! It is so refreshing to find ALL members of staff super friendly and welcoming - it really makes all the difference. The cakes in tea shops and cafes are often the obvious product of large food wholesalers but the Tea Shed cakes and scones are really top notch made with care on the premises. The Ricotta and Plum cake was an absolute award winner! Super friendly to our dogs and faultless food & service - we will certainly be back,

This small shed-like building contains a small cafe which we found to be excellent - well run by friendly people, and nice food (lunch an assortment of soup, sandwiches, cakes). Really most pleasant on an utterly vile January day. The cakes were delightful (as others note here). Unpretentious and really just right.

Visited this characterful tearoom on the Green with my wife when we drove into Walberswick at the start of our holiday. Only had a flat white coffee and cake to revive us after the journey but both were excellent. In particular the date slice was delicious and very sizeable. FANTASTIC ! We're local and walk from Dunwich to Walberswick with dog about 4 times a year. We ALWAYS refresh at The Tea Shed. Why? Easy: The cakes are yummy, fresh, decent portion. Coffee tastes good. Service at checkout is friendly and engaging. The waitress that delivered our order to table was exuding happiness. Then, she brings out treats for the dog!!! It's all 5 Star. Thank you!

Absolutely disgusted with the service I received today from staff. The young girl working at the till physically snatched the menu out of our hands and told us we were too late to order lunch, even though they stopped serving lunches at 2pm and we were there before that. We literally listened two gentlemen in front of us order their lunch before us, for us to get turned away. As a tourist we were very disappointed with this service. DO NOT VISIT.

Been to this tea room on a number of occasions and it has been excellent. Today, despite ready to order at the counter before the cut off for serving food, I was not served. The clock had turned a fraction past 2pm when a dithering couple (early 30s - no ageism here) finished placing and paying for their order. With no one else other than me waiting to be served, the assistant told me I was too late to order. Extraordinary pedantry and very clear lack of customer focus

The Tea Shed is a cute little tea room/cafe situated within the quaint village of Walberswick. We came here for cream teas one lunchtime and the food and service was good! There is a selection of food and drinks on offer, with indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside with our dog and the staff were great and kept bringing out small dog treats for us. Its a popular place and had many other people with their dogs too. Pricing was reasonable and public payable parking is walking distance from the beach. If visiting Walberswick I would recommend stopping here for a cup of tea and a bite to eat!

After watching a programme on the television about Walberswick, my husband and I decided we should go and see for ourselves. We had a look around and then decided to go to the Tea Shed for a drink and a bite to eat. I had a skinny latte, delicious and hot, ( not lukewarm like some places). My husband had an Americano with a good amount of milk in decent sized jug. Plus, a piece of Victoria Sponge, which he happily demolished, saying it was very tasty. The Tea Shed had more than enough seating, both inside and out. Pleasant staff and good service. We will be going back to Walberswick as we both love it. And we will definitely visit the Tea Shed again.

Sorry to say it was the worst breakfast I've had in the cafe. But if I pay £15.10 for coffee and full English I expect the highest standards. Bacan was so bad I couldn't even eat it. The picture says it all. Who would serve a customer food that looks like that. Lovely staff but all they did was apologised for the drop in standards.
